Dear Editor, This letter is concerned with the data-driven fault compensation tracking control for a coupled wastewater treatment process(WWTP)subject to sensor faults. Invariant set theory is introduced to eliminate the completely bounded and differentiable conditions of coupled non-affine dynamics and to explicitly express the control inputs.An adaptive fault compensation mechanism is constructed to accommodate the effects of sensor faults. Land dissection density(LDD)provides morphological evidence regarding prior intense soil erosion and quantifies the distribution of land dissections.A comprehensive understanding of the potential factors influencing the spatial pattern and value of the LDD is vital in geological disasters,soil erosion,and other related domains.Land dissection phenomena in China affects large areas with different morphological,pedological,and climatic characteristics.Prior studies have focused on the potential factors influencing the LDD at a watershed scale.However,these results are insufficient to reflect the status quo of dissection development and its primary influencing factors on a national scale.LDD’s spatial patterns and the dominant factors at a regional scale in millions of square kilometers remain to be ascertained.This study used the geomorphon-based method and the geographical detector model to quantify the spatial pattern of LDD over China and identify the dominant factors affecting this pattern in China’s six first-order geomorphological regions(GR1~GR6).The results yield the following findings:(1)LDD in China ranges from 0~4.55 km/km^(2),which is larger in central and eastern regions than in other regions of China;(2)dominant factors and their dominant risk subcategories vary with each geomorphological region’s primary internal and external forces;(3)the influence of natural factors is more significant on the large regional scale in millions of square kilometers compared to anthropogenic factors;relief degree of land surface(RDLS)is dominant in GR1,GR2,and GR5;the slope is dominant in GR6,soil type is dominant in GR3 and GR4,and lithology plays a critical role in the dominant interactions of GR3,GR4,and GR6;(4)the interactions between factors on LDD’s spatial pattern have a more significant effect than individual factors.

The liquid-cooled battery energy sto rage system(LCBESS) has gained significant attention due to its superior thermal management capacity.However,liquid-cooled battery pack(LCBP) usually has a high sealing level above IP65,which can trap flammable and explosive gases from battery thermal runaway and cause explosions.This poses serious safety risks and challenges for LCBESS.In this study,we tested overcharged battery inside a commercial LCBP and found that the conventionally mechanical pressure relief valve(PRV) on the LCBP had a delayed response and low-pressure relief efficiency.A realistic 20-foot model of an energy storage cabin was constructed using the Flacs finite element simulation software.Comparative studies were conducted to evaluate the pressure relief efficiency and the influence on neighboring battery packs in case of internal explosions,considering different sizes and installation positions of the PRV.Here,a newly developed electric-controlled PRV integrated with battery fault detection is introduced,capable of starting within 50 ms of the battery safety valve opening.Furthermore,the PRV was integrated with the battery management system and changed the battery charging and discharging strategy after the PRV was opened.Experimental tests confirmed the efficacy of this method in preventing explosions.This paper addresses the safety concerns associated with LCBPs and proposes an effective solution for explosion relief.

The immunity of topological states against backscattering and structural defects provides them with a unique advantage in the exploration and design of high-precision low-loss optical devices.However,the operating bandwidth of the topological states in certain photonic structures is difficult to actively tune and flexibly reconfigure.In this study,we propose a valley topological photonic crystal(TPC)comprising two inverse honeycomb photonic crystals,consisting of hexagonal silicon and Ge2Sb2Te5(GST)rods.When GST transitions from the amorphous phase to the crystalline phase,the edge band of the TPC appears as a significant redshift and is inversed from a“∪”to an“∩”shape with topological phase transition,which enables active tuning of the operating bandwidth and propagation direction of topological edge states.Both the topological edge and corner states in a triangular structure constructed using TPCs can be simultaneously adjusted and reconfigured via GST phase transition,along with a change in the group number of corner states.Using the adjustability of topological edge states and electromagnetic coupling between two different topological bearded interfaces,we develop a multichannel optical router with a high tuning degree of freedom,where channels can be actively reconfigured and their on/off states can be freely switched.Our study provides a strategy for the active regulation of topological states and may be beneficial for the development of reconfigurable topological optical devices.

As a complementary and alternative medicine(CAM),traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)represents an established medical system with a rich history and abundant clinical experience.TCM is an empirical medicine,the process of which is analogous to ChatGPT’s learning and development model.In TCM,inquiry is a relatively objective way of traditional syndrome differentiation.Although various artificial intelligence systems related to TCM consultation exist,their interactive abilities remain limited.The study standardized the primary complaint and instructed ChatGPT to simulate a TCM practitioner,conducting three comprehensive inquiry tests.The results yielded unexpected conclusions,revealing that ChatGPT could simulate a TCM practitioner’s inquiry with patients,confirming its potential in the field of TCM inquiry.However,current applications still pose certain limitations and risks.Hence,to integrate ChatGPT-like language models with traditional TCM AI to establish an associative mode that can facilitate TCM diagnosis and treatment with more convenience and standardization is crucial,yet at the same time,it should be treated very carefully.

必须承认,《人,或所有的士兵》以其思想和叙事的强度冲击着我,至今依然!作为评论者,我深深感到它的难度、挑战和给阐释带来的困扰。事实上,在当代批评理论的武器库中,也有大量武器可以顺手拿来阐释它。可是,这又不免有削足适履甚至盲人摸象之虞。我不时翻读但迟迟没有评论,深恐不能说清这部当代杰作的真正贡献。本文试图从虚构这个角度来讨论这部作品,正因为,《人,或所有的士兵》是一部具有鲜明非虚构性的小说,但它无疑又是一部小说。是什么使一种最低限度的虚构成为这部小说的内在需求?是什么使最低限度的虚构成为一种更高强度的虚构?这种虚构实践对中国当代小说的虚构伦理又有着怎样的启示?这些,正是我念兹在兹的问题。

打通从“文本”到“历史”的通道,是洪子诚《我的阅读史》《读作品记》等著作的重要指向。洪子诚的“历史化”文本解读融合接受美学方法,成为由个体阅读经验勘探时代、历史情感结构的重要探索。它促使我们反思外部研究/内部研究的区分装置,并为文学史研究中“文”“史”冲突的解决提供新方法。洪子诚警惕本质化的“文学性”定义,却相信文学所具有的感性仍然与人类感受、体验和想象世界的能力密不可分。“历史化”不是一般性地打捞旧物,而是在恢复历史的感性细节和语境纵深的过程中,重建历史与当代社会的密切关联。在先验本质被解构的时代,洪子诚的文本解读探索肯定性如何重建的当代思想难题。

引爆点理论视角下俄乌舆论战的虚假信息传播分析——以“蛇岛事件”为例

[研究目的]俄乌冲突期间社交媒体上的虚假信息严重破坏了信息生态系统的平衡,分析其虚假信息的传播能为我国社交媒体虚假信息的治理提供重要参考。[研究方法]以“蛇岛事件”为例,通过python爬取2022年2月24日至2023年2月24日期间推特平台上的271条推文、70384条转推关系、3579条评论文本,基于引爆点理论的三大黄金法则,从内容、用户和情感三维度构建俄乌舆论战的虚假信息传播分析模型,运用社会网络分析、文本情感分析等方法,基于python的NLTK、TextBlob、spaCy与NRC情感词典等自然语言处理工具,分析虚假推文引爆的特性、用户转推关系及情感动员效果。[研究结论]在内容维度上,虚假推文的形式主要以缺乏实际证据支持的多模态呈现、内容涉及双方多个关键参与主体;在用户维度上,虚假推文的转推网络以个人用户的单链传播为主、网络中各个模块区域的独立性较强、传播速度快但覆盖范围有限;在情感维度上,虚假推文的情感主观性强、受众更关注偏向乌克兰立场的推文且不同立场的推文对受众具有个性化的情感动员效应。为应对国际冲突中的虚假信息泛滥,本文提出建立国际虚假信息共治平台、提高公民甄别虚假信息的能力、打造基于事实的网络舆论场等治理措施。

政策衔接:政策有效性的一种实现机制

政策衔接作为公共政策实践中的常见现象,是不同政策间相互连接和协调的政策过程,旨在确保关联政策的连贯性、互补性和协同性,呈现结果与行动相统一、共性与个性相融合的特征。在现实场景中,由于社会问题的复杂性与多元性,公共政策常常面临一定程度的分立与冲突,导致政策执行者往往面临工具不统一、目标不一致等难题。为了提升政策制定和执行效能,在多重任务导向下,政策衔接成为政策有效性的一种实现机制。首先,在政策衔接功能上,关联政策的目标弥合有助于提升政策执行方向的明确性、工具组合使用有助于提升政策执行手段的合理性、资源整合有助于提升政策执行资源的匹配度。其次,在政策衔接过程上,通过政策转译实现与上级政策的衔接,延展政策的情境适用性;通过政策协同实现与同层级政策的衔接,提高政策的系统整合性;新政策通过政策接续实现与旧政策的衔接,增强政策更迭的稳定性。最后,在政策衔接的结构保障上,为消除治理结构中的不利干扰,采取赋能正向行动的可行性建构,提升政策主体的主观能动性,以及政策的合意性与稳定性;借助程序与结果的合法性建构,确保政策衔接过程符合制度规范和社会规范、衔接结果获得内部认同和社会认同,避免政策制定者的偏离行为破坏政策有效性。总之,政策衔接的三种样态及其相互交叠,有助于缓和科层体制与有效治理的张力、缓和专业治理与整体治理的张力、缝补路径依赖与制度创新的裂隙,共同回应国家治理现代化进程中的空间与时间命题,提升国家治理效能。
