Biodegradation of benzo[a]pyrene in soil by Mucor ***06 and Bacillus ***02 co-immobilized on vermiculite

Two indigenous microorganisms, Bacillus sp. SB02 and Mucor sp. SF06, capable of degrading polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons （PAHs） were co-immobilized on vermiculite by physical adsorption and used to degrade benzo[a] pyrene （BaP）. The characteristics of BaP degradation by both free and co-immobilized microorganism were then investigated and compared. The removal rate using the immobilized bacterial-fungal mixed consortium was higher than that of the freely mobile mixed consortium. 95.3% of BaP was degraded using the co-immobilized system within 42 d, which was remarkably higher than the removal rate of that by the free strains. The optimal amount of inoculated co-immobilized system for BaP degradation was 2%. The immobilized bacterial-fungal mixed consortium also showed better water stability than the free strains. Kinetics of BaP biodegradation by co-immobilized SF06 and SB02 were also studied. The results demonstrated that BaP degradation could be well described by a zero-order reaction rate equation when the initial BaP concentration was in the range of 10--200 mg/kg. The scanning electronic microscope （SEM） analysis showed that the co-immobilized microstructure was suitable for the growth of SF06 and SB02. The mass transmission process of co-immobilized system in soil is discussed. The results demonstrate the potential for employing the bacterial-fungal mixed consortium, co-immobilized on vermiculite, for in situ bioremediation of BaP.

A micro turbo-expander capable of high working speed was specially manufactured for use in an organic Rankine cycle (ORC).A series of tests were executed to examine the performance of the *** the experiment,the machine was tested under different inlet pressure conditions (0.2-0.5 MPa).Data such as the compressed air pressure,temperatures of the inlet and the outlet,rotational speed,and electric power generation were analyzed to discover underlying *** the test,the rotational speed of the machine reached as high as 54 000 r/min,the peak value of the temperature drop between the inlet and the outlet reached 42 ℃,the maximum electric power generated by the motor-generator attached to the machine reached 630 W,and the efficiency of the machine reached 0.43.

We propose a method to estimate the average fidelity using the unitary 2t-design of a twirled noisy channel, which is suitable for large-scale quantum circuits. Compared with the unitary 2-design in randomized benchmarking, the unitary2t-design for the twirling of noisy channels is more flexible in construction and can provide more information. In addition,we prove that the proposed method provides an efficient and reliable estimation of the average fidelity in benchmarking multistage quantum gates and estimating the weakly gate-and time-dependent noise. For time-dependent noise, we provide a scheme of moment superoperator to analyze the noise in different experiments. In particular, we give a lower bound on the average fidelity of a channel with imperfect implementation of benchmarking and state preparation and measurement errors(SPAM).

In contrast to the concurrent mixer-settler,the interaction between the mixing and settling chambers have to be taken into account in the simulation of the countercurrent mixer-settler,and no work has been reported for this *** this work,a three-phase flow model based on the Eulerian multiphase model,coupled with a sliding mesh model is proposed for a countercurrent *** on this,the dispersed phase distribution,flow pattern,and pressure distribution are investigated,which can help to fill the gap in the operation *** addition,the velocity vector distribution at the phase port shows an intriguing phenomenon that two types of vectors with opposite directions are distributed on the left and right sides of the same plane,which indicates that the material exchange in the mixing and settling chambers is *** of this variation at this location by a fast Fourier transform(FFT)method reveals that it is mainly influenced by the mixing chamber and is consistent with the main period of the outlet flow ***,by monitoring the fluctuation of the outlet flow and then analyzing it by the FFT method,the state of the whole tank can be determined,which makes it promising for the design of control systems for countercurrent mixer-settlers.

Recently, charge or spin nonlinear transport with nontrivial topological properties in crystal materials has attracted much attention. In this paper, we perform a comprehensive symmetry analysis for all 122 magnetic point groups(MPGs) and provide a useful dictionary for charge and spin nonlinear transport from the Berry curvature dipole, Berry connection polarizability and Drude term with nontrivial topological *** results are obtained by conducting a full symmetry investigation of the matrix representations of six nonlinear response tensors. We further identify every MPG that can accommodate two or three of the nonlinear tensors. The present work gives a solid theoretical basis for an overall understanding of the second-order nonlinear responses in realistic materials.

Space solar power station is a novel renewable energy equipment in space to provide the earth with abundant and continuous *** Orb-shaped Membrane Energy Gathering Array,one of the alternative construction schemes in China,is promising for collecting space sunlight with a large-scale spherical *** the structural and optical performances such as root mean square deformation,natural frequency,system mass,and sunlight blocking rate have significant influences on the system property of the *** the comprehensive performance of structure and optic,this paper proposes a novel mesh grid based on normal polyhedron projection and spherical arc bisection for the supporting structure to deal with the challenge of the large-scale structural modular *** both achieving low system mass and high surface precision,a multilayer and multi-objective optimization model is proposed by classifying the supporting structure into different categories and optimizing their internal and external *** Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm is adopted to find optimal sectional dimensions of the different kinds of supporting *** infinite model is also established and structural analysis is carried out,which are expected to provide a certain reference for the subsequent detailed structural *** numerical results indicate that the spherical concentrator designed by the novel mesh grid would obtain as high as 94.37%sunlight collection *** supporting structure constructed with the multiple layers would reduce the system quality by 6.92%,sunlight blocking rate by 28.54%,maximum deformation by 41.50%,and root mean square by 9.48%to the traditional single layer,respectively.

Multiple images steganography refers to hiding secret messages in multiple natural images to minimize the leakage of secret messages during ***,the main multiple images steganography algorithms mainly distribute the payloads as sparsely as possible inmultiple cover images to improve the detection error rate of stego *** order to enable the payloads to be accurately and efficiently distributed in each cover image,this paper proposes a multiple images steganography for JPEG images based on optimal payload ***,the algorithm uses the principle of dynamic programming to redistribute the payloads of the cover images to reduce the time required in the process of payloads ***,by reducing the difference between the features of the cover images and the stego images to increase the detection error rate of the stego ***,this paper uses a data decomposition mechanism based on Vandermonde *** if part of the data is lost during the transmission of the secret messages,as long as the data loss rate is less than the data redundancy rate,the original secret messages can be *** results show that the method proposed in this paper improves the efficiency of payloads distribution compared with existing multiple images *** the same time,the algorithm can achieve the optimal payload distribution of multiple images steganography to improve the anti-statistical detection performance of stego images.
