The Taguchi method was used to obtain the optimum electrodeposition parameters for the synthesis of the CuinSe2 thin film for solar cells. The parameters consist of annealing temperature, current density, CuCl2 concentration, FeCl3 concentration, H2SeO3 concentration, TEA amount, pH value, and deposition time. The experiments were carried out according to an L18（2^13^7） table An X-ray diffractometer （XRD） and a scanning electron microscope （SEM） were respectively used to analyze the phases and observe the microstructure and the grain size of the CuinSe2 film before and after annealing treatment. The results showed that the CuinSe2 phase was deposited with a preferred plane （112） parallel to the substrate surface. The optimum parameters are as follows： current density, 7 mA/cm^2; CuCl2 concentration, 10 mM; FeCl3 concentration, 50 mM; H2SeO3 concentration, 15 mM; TEA amount, 0 mL; pH value, 1.65; deposition time, 10 min; and annealing temperature, 500℃.

in this paper,we jointly design the power control and position dispatch for Multi-Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)-enabled communication in Device-to-Device(D2D)*** objective is to maximize the total transmission rate of Downlink Users(DUs).Meanwhile,the Quality of Service(QoS)of all D2D users must be *** comprehensively considered the interference among D2D communications and downlink *** original problem is strongly non-convex,which requires high computational complexity for traditional optimization *** to make matters worse,the results are not necessarily globally *** this paper,we propose a novel Graph Neural Networks(GNN)based approach that can map the considered system into a specific graph structure and achieve the optimal solution in a low complexity ***,we first construct a GNN-based model for the proposed network,in which the transmission links and interference links are formulated as vertexes and edges,***,by taking the channel state information and the coordinates of ground users as the inputs,as well as the location of UAVs and the transmission power of all transmitters as outputs,we obtain the mapping from inputs to outputs through training the parameters of *** results verified that the way to maximize the total transmission rate of DUs can be extracted effectively via the training on ***,it also shows that the performance of proposed GNN-based method is better than that of traditional means.

Wind-photovoltaic(PV)-hydrogen-storage multi-agent energy systems are expected to play an important role in promoting renewable power utilization and *** this study,a coordinated operation method was proposed for a wind-PVhydrogen-storage multi-agent energy ***,a coordinated operation model was formulated for each agent considering peer-to-peer power ***,a coordinated operation interactive framework for a multi-agent energy system was proposed based on the theory of the alternating direction method of ***,a distributed interactive algorithm was proposed to protect the privacy of each agent and solve coordinated operation ***,the effectiveness of the proposed coordinated operation method was tested on multi-agent energy systems with different structures,and the operational revenues of the wind power,PV,hydrogen,and energy storage agents of the proposed coordinated operation model were improved by approximately 59.19%,233.28%,16.75%,and 145.56%,respectively,compared with the independent operation model.

We report the ultrafast optical pump-probe spectroscopy measurements on the single-crystal cerium *** experimental results of temperature-dependent quasiparticle dynamics reveal development of the hybridization between localized f moments and conduction electrons,i.e.,evolving from fluctuating hybridization to collective *** phonon renormalization is discovered to appear at the emerging temperature(T^(+))of fluctuating hybridization apart from its known presence at the coherent temperature(T^(*)),and can hardly be explained by the mean-field *** quasiparticle relaxation at high temperatures indicates coexistence of nonthermal electron-electron scattering and inelastic Kondo scattering,while its behavior at low temperatures suggests onset ofαphase in theγ-phase dominated *** also extract the indirect gap below T^(*),representing the appearance of collective *** findings provide novel information about the hybridization and phase evolution in the heavy fermion systems.

At present,the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power generation systems mainly comprise regular maintenance,breakdown maintenance,and condition-based maintenance,which is very likely to lead to over-or under-repair of ***,a preventive maintenance and replacement strategy for PV power generation systems based on reliability as a constraint is ***,a hybrid failure function with a decreasing service age factor and an increasing failure rate factor is introduced to describe the deterioration of PV power generation equipment,and the equipment is replaced when its reliability drops to the replacement threshold in the last ***,based on the reliability as a constraint,the average maintenance cost and availability of the equipment are considered,and the non-periodic incomplete maintenance model of the PV power generation system is established to obtain the optimal number of repairs,each maintenance cycle and the replacement cycle of the PV power generation system ***,the inverter of a PV power plant is used as a research *** model in this paper is compared and analyzed with the equal cycle maintenance model without considering reliability and the maintenance model without considering the equipment replacement threshold,Through model comparison,when the optimal maintenance strategy is(0.80,4),the average maintenance cost of this paper’s model are decreased by 20.3%and 5.54%and the availability is increased by 0.2395% and 0.0337%,respectively,compared with the equal-cycle maintenance model without considering the reliability constraint and the maintenance model without considering the equipment replacement ***,this maintenance model can ensure the high reliability of PV plant operation while increasing the equipment availability to improve the system economy.
