Although tremendous efforts have been devoted to investigating planar single-conductor circuits,it remains challenging to provide tight confinement of electromagnetic field and compatibility with active semi-conductor components such as amplifier,harmonic generator and ***-conductor spoof surface plasmon polariton(SSPP)structure,which is one of the most promising planar single-conductor transmission media due to the outstanding field confinement,still suf-fers from the difficulty in integrating with the active semi-conductor *** this paper,a new kind of odd-mode-metachannel(OMM)that can support odd-mode SSPPs is proposed to perform as the fundamental transmission chan-nel of the single-conductor *** introducing zigzag decoration,the OMM can strengthen the field confinement and broaden the bandwidth of odd-mode SSPPs *** importantly,the active semi-conductor amplifier chip integration is achieved by utilizing the intrinsic potential difference on OMM,which breaks the major obstacle in im-plementing the single-conductor *** an instance,an amplifier is successfully integrated on the single-conductor OMM,which can realize both loss compensation and signal ***,the merits of OMM including crosstalk suppression,low radar cross section(RCS),and flexibility are comprehensively ***,the pro-posed OMM and its capability to integrate with the active semi-conductor components may provide a new avenue to fu-ture single-conductor conformal systems and smart skins.

With the depletion of fossil fuels and environmental pollution, energy storage and conversion have become the focus of current research. Water splitting and fuel cell technologies have made outstanding contributions to energy conversion. However, the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) and oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) have slow kinetics, which limit the capacity of fuel cells. It is of great significance to develop catalysts for the OER and ORR and continuously improve their catalytic performance. Many studies have shown that intrinsic defects, especially vacancies (anion and cation vacancies), can effectively improve the efficiency of electrochemical energy storage and conversion. The introduction of intrinsic defects can generally expose more active sites, enhance conductivity, adjust the electronic state, and promote ion diffusion, thereby enhancing the catalytic performance. This review comprehensively summarizes the latest developments regarding the effects of intrinsic defects on the performance of non-noble metal electrocatalysts. According to the type of intrinsic defect, this article reviews in detail the regulation mechanism, preparation methods and advanced characterization techniques of intrinsic defects in different materials (oxides, non-oxides, etc.). Then, the current difficulties and future development of intrinsic defect regulation are analyzed and discussed thoroughly. Finally, the prospect of intrinsic defects in the field of electrochemical energy storage is further explored.

目的探究前列腺穿刺术后不同时机行腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术(LRP)对治疗效果的影响。方法前瞻性选取2022年1月至2023年8月新乡医学院第一附属医院收治的165例前列腺癌(PCa)患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为超早期组、早期组、晚期组各55例。超早期组于前列腺穿刺术后7 d内行LRP,早期组于前列腺穿刺术后6周内行LRP,晚期组于前列腺穿刺术后6~8周行LRP。比较三组患者的切缘阳性率、手术相关指标以及术前和术后1 d、3 d的创伤指标[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)],术前与术后7 d的尿流动力学[最大尿流率状态下逼尿肌压力(Pdetat Q_(max))、残余尿量(PVR)、最大尿流率(Q_(max))],术前与术后3个月、6个月的肿瘤因子[血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))、前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)]水平,术后3个月、6个月的尿失禁和勃起功能异常率。结果三组患者的切缘阳性率与手术相关指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1 d,超早期组患者的CRP和IL-6水平分别为(12.25±1.68)mg/L、(33.18±6.22)ng/L,明显高于早期组的(10.71±1.41)mg/L、(28.51±5.19)ng/L和晚期组的(10.53±1.25)mg/L、(28.39±5.37)ng/L,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);三组患者术后3个月、6个月的血清PSA、TGF-β_(1)、VEGF水平、术后尿失禁、勃起功能异常率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前列腺穿刺术后不同时机行LRP对手术效果无明显影响,但穿刺术后越早手术机体的创伤应激越明显,实践中需根据患者耐受力合理选择手术时机。

Metallic zinc(Zn)is one of the most attractive multivalent-metal anode materials in post-lithium batteries because of its high abundance,low cost and high theoretical ***,it usually suffers from large voltage polarization,low Coulombic efficiency and high propensity for dendritic failure during Zn stripping/plating,hindering the practical application in aqueous rechargeable zinc-metal batteries(AR-ZMBs).Here we demonstrate that anionic surfactant-assisted in situ surface alloying of Cu and Zn remarkably improves Zn reversibility of 3D nanoporous Zn electrodes for potential use as high-performance AR-ZMB anode *** a result of the zincophilic ZnxCuy alloy shell guiding uniform Zn deposition with a zero nucleation overpotential and facilitating Zn stripping via the ZnxCuy/Zn galvanic couples,the self-supported nanoporous ZnxCuy/Zn electrodes exhibit superior dendrite-free Zn stripping/plating behaviors in ambient aqueous electrolyte,with ultralow polarizations under current densities up to 50 mA cm^(‒2),exceptional stability for 1900 h and high Zn *** enables AR-ZMB full cells constructed with nanoporous ZnxCuy/Zn anode and K_(z)MnO_(2)cathode to achieve specific energy of as high as~430 Wh kg^(‒1)with~99.8%Coulombic efficiency,and retain~86%after long-term cycles for>700 h.

We analyze the structure of scattering amplitudes of the Kaluza-Klein (KK) gravitons and of the KK gravitational Goldstone bosons in the compactified 5d general relativity (GR). Using a general Rξ gauge fixing, we study the geometric Higgs mechanism for the massive spin-2 KK gravitons. We newly propose and prove a gravitational equivalence theorem (GRET) to connect the scattering amplitudes of longitudinal KK gravitons to that of the KK gravitational Goldstone bosons, which formulates the geometric gravitational Higgs mechanism at the scatteringS-matrix level. We demonstrate that the GRET provides a general energy cancellation mechanism guaranteeing the N-point longitudinal KK graviton scattering amplitudes to have their leading energy dependence cancelled down by a large power factor of E^(2N)(N≥4) up to any loop level. We propose an improved double-copy approach to construct the massive KK graviton (Goldstone) amplitudes from the KK gauge boson (Goldstone) amplitudes. With these, we establish a new correspondence between the two types of energy cancellations in the four-point longitudinal KK amplitudes at tree level: E^(4)→E0 in the KK gauge theory and E^(10)→E^(2) in the KK GR theory.

目的急性髓系白血病(AML)是一个重要的治疗挑战,迫切需要延长生存期和提高患者健康状况的治疗方法。本研究旨在评估联合使用维奈克拉、高三尖酯碱和地西他滨治疗对AML患者生存率和健康状况的影响。方法在这项病例对照研究中,将50名AML患者分为两组:一组接受维奈克拉、高三尖酯碱和地西他滨治疗的研究组,以及一组接受标准护理的对照组。比较了两组之间的常规血液检测指标、临床疗效、不良反应和统计分析。结果研究组的临床应答率(88%)高于对照组(80%)。在所有类别中,研究组的不良反应较低,包括脱发、胃肠道反应、肝功能损害和肺部感染。统计分析结果显示,两组之间的常规血液检测指标和临床疗效的差异在统计学上并不显著,但在临床上具有相关性。结论研究结果表明,联合使用维奈克拉、高三尖酯碱和地西他滨的治疗方案可能能够提高AML患者的临床应答率,并减少不良反应。这些结果需要在更大规模、更全面的研究中进一步验证,以确立该治疗方法在AML管理中的作用。

This paper is concerned with the bound of the cost of approximate controllability and null controllability of heat equations, i.e., the minimal Lp norm and L∞ norm of a control needed to control the system approximately or a control needed to steer the state of the system to zero. The methods we use combine observability inequalities, energy estimates for heat equations and the dual theory.

Sanger Sequencing for Molecular Diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 Omicron Subvariants and Its Challenges

Large population passages of the SARS-CoV-2 in the past two and a half years have allowed the circulating virus to accumulate an increasing number of mutations in its genome. The most recently emerging Omicron subvariants have the highest number of mutations in the Spike (S) protein gene and these mutations mainly occur in the receptor-binding domain (RBD) and the N-terminal domain (NTD) of the S gene. The European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (eCDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) recommend partial Sanger sequencing of the SARS-CoV-2 S gene RBD and NTD on the polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-positive samples in diagnostic laboratories as a practical means of determining the variants of concern to monitor possible increased transmissibility, increased virulence, or reduced effectiveness of vaccines against them. The author’s diagnostic laboratory has implemented the eCDC/WHO recommendation by sequencing a 398-base segment of the N gene for the definitive detection of SARS-CoV-2 in clinical samples, and sequencing a 445-base segment of the RBD and a 490 - 509-base segment of the NTD for variant determination. This paper presents 5 selective cases to illustrate the challenges of using Sanger sequencing to diagnose Omicron subvariants when the samples harbor a high level of co-existing minor subvariant sequences with multi-allelic single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) or possible recombinant Omicron subvariants containing a BA.2 RBD and an atypical BA.1 NTD, which can only be detected by using specially designed PCR primers. In addition, Sanger sequencing may reveal unclassified subvariants, such as BA.4/BA.5 with L84I mutation in the S gene NTD. The current large-scale surveillance programs using next-generation sequencing (NGS) do not face similar problems because NGS focuses on deriving consensus sequence.
