China, one of the most populous countries in the world, has suffered the highest number of natural disaster-related deaths from fire. On local scales, the main causes of urban fires are anthropogenic in ***, on regional to national scales, little is known about the indicators of large-scale co-varying urban fire activity in China. Here, we present the China Fire History Atlas(CFHA), which is based on 19 947documentary records and represents fires in urban areas of China over the twentieth century(1901–1994).We found that temperature variability is a key indicator of urban fire activity in China, with warmer temperatures being correlated with more urban fires, and that this fire–temperature relationship is seasonally and regionally explicit. In the early twentieth century, however, the fire–temperature relationship was overruled by war-related fires in large urban areas. We further used the fire–temperature relationship and multiple emissions scenarios to project fire activity across China into the twenty-first century. Our projections show a distinct increase in future urban fire activity and fire-related economic loss. Our findings provide insights into fire–climate relationships in China for densely-populated areas and on policy-relevant time scales and they contribute spatial coverage to efforts to improve global fire models.

Radiative leptonic decay of heavy quarkonia

In this study,the properties of heavy quarkonia X are examined by treating them as bound states of Q and Q at the leading-order level within the non-relativistic quantum chromodynamics(NROCD)framework,where Q represents either a charm or bottom *** branching ratios for the radiative leptonic decays X→γl^(+)l^(-)are revisited,and the angular and energy/momentum distributions of the final state particles are analyzed in the restframe of ***,we apply Lorentz transformations from the rest frame of X to the center-of-mass frame of l^(+)l^(-)to establish the connection between the widths Г_(x→γl^(+)l^(-))and Г_(x→l^(+)l^(-)).The comparison of the connection tothose documented in literature(divided by 2π)for various X states,such as J/Ψ,Ψ(2S),Υ(1S),and Υ(2S),shows relative differences typically around or below 10%,comparable to the next-to-leading order corrections of O(α)and 0(ν^(4)).However,we observe a significant disparity in the ratio betweenГ_(Ψ(2S)→γτ^(+)τ^(-))andГ_(Ψ(2S)→τ^(+)τ^(-)),with our prediction being four times larger than those in *** outcomes derived from this study have practical *** in describing the quantum electrodynamics radiative processes and contribute to the investigation of QCD processes associated with the decays of heavy quarkonia and searches for new physies.

Wide-bandgap(>1.7 eV)perovskites suffer from severe light-induced phase segregation due to high bromine content,causing irreversible damage to devices ***,the strategies of suppressing photoinduced phase segregation and related mechanisms have not been fully ***,we report a new passivation agent 4-aminotetrahydrothiopyran hydrochloride(4-ATpHCl)with multifunctional groups for the interface treatment of a 1.77-eV wide-bandgap perovskite film.4-ATpH^(+)impeded halogen ion migration by anchoring on the perovskite surface,leading to the inhibition of phase segregation and thus the passivation of defects,which is ascribed to the interaction of 4-ATpH^(+)with perovskite and the formation of low-dimensional ***,the champion device achieved an efficiency of 19.32%with an open-circuit voltage(V_(OC))of 1.314 V and a fill factor of 83.32%.Moreover,4-ATpHCl modified device exhibited significant improved stability as compared with control *** target device maintained 80%of its initial efficiency after 519 h of maximum power output(MPP)tracking under 1 sun illumination,however,the control device showed a rapid decrease in efficiency after 267 ***,an efficiency of 27.38%of the champion 4-terminal all-perovskite tandem solar cell was achieved by mechanically stacking this wide-bandgap top subcell with a 1.25-eV low-bandgap perovskite bottom subcell.

Successful management of severe hypoglycemia induced by total parenteral nutrition in patients with hepatocellular injury: Three cases reports

Removal of rubidium from brine by an integrated film of sulfonated polysulfone/graphene/potassium copper ferricyanide

Clinical application of the endometrial microbiota test combined with personalized treatment in patients with repeated implantation failure

Objective:The objective of this study was to investigate the clinical value of the endometrial microbiota test(EMT)combined with personalized treatment in patients with repeated implantation failure(RIF).Methods:From March 2019 to August 2022,the clinical data of patients with RIF at the Reproductive Medicine Research Center of the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University were retrospectively analyzed.A total of 356 patients underwent the EMT using 16S rRNA sequencing and were included in the EMT *** SPSS statistical software propensity score was set at 1:1 to match the age,anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH),antral follicle count(AFC),years of infertility,and body mass index(BMI)of the women who had not undergone the EMT;subsequently,354 patients were classified in the non-EMT *** compared the clinical characteristics of the two groups and analyzed the clinical pregnancy outcomes after personalized ***:The clinical pregnancy rate(CPR)of the EMT group was significantly higher than that of the non-EMT group(47.81%vs.13.38%,P<0.05).Among 356 patients who underwent the EMT,55 patients(15.45%)in group A with normal endometrial microbiota composition did not test positive for the pathogenic bacteria causing chronic endometritis,34 patients(9.55%)in group B with abnormal endometrial microbiota composition did not test positive for the pathogenic bacteria causing chronic endometritis,35 patients(9.83%)in group C with normal endometrial microbiota composition tested positive for the pathogenic bacteria causing chronic endometritis,and 232 patients(65.17%)in group D with abnormal endometrial microbiota composition tested positive for the pathogenic bacteria causing chronic *** administration of probiotics or antibiotic plus probiotics treatment,the pregnancy rates of groups C and D were higher than those of group A(44.00%vs.20.00%and 55.03%vs.20.00%,respectively;bothP<0.05).Conclusion:The EMT combined with personalized treatment in
