BACKGROUND Models for predicting hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)seroconversion in patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B(CHB)after nucleos(t)ide analog treatment are *** To establish a simple scoring model based on a response-guided therapy(RGT)strategy for predicting HBeAg seroconversion and hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)*** In this study,75 previously treated patients with HBeAg-positive CHB underwent a 52-week peginterferon-alfa(PEG-IFNα)treatment and a 24-wk *** regression analysis was used to assess parameters at baseline,week 12,and week 24 to predict HBeAg seroconversion at 24 wk *** two best predictors at each time point were used to establish a prediction model for PEG-IFNαtherapy *** at each time point that met the corresponding optimal cutoff thresholds were scored as 1 or *** The two most meaningful predictors were HBsAg≤1000 IU/mL and HBeAg≤3 S/CO at baseline,HBsAg≤600 IU/mL and HBeAg≤3 S/CO at week 12,and HBsAg≤300 IU/mL and HBeAg≤2 S/CO at week *** a total score of 0 vs 2 at baseline,week 12,and week 24,the response rates were 23.8%,15.2%,and 11.1%vs 81.8%,80.0%,and 82.4%,respectively,and the HBsAg clearance rates were 2.4%,3.0%,and 0.0%,vs 54.5%,40.0%,and 41.2%,*** We successfully established a predictive model and diagnosis-treatment process using the RGT strategy to predict HBeAg and HBsAg seroconversion in patients with HBeAg-positive CHB undergoing PEG-IFNαtherapy.

Autophagy plays a pivotal role in diverse biological processes,including the maintenance and differentiation of neural stem cells(NSCs).Interestingly,while complete deletion of Fip200 severely impairs NSC maintenance and differentiation,inhibiting canonical autophagy via deletion of core genes,such as Atg5,Atg16l1,and Atg7,or blockade of canonical interactions between FIP200 and ATG13(designated as FIP200-4A mutant or FIP200 KI)does not produce comparable detrimental *** highlights the likely critical involvement of the non-canonical functions of FIP200,the mechanisms of which have remained ***,utilizing genetic mouse models,we demonstrated that FIP200 mediates non-canonical autophagic degradation of p62/sequestome1,primarily via TAX1BP1 in *** deletion of Tax1bp1 in fip200hGFAP conditional knock-in(cKI)mice led to NSC deficiency,resembling the fip200hGFAP conditional knockout(cKO)mouse ***,reintroducing wild-type TAX1BP1 not only restored the maintenance of NSCs derived from tax1bp1-knockout fip200hGFAP cKI mice but also led to a marked reduction in p62 aggregate ***,a TAX1BP1 mutant incapable of binding to FIP200 or NBR1/p62 failed to achieve this ***,conditional deletion of Tax1bp1 in fip200hGFAP cKO mice exacerbated NSC deficiency and p62 aggregate accumulation compared to fip200hGFAP cKO ***,these findings illustrate the essential role of the FIP200-TAX1BP1 axis in mediating the non-canonical autophagic degradation of p62 aggregates towards NSC maintenance and function,presenting novel therapeutic targets for neurodegenerative diseases.

The implementation of isolated heterologous monitoring systems for spatially distant borehole deployments often comes with substantial equipment costs,which can limit the effectiveness of geohazard mitigation and georisk management *** address this,we have developed a novel monitoring system that integrates fiber Bragg grating(FBG)and microelectromechanical system(MEMS)techniques to capture soil moisture,temperature,sliding resistance,strain,surface tilt,and deep-seated *** system enables real-time,simultaneous data acquisition and cross-validation analyses,offering a costeffective solution for monitoring critical parameters in geohazard-prone *** successfully applied this integrated monitoring system to the Xinpu landslide,an active super-large landslide located in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area(TGRA)of *** resulting strain profile confirmed the presence of two shallow secondary sliding surfaces at depths of approximately 7 m and 12 m,respectively,in addition to the deep-seated sliding surface at a depth of28 *** lower secondary sliding surface was activated by extreme precipitation,while the upper one was primarily driven by significant changes in reservoir water levels and secondarily triggered by concentrated ***-slide piles have remarkably reinforced the upper moving masses but failed to control the lower *** gap between the pile heads and the soil amplified the rainwater erosion effect,creating a preferential channel for rainwater ***-physical measurements revealed a mixture of seepage-driven and buoyancy-driven behaviors within the *** study offers an integrated dual-source multi-physical monitoring paradigm that enables collaborative management of multiple crucial boreholes on a large-scale landslide,and contributes to the evaluation and improvement of engineering measures in similar geological settings.

随着中药配方颗粒“后试点时代”的到来,当前在其生产、监管、应用实践中,仍面临着一系列的政策、技术、产业问题。该文通过系统梳理中药配方颗粒的发展历程和相关政策沿革;并从质量标准、医保支付、市场格局等方面归纳了其产业现状;基于中药配方颗粒与传统饮片对比分析与定位探讨。认为当前该领域还存在以下现实问题:(1)尚未形成合理的竞争演化机制,产品“提质增效”困难;(2)国家标准数量有限,地方标准各自为战;(3)生产工艺相对受限;(4)固定当量与原料波动的矛盾;(5)市场定位待明确,用药场景局限。进而,基于塑造良性中药产业生态和促进中医临床合理用药视角,提出了相关建议:(1)引导中药配方颗粒形成按产品竞争格局;(2)推动建立中药配方颗粒全过程监管体系;(3)系统研究配方颗粒当量与摄入量关系;(4)突破应用场景,合理拓展配方颗粒应用形式。

BACKGROUND Lung cancer is increasing in incidence worldwide,and targeted therapies are developing at a rapid ***,the KRAS specific gene is strongly associated with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC who have tested positive for the KRAS G12C mutation and have progressed after at least one systemic treatment are treated with *** SUMMARY In this study,we report on an advanced NSCLC with a KRAS G12C *** histological diagnosis indicates stage IVB left lung adenocarcinoma with pelvic and bone metastases,identified as *** circulating tumor DNA analysis,it was possible to determine the mutation abundance of the KRAS gene exon 2,c.34G>Tp.G12C,which was 32.3%.The patient was advised to take sotorasib as part of their *** imaging data were compared before and after ***,clinical reassessments and regular serial blood testing were *** found that the patient’s clinical symptoms significantly improved after receiving sotorasib medication,and there were no notable side effects,such as liver toxicity,during the *** Sotorasib has shown promising clinical efficacy in patients with the KRAS G12c mutation and has no apparent toxic side effects.

Semitransparent organic photovoltaics(STOPVs)have gained wide attention owing to their promising applications in building-integrated photovoltaics,agrivoltaics,and floating *** semiconductors with high charge carrier mobility usually have planar and conjugated structures,thereby showing strong absorption in visible *** this work,a new concept of incorporating transparent inorganic semiconductors is proposed for high-performance ***(I)thiocyanate(CuSCN)is a visible-transparent inorganic semiconductor with an ionization potential of 5.45 eV and high hole *** transparency of CuSCN benefits high average visible transmittance(AVT)of *** energy levels of CuSCN as donor match those of near-infrared small molecule acceptor BTP-eC9,and the formed heterojunction exhibits an ability of exciton *** mobility of CuSCN contributes to a more favorable charge transport channel and suppresses charge *** control STOPVs based on PM6/BTP-eC9 exhibit an AVT of 19.0%with a power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 12.7%.Partial replacement of PM6 with CuSCN leads to a 63%increase in transmittance,resulting in a higher AVT of 30.9%and a comparable PCE of 10.8%.

教育认识论以教育认识和教育认识的发展史、理解史为研究对象,揭示的是教育知识的内在秩序。然而,对于实践品格鲜明的教育学来说,认识论研究的单薄与匮乏是一个长期的问题。知识的内在秩序是指不同时代、不同体系中作为底色或基石而存在的、近乎平均值的那部分知识变迁的轨迹与规律,揭示教育学知识的内在秩序,有利于实现教育学知识的整体跃进。刘庆昌教授的《人类教育知识论纲》一书为教育认识论研究做了正确的示范,它以人类的名义对集体教育知识进行了确证,横向上构成了个别教育学思想过程与时代学说之间的环链,纵向上解决了人类教育认识的新旧范畴和思想存续变革的关系问题。
