Chronic fluid overload(FO)is a well-known factor which contributes to the high morbidity and mortality of patients undergoing hemodialysis(HD).[1]Higher blood pressure(BP)is commonly associated with overload volume.[1–4]Thus,the measurement time point(eg,pre-dialysis and post-dialysis)and volume status may affect the prognostic value of BP in HD *** study aimed to examine the correlation between fluid volume and BP,as well as their prognostic effects in HD patients who were free of coronary artery disease(CAD).

能源节约视角下辽宁省产业结构实证分析

基于完全分解模型对辽宁省的能源消费和能源节约进行了分解计算,给出能源强度和产业结构对能源节约的影响效果和贡献率.虽然计算结果显示能源强度对能源节约起到主要作用,但由于产业结构与能源节约的密切关系,采用统计回归的方法讨论了产业结构调整对能源节约的推动作用,并发现工业、建筑业和交通业的产值比重与能源节约之间存在显著的关系.通过对回归结果的进一步研究找出上述各产业推动能源节约的临界产值比重,其中工业和交通业产值比重的变化趋势推动了省内能源节约的发展.

The leopard coral grouper(Plectropomus leopardus)is a species of significant economic *** artificial cultivation of *** has thrived in recent decades,the advancement of selective breeding has been hindered by the lack of comprehensive population genomic *** this study,we identified over 8.73 million single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)through whole-genome resequencing of 326 individuals spanning six distinct ***,we categorized 226 individuals with high-coverage sequencing depth(≥14×)into eight clusters based on their genetic profiles and phylogenetic ***,four of these clusters exhibited pronounced genetic differentiation compared with the other *** identify potentially advantageous loci for ***,we examined genomic regions exhibiting selective sweeps by analyzing the nucleotide diversity(θπ)and fixation index(FST)in these four *** these high-coverage resequencing data,we successfully constructed the first haplotype reference panel specific to *** achievement holds promise for enabling high-quality,***,we combined low-coverage sequencing data with imputation techniques for a genome-wide association study,aiming to identify candidate SNP loci and genes associated with growth traits.A significant concentration of these genes was observed on chromosome 17,which is primarily involved in skeletal muscle and embryonic development and cell ***,our detailed investigation of growth-related SNPs across the eight clusters revealed that cluster 5 harbored the most promising candidate SNPs,showing potential for genetic selective breeding *** findings provide a robust toolkit and valuable insights into the management of germplasm resources and genome-driven breeding initiatives targeting ***.

Flexible wearable optoelectronic devices fabricated fromorganic–inorganic hybrid perovskites significantly accelerate the developmentof portable energy,biomedicine,and sensing fields,but their poor thermal stabilityhinders further ***,all-inorganic perovskites possessexcellent thermal stability,but black-phase all-inorganic perovskite filmusually requires high-temperature annealing steps,which increases energy consumptionand is not conducive to the fabrication of flexible wearable *** this work,an unprecedented low-temperature fabrication of stable blackphaseCsPbI3perovskite films is demonstrated by the in situ hydrolysis reactionof diphenylphosphinic chloride *** released diphenyl phosphateand chloride ions during the hydrolysis reaction significantly lower the phasetransition temperature and effectively passivate the defects in the perovskitefilms,yielding high-performance photodetectors with a responsivity of 42.1 AW−1 and a detectivity of 1.3×10^(14)***,high-fidelity imageand photoplethysmography sensors are demonstrated based on the fabricated flexible wearable *** work provides a newperspective for the low-temperature fabrication of large-area all-inorganic perovskite flexible optoelectronic devices.

BACKGROUND: The results are conflicting in detecting P-glycoprotein (P-gp) in pancreatic cancer. The aim of this study was to detect the expression of multidrug resis- tant gene 1 ( MDR1) in pancreatic cancer cell lines. METHODS: MDR1 mRNA and P-gp were detected by re- verse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and immunohistochemical assay (IHC) in three pancreatic cancer cell lines SW1990, CAPAN-1 and P3. P-gp func- tions were evaluated through the rhodamine extrusion test. RESULTS: Two of the three cell lines expressed MDR1 po- sitively at different levels. The rhodamine extrusion test showed that the percentage of positive cells in MDR(+) cells was significantly lower than that in MDR1 (-) cells. The results of IHC, RT-PCR and the rhodamine extrusion test were consistent with each other. CONCLUSION: All of these methods are reliable in the de- tection of MDR1 in pancreatic cancer tissue, thus providing a guide for clinical chemotherapy of pancreatic cancer.

Polysaccharide production from tea flower(TFPS) was carried out using supercritical fluid extraction(SFE).Response surface methodology(RSM),based on a five level,four variable small central composite design,was employed to obtain the best possible combination of extraction time,pressure,temperature and ethanol content of modifier for maximum *** optimum conditions were as follows:extraction time of 170 min,pressure of45 MPa,temperature of 75 ℃,and 50% aqueous ethanol solution as *** these conditions,the experimental yield was 6.56 ± 0.37%,which was similar to the value predicted by the *** composition of TFPS was fucose,rhamnose,arabinose,xylose,galactose,glucose,mannose,fructose,ribose,galacturonic acid and glucuronic acid in a molar percent of 31.69,0.21,0.49,1.29,35.82,0.97,1.63,18.34,7.88,1.06 and *** to other extraction methods,SFE could achieve higher yield and gain more types of monosaccharide.

Correlation between the rock mass properties and maximum horizontal stress:A case study of overcoring stress measurements

Understanding the mechanical properties of the lithologies is crucial to accurately determine the horizontal stress *** investigate the correlation between the rock mass properties and maximum horizontal stress,the three-dimensional(3D)stress tensors at 89 measuring points determined using an improved overcoring technique in nine mines in China were adopted,a newly defined characteristic parameter C_(ERP)was proposed as an indicator for evaluating the structural properties of rock masses,and a fuzzy relation matrix was established using the information distribution *** results indicate that both the vertical stress and horizontal stress exhibit a good linear growth relationship with *** is no remarkable correlation between the elastic modulus,Poisson's ratio and depth,and the distribution of data points is scattered and ***,there is no obvious relationship between the rock quality designation(RQD)and *** maximum horizontal stress σ_(H) is a function of rock properties,showing a certain linear relationship with the C_(ERP)at the same *** addition,the overall change trend of σ_(H) determined by the established fuzzy identification method is to increase with the increase of C_(ERP).The fuzzy identification method also demonstrates a relatively detailed local relationship betweenσ_H and C_(ERP),and the predicted curve rises in a fluctuating way,which is in accord well with the measured stress data.
