The failures and fire alarms of main equipments are timely monitored..The data of operational states and of operational commands are stored by the SQL server 7.0 database.A self-checking technique is also used to fulfill the requirement of reliability,safety and *** software design;five independent applications are developed by VC6.0 language for each linght-station *** five dependent programs for each monitoring and control PC to complete the communication in network,switch between the two redundant PC and give graphic interface between man and *** paper also presents the c congiguration of the system,gives the design scheme and implementation of the whole system and some solutions of actual problems in the development and application from the programming experience by the authors.

This paper proposes a novel stabilizing decentralized model predictive control for nonlinear continuous *** extend the method proposed by [1] from nonlinear discrete time systems to nonlinear continuous systems. The key idea of this method is adding a contractive constraint to the optimal control problem of each *** adding the contractive constraint the whole system can be stabilizable within certain degree of interaction. The degree of the interaction is also represented by inequalities. Finally a numerical simulation is used to prove the effectiveness of the method and the method is also applied to a four-tank benchmark problem.

Imiquimod is an imidazoquinoline derivative. Some studies have shown that imiquimod modulates the Th1/Th2 response by inducing the production of Th1 cytokines IFN-γ and interleukin （IL）-12. and by inhibiting Th2 cytokines IL-4 and IL-5. These data suggest that imiquimod has therapeutic appli . cations in atopic diseases such as allergic asthma that are associated with overexpression of Th2 cytokines.

The mucosal barrier is crucial for intestinal homeostasis,and goblet cells are essential for maintaining the mucosal barrier *** proviral integration site for Moloney murine leukemia virus-1(PIM1)kinase regulates multiple cellular functions,but its role in intestinal homeostasis during colitis is ***,we demonstrate that PIM1 is prominently elevated in the colonic epithelia of both ulcerative colitis patients and murine models,in the presence of intestinal *** PIM1 leads to decreased goblet cells,thus impairing resistance to colitis and colitis-associated colorectal cancer(CAC)in ***,PIM1 modulates goblet cell differentiation through the Wnt and Notch signaling ***,PIM1 interacts with histone deacetylase 2(HDAC2)and downregulates its level via phosphorylation,thereby altering the epigenetic profiles of Wnt signaling pathway ***,these findings investigate the unknown function of the PIM1-HDAC2 axis in goblet cell differentiation and ulcerative colitis/CAC pathogenesis,which points to the potential for PIM1-targeted therapies of ulcerative colitis and CAC.

Solar activities have a great impact on modern high-tech systems,such as human aerospace activities,satellite communication and navigation,deep space exploration,and related scientific ***,studying the long-term evolution trend of solar activity and accurately predicting the future solar cycles are highly *** on the wavelet transform and empirical function fitting of the longest recorded data of the annual average relative sunspot number(ASN)series of 323 yr to date,this work decisively verifies the existence of the solar century cycles and confirms that its length is about 104.0 yr,and the magnitude has a slightly increasing trend on the timescale of several hundred *** on this long-term evolutionary trend,we predict solar cycles 25 and26 by using phase similar prediction *** for solar cycle 25,its maximum ASN will be about146.7±33.40,obviously stronger than solar cycle *** peak year will occur approximately in 2024,and the period will be about 11±1 *** for solar cycle 26,it will start around 2030,and reach its maximum between2035 and 2036,with maximum ASN of about 133.0±3.200,and period of about 10 yr.

Maize seedling blight caused by Fusarium verticillioides is a widely occurring maize disease,but the genetics and mechanisms of resistance are not well *** this study,GWAS performed by MLM and 3VmrMLM identified 40 and 20 QTNs,associated with seedling blight *** methods identified 49 and 36 genes,*** verification of candidate gene ZmSBR1 identified by both methods showed that the resistance of a mutant line to seedling blight decreased by 0.37 grade points after inoculation with ***,compared with the *** length of the stem rot lesion caused by *** increased by 86%in mutant seedlings,and the relative length of the adult plant stalk rot increased by 35%in mutant plants compared to the wild type after inoculation with Fusarium *** analysis showed that expression of defense-related genes after inoculation was down-regulated in the mutant compared to the wild type,synthesis of secondary metabolites associated with resistance was reduced,and the immune response triggered by PAMP decreased,resulting in decreased resistance of mutant maize *** gene association analysis showed that most maize inbred lines carried the susceptible haplotype.A functional PCR marker was *** results demonstrated that ZmSBR1 conferred resistance to multiple Fusarium diseases at the seedling and adult growth stages and had important application value in breeding.
