Peptide drugs are known for their high biological ***,compared with small molecule drugs,peptide drugs are easily oxidized and hydrolyzed as well as short in ***,inspired by the long circulation of albumin in blood,we screened albumin binding peptides(ABPs)from a one-bead one-compound(OBOC)peptide library to increase the half-life of peptide *** displaying random peptides were screened using fluorescent labeled human serum *** beads with specific binding to albumin were isolated for *** selected ABPs can effectively bind to albumin,thus possessing the long circulation of *** dissociation constant(K_(D))of ABPs to albumin is up to 1×10^(-8)mol/*** one of ABPs(ABP2)was coupled to triptorelin,the circulation half-life of triptorelin in mice was significantly prolonged to 263.50 h much longer than that of triptorelin alone(179.07 h).In addition,the combination therapy using ABP-conjugated triptorelin and doxorubicin(DOX)can effectively inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells in *** OBOC screening strategy and resulting ABPs showed great potential for enhancing the delivery efficiency of peptide drugs.

The appropriate terminal attitude of missile is important to improve the damage effectiveness of fragmentation warhead against aircraft *** this paper,three missile terminal attitude selection methods are proposed to solve the problem of terminal attitude selection in different situations according to their respective evaluation *** MVE-based method uses the damage probability of each detonation point around the aircraft at a given attitude of missile to calculate the Mean Volume of Effectiveness(MVE)at the corresponding attitude,and then uses the MVE for different attitudes to select the terminal strike *** detonation position-based method addresses the case where the missile detonation position can be assessed in *** the effects of missile guidance errors and fuze activation position errors,Monte Carlo simulations are used to calculate the damage probability of aircraft with different strike attitudes,from which the terminal strike attitude is *** BP-ANN model-based method uses the constructed Back Propagation Artificial Neural Network(BP-ANN)model instead of simulation to calculate the evaluation indexes in the corresponding cases of MVE-based method and Detonation position-based method,which can improve the efficiency of attitude *** are conducted for different scenarios to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.

The perception module of advanced driver assistance systems plays a vital *** schemes often use a single sensor for data processing and environmental perception or adopt the information processing results of various sensors for the fusion of the detection *** paper proposes a multi-scale and multi-sensor data fusion strategy in the front end of perception and accomplishes a multi-sensor function disparity map generation scheme.A binocular stereo vision sensor composed of two cameras and a light deterction and ranging(LiDAR)sensor is used to jointly perceive the environment,and a multi-scale fusion scheme is employed to improve the accuracy of the disparity *** solution not only has the advantages of dense perception of binocular stereo vision sensors but also considers the perception accuracy of LiDAR *** demonstrate that the multi-scale multi-sensor scheme proposed in this paper significantly improves disparity map estimation.

Bacterial infection is a major issue after artificial bone transplantation due to the absence of antibacterial function of bone scaffold,which seriously causes the transplant failure and even amputation in severe *** this study,oxygen vacancy(OV)defects Fe-doped Ti O2(OV-FeTiO2)nanoparticles were synthesized by nano TiO2and Fe3O4via high-energy ball milling,which was then incorporated into polycaprolactone/polyglycolic acid(PCLGA)biodegradable polymer matrix to construct composite bone scaffold with good antibacterial activities by selective laser *** results indicated that OV defects were introduced into the core/shell-structured OV-FeTiO2nanoparticles through multiple welding and breaking during the high-energy ball milling,which facilitated the adsorption of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)in the bacterial infection microenvironment at the bone transplant *** accumulated H2O2could amplify the Fenton reaction efficiency to induce more hydroxyl radicals(·OH),thereby resulting in more bacterial deaths through·OH-mediated oxidative *** antibacterial strategy had more effective broad-spectrum antibacterial properties against Gram-negative Escherichia coli(***)and Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus(***).In addition,the PCLGA/OV-FeTiO2scaffold possessed mechanical properties that match those of human cancellous bone and good biocompatibility including cell attachment,proliferation and osteogenic differentiation.

The low thermal conductivity and light mass of castables for tundish permanent linings are crucial for minimizing the heat loss of molten *** consideration of the low bulk density and thermal conductivity of pearlescent sand,the thermal insulation performance of castables was attempted to be improved by adding pearlescent *** sand was modified to prevent the strength of its porous structure from *** modification mechanism of pearlescent sand and the effect of pearlescent sand on the performance of bauxite castables were *** results suggested that the addition of the modified pearlescent sand significantly raised the apparent porosity and decreased the bulk density of bauxite *** 1000℃,the bulk density of more than 60%of the modified pearlescent sand-bauxite castable was only 2.03 g/cm^(3).The mechanical properties and thermal shock resistance of the modified pearlescent sand-bauxite castable were inferior to those of conventional bauxite castable but were adequate to meet the use conditions of casta-bles for tundish permanent *** high temperatures of 200-800℃,the thermal conductivity of more than 60%of the modified pearlescent sand-bauxite castable was smaller than that of conventional bauxite *** addition of the modified pearlescent sand can greatly reduce the thermal conductivity and bulk density of bauxite castable.

Surface modification of microporous bone scaffolds using nanoparticles has been broadly studied in bone tissue *** at improving vascularized bone regeneration(VBR),zeolitic imidazolate framework-8(ZIF-8)was encapsulated with dimethyloxallyl glycine(DMOG)and the drug-carrying nanoparticles(D@Z)could be uniformly coated onto the surface of the bone *** osteogenic and angiogenic actions of D@Z are closely correlated with the amount of slowly released DMOG,and in general,exhibited a favorable ***,the D7.5@Z group,which showed the greatest capacity to induce in vitro osteogenesis-angiogenesis coupling,was utilized for surface modification of the bone *** processes including phosphate-containing compound metabolic process,cell differentiation,cell proliferation and cell motility might contribute to enhanced ability to induce VBR by the coated scaffold and signaling pathways such as Rap1,Ras,phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B(PI3K-AKT)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)signaling pathways participated in these ***,as depicted by in vitro real time-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),Western blot(WB)and in vivo cranial bone defect model,the microporous scaffold coated with nano-D7.5@Z greatly promoted *** conclude,nano-D@Z has significant promise for practical application in modification of microporous bone scaffolds to enhance VBR,and DMOG loading quantity has a beneficial influence on D@Z to improve osteogenesis-angiogenesis coupling.

The formation of tribolayers may play significant influences on fretting *** elevated temperature,the adhesion among wear debris and the increased diffusion rate facilitate the formation of ***,the intensification of oxidation at elevated temperature and the low diffusion rate in oxides may play an adverse *** present study aims to investigate the role of temperature in tribolayers in fretting wear using aγ-TiAl *** electron microscope,energy dispersive spectrometer,Raman spectrometer,transmission electron microscope and nanoindentation were utilized to investigate the wear debris,tribolayers,and wear *** fretting tests showed that,compared with that at room temperature(RT)and 350℃,significant reduction in wear rate and decrease in the fluctuation of friction coefficient occurred at 550 and 750℃.It was further revealed that when temperature raised from room temperature(RT)to 750℃,the oxidation of the wear debris increased slightly and the diffusion coefficients increased prominently,which facilities the formation of well tribo-sintered *** well tribo-sintered tribolayers presented homogenous structure,nanocrystalline grains with excellent mechanical properties,and resulted in the improvement in the fretting wear resistance of theγ-TiAl alloy at 550 and 750℃.

The perfluorosulfonic acid(PFSA) membrane doped with two-dimensional conductive filler Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) is a fuel cell proton exchange membrane with high application potential. Experimental studies showed that the proton conductivity of Nafion/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) composite membrane is improved significantly compared with that in pure Nafion. However, the microscopic mechanism of doping on the enhancement of membrane performance is remain unclear now. In this work, molecular dynamics simulation was used to investigate the microscopic morphology and proton transport behaviors of Nafion/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) composite membrane at the molecular level. The results shown that there were significant differences about the diffusion kinetics of water molecules and hydroxium ions in Nafion/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) at low and high hydration levels in the nanoscale *** the increase of water content, Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) in membrane was gradually surrounded by ambient water molecules to form a hydration layer, and forming a relatively continuous proton transport channel between Nafion polymer and Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) monomer. The continuous proton transport channel could increase the number of binding sites of proton and thus achieving high proton conductivity and high mobility of water molecules at higher hydration level. The current work can provide a theoretical guidance for designing new type of Nafion composite membranes.

Bacterial infection is a major problem following bone implant ***,poly-l-lactic acid/carbon nanotube/hydroxyapatite(PLLA/CNT/HAP)bone scaffolds possess enhanced mechanical properties and show good ***,wesynthesizedsilver(Ag)-dopedCNT/HAP(CNT/Ag-HAP)nanohybrids via the partial replacing of calcium ions(Ca2+)in the HAP lattice with silver ions(Ag+)using an ion doping technique under hydrothermal ***ﬁcally,the doping process was induced using the special lattice structure of HAP and the abundant surface oxygenic functional groups of CNT,and involved the partial replacement of Ca2+in the HAP lattice by doped Ag+as well as the in situ synthesis of Ag-HAP nanoparticles on CNT in a hydrothermal *** result-ing CNT/Ag-HAP nanohybrids were then introduced into a PLLA matrix via laser-based powder bed fusion(PBF-LB)to fabricate PLLA/CNT/Ag-HAP scaffolds that showed sustained antibacterial *** then found that Ag+,which pos-sesses broad-spectrum antibacterial activity,endowed PLLA/CNT/Ag-HAP scaffolds with this activity,with an antibacterial effectiveness of 92.65%.This antibacterial effect is due to the powerful effect of Ag+against bacterial structure and genetic material,as well as the physical destruction of bacterial structures due to the sharp edge structure of *** addition,the scaffold possessed enhanced mechanical properties,showing tensile and compressive strengths of 8.49 MPa and 19.72 MPa,***,the scaffold also exhibited good bioactivity and cytocompatibility,including the ability to form apatite layers and to promote the adhesion and proliferation of human osteoblast-like cells(MG63 cells).
