The electrorheological properties of CaO–SiO2–Al2O3–MgO–TiO2–Ti C slags were investigated to enhance understanding of the effect of TiC addition on the viscosity, yield stress, and fluid pattern of Ti-bearing slags in a direct-current electric field. The viscosities and shear stresses of 4wt% and 8wt% Ti C slags were found to increase substantially with increasing electric field intensity, whereas virtually no rheological changes were observed in the 0wt% TiC slag. The Herschel–Bulkley model was applied to demonstrate that the fluid pattern of the 4wt% TiC slag was converted from that of a Newtonian fluid to that of a Bingham fluid in response to the applied electric field; and the static yield stress increased linearly with the square of the electric field intensity.

AIM： To construct the recombinant Lactococcus/actis as oral delivery vaccination against malaria. METHODS： The C-terminal 19-ku fragments of MSP1 （MSP-119） of Plasmodium yoelii265-BY was expressed in L. lactis and the recombinant L. lact/s was administered orally to BALB/c and C57BL/6 mice. After seven interval vaccinations within 4 wk, the mice were challenged with P. yoelii 265-BY parasites of erythroo/tic stage. The protective efficacy of recombinant L. lactiswas evaluated. RESULTS： The peak parasitemias in average for the experiment groups of BALB/c and C57BL/6 mice were 0.8± 0.4% and 20.8±26.5%, respectively, and those of their control groups were 12.0±0.8% and 60.8±9.6%, respectively. None of the BALB/c mice in both experimental group and control group died during the experiment. However, all the C57BL/6 mice in the control group died within 23 d and all the vaccinated mice survived well. CONCLUSION： The results imply the potential of recombinant L. lactis as oral delivery vaccination against malaria.

目的以计划行为理论为框架,深入了解PICU护士谵妄管理行为意向及影响因素,为提高PICU谵妄管理质量提供参考。方法采用目的抽样法对6所三级甲等医院的16名PICU护士进行半结构式访谈,根据Colaizzi七步分析法对访谈资料进行分析,提取主题。结果共获得3个主题及8个亚主题,包括行为态度(正性态度,负性态度)、主观规范(自我感知压力增加,团队的影响)及知觉行为控制(谵妄认知及应对技能不足,缺乏相关制度与流程,工作负荷过重,缺乏谵妄管理能力培训)。结论 PICU护士对谵妄管理总体持积极态度,但影响因素较多。应提高护理人员对谵妄的认知,加强相关培训力度,建立多学科团队合作机制,以提高PICU谵妄管理质量。

根系分泌物是植物与土壤进行物质能量交换和信息传递的重要媒介,同时也是植物响应外界环境变化的主要形式,在土壤碳库动态中发挥着重要作用。伴随着全球气候变化而频繁发生的极端干旱事件对植物地上地下生长过程都产生了深刻的影响,然而,由于根-土界面交互作用的复杂性,以及根系分泌物收集手段与装置的不完善,人们对干旱条件下根系分泌物及其介导的根际激发效应的响应及机制的认知尚存在较大的局限性。基于此,该文结合国内外生态学领域的研究前沿动态,论述了干旱下植物根系分泌物数量及组分的动态变化,重点阐述了根系分泌物介导的根际激发效应及其机制,在此基础上展望了未来根系分泌物研究中的重点关注方向,以期为未来全球气候变化条件下土壤碳汇的评估提供科学依据。

Carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae(CRE)have spread worldwide as a global threat and CRE infection is associated with a significant ***,data on epidemiology and treatment of CRE infection in children are comparatively lacking.[1]Therefore,we retrospectively conducted a matched case-control study to summarize the epidemiological characteristics,risk factors,treatment,and outcomes of nosocomial CRE infections in a children patient population,and also to identify the antimicrobial resistance and resistance genotyping of CRE isolates.

Experimental studies on the rheological properties of a Ca O–Si O2–Al2O3–Mg O–Ti O2–(Ti C) blast furnace(BF) slag system were conducted using a high-temperature rheometer to reveal the non-Newtonian behavior of heterogeneous titanium-bearing molten slag. By measuring the relationships among the viscosity, the shear stress and the shear rate of molten slags with different Ti C contents at different temperatures, the rheological constitutive equations were established along with the rheological parameters; in addition, the non-Newtonian fluid types of the molten slags were determined. The results indicated that, with increasing Ti C content, the viscosity of the molten slag tended to increase. If the Ti C content was less than 2wt%, the molten slag exhibited the Newtonian fluid behavior when the temperature was higher than the critical viscosity temperature of the molten slag. In contrast, the molten slag exhibited the non-Newtonian pseudoplastic fluid characteristic and the shear thinning behavior when the temperature was less than the critical viscosity temperature. However, if the Ti C content exceeded 4wt%, the molten slag produced the yield stress and exhibited the Bingham and plastic pseudoplastic fluid behaviors when the temperature was higher and lower than the critical viscosity temperature, respectively. When the Ti C content increased further, the yield stress of the molten slag increased and the shear thinning phenomenon became more obvious.
