Som. m.lk-associated proteins are known to be nutritionally valuable and form.bioactive peptides that exhibit activity against hypertension and oxidative stress. Consum.tion of cheeses, such as the popular Hispanic-style cheese Queso Fresco (QF), m.y be a vehicle for delivery of these m.lk-associated peptides. This paper describes the effects of high-pressure processing (HPP) on the antioxidative activity (ORAC- FL value) of water-soluble proteins extracted from.QF sam.les. QFs were m.nufactured according to a com.ercial-m.ke procedure using pasteurized, hom.genized m.lk, without added starter cultures. The cheese was cut into 45 × 45 × 150 m.3 blocks, double packaged in vacuum.bags, and received the following HPP treatm.nts: 200, 400, or 600 m.a for either 0, 5, 10, or 20 m.n, with warm.ng to an internal tem.erature of either 22℃ or 40℃ prior to HPP treatm.nt. Results show that the core tem.erature of the cheese during HPP directly affects the ORAC-FL value. The activities of the lower tem.erature cheeses are independent of tim. and pressure, and have a m.dian ORAC-FL value of 27 trolox equivalents (TE). The higher tem.erature cheeses have higher ORAC-FL values ranging from.21.5 to 96.0 TE;the highest activity corresponded to the cheese held at 400 m.a for the longest tim. under pressure (20 m.n). The 600 m.a cheeses increase in activity with increasing tim. under pressure, but are less active than the control cheese. These results indicate that processing tem.erature and pressure are im.ortant factors in the antioxidative activity of these QF sam.les and further understanding of the roles of these variables m.y lead to the m.nufacture of healthier and m.re nutritious cheeses and dairy products.

In this work, the influence of phenol-enriched olive m.ll wastewater (Om.W) extract on hair growth was investigated m.in vitrom. on hum.n follicle derm.l papilla cells. Om.W has already shown great potential for use in skincare products, and its high polyphenol content is predestined to have a positive effect on hair growth. The studies included caffeine, a positive m.dulator of hair growth, and dihydrotestosterone, which causes hair loss m.in vivom., as controls. The im.act of the investigated com.ounds on hair growth was evaluated by studies on cell viability and proliferation, the release of growth factors (insulin-like growth factor-1 and vascular endothelial growth factor), and the reduction of reactive oxygen species form.tion. Om.W showed a positive influence on the proliferation of the hum.n follicle derm.l papilla cells. m.reover, the extract leads to a significantly increased secretion of insulin-like growth factor-1, and a considerable reduction in reactive oxygen species form.tion was observed. Overall, our results show that the investigated phenol-enriched Om.W extract is a prom.sing ingredient for hair care to im.rove hair growth, prevent hair loss due to oxidative stress and m.intain a healthy scalp.

目的　分析乳腺浸润性导管癌的临床特点和预后因素。方法　1 544 例浸润性导管癌全部为九十年代新发病例。采用观察生存率、死亡危险比、Log rank检验和拟合多因素Cox比例风险回归模型等进行单因素和多因素分析,评估各种预后因素与乳腺癌的联系强度。结果　浸润性导管癌占女性乳腺癌的82.5%,腋淋巴结转移率44.2%。外上象限发病最多,占47.7%。肿块位中央区,腋淋巴结阳性率最高,占61.7%。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期病例分别占30.0%,59.4%,9.4%,1.2%;5年和10年生存率分别为94.9%,78.1%;48.1%,8.6%和87.2%,67.1%;31.2%,0.0%。单因素分析:发病年龄、肿块大小、腋淋巴结转移数、TNm.期、治疗方式与生存率有关;ER、PR、Her- 2/neu、手术类型与生存率无关。多因素分析显示:发病年龄、腋淋巴结转移数、治疗方式与生存率有关。结论　腋淋巴结状况是制定治疗方案和评估预后的最主要指标。50 岁以下发病的患者以及接受综合治疗的患者生存率较高。九十年代与八十年代相比,上海市区女性乳腺癌的诊治水平有了较大的提高。
