目的:多中心评价两种快速价廉方法,mTT(3-[4.5-二甲基噻唑-2-一价烃基]-2.5-溴化二苯基四唑)和resazurin(刃天青)试验用于一线抗结核药物利福平(RmP)、异烟肼(INH)、乙胺丁醇(EmB)和链霉素(Sm)的药敏检测。方法:30株编过号的结核分枝杆菌被送往拉丁美洲6个国家的7个试验室。每个试验室使用盲法,应用mTT和刃天青显色法进行一线药物利福平、异烟肼,乙胺丁醇和链霉素的药敏检测。获得的最低抑菌浓度的结果与传统的罗氏培养基比例法的结果进行对比。结果:确定临界浓度后,RmP,INH和EmB的结果非常好,特异性和敏感性介于96%-99%之间。结论:mTT和刃天青试验是非常有希望的一种方法,为中等资源以及资源贫乏国家进行一线结核药物的快速、价廉药敏试验方法提供了选择。

太阳的紫外线(Uv)辐射增加可影响陆地和水生生态系统的生物地球化学循环,从而改变两者的温室和具化学重要性痕量气体如二氧化碳(CO_2)、一氧化碳(CO)、羰基硫化物(cos)的源和汇。在陆地生态系统中,增加了的Uv-B辐射可以修正植物物质的生产与分解,并使具大气重要性的痕量气体的吸收和释放产生变化。当Uv-B对落叶层表面产生光致降解时,分解过程被加速;当其主要影响包含了活组织的化学组成变化,使被埋落叶的生物降解性降低时,分解过程被延缓。分解过程的这些变化能影响微生物的二氧化碳和其他痕量气体的生产,也会影响植物生长必不可少的养分供应。初级生产力可因增强了的Uv-B而下降,但这种作用随物种甚至某些作物的栽培品种不同而异。与此类似,高Uv-B辐射对植物物质的CO光致生成的影响也依赖于物种,并有从枯死物质的生成比从有生命物质的生成更有效的现象。对几个不同地区水生生态系统的研究表明,降低现有太阳的Uv-B辐射水平可提高初级生产力,而南极臭氧洞下的实验证明增强了的Uv-B辐射抑制初级生产。大阳的Uv辐射除了对初级生产有影响外还能减慢海洋上层浮游细菌的生长,这可能会对海洋的生物地球化学循环产生重要影响。当细菌的活动受高Uv-B辐射的抑制时,分解过程被延缓,而当太阳的Uv辐射对水中的溶解有机质(DOm)产生光致降解时,分解过程被加速。DOm的光致降解引起对Uv吸收的减弱并生成溶解无机碳(DIC)、CO和有机底层物质,而这些物质容易矿化或被水生微生物吸收。Uv-B辐射可以影响海洋的硫循环,并有可能改变海洋向大气的cos和二甲硫(DmS)的散发过程,而这两种气体都能在平流层和对流层中被降解成硫酸盐气溶胶。

Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus(SARS-Cov)-2 infection induces an exacerbated inflammation driven by innate immunity *** cells(DCs)play a key role in the defense against viral infections,for instance plasmacytoid DCs(pDCs),have the capacity to produce vast amounts of interferon-alpha(IFN-α).In COvID-19 there is a deficit in DC numbers and IFN-αproduction,which has been associated with disease *** this work,we described that in addition to the DC deficiency,several DC activation and homing markers were altered in acute COvID-19 patients,which were associated with multiple inflammatory ***,previously hospitalized and nonhospitalized patients remained with decreased numbers of CD1c+myeloid DCs and pDCs seven months after SARS-Cov-2 ***,the expression of DC markers such as CD86 and CD4 were only restored in previously nonhospitalized patients,while no restoration of integrinβ7 and indoleamine 2,3-dyoxigenase(IDO)levels were *** findings contribute to a better understanding of the immunological sequelae of COvID-19.

Dothideomycetes comprise a highly diverse range of fungi characterized mainly by asci with two wall layers(bitunicate asci)and often with fissitunicate *** species are saprobes,with many asexual states comprising important plant *** are also endophytes,epiphytes,fungicolous,lichenized,or lichenicolous *** occur in terrestrial,freshwater and marine habitats in almost every part of the *** accept 105 families in Dothideomycetes with the new families Anteagloniaceae,Bambusicolaceae,Biatriosporaceae,Lichenoconiaceae,muyocopronaceae,Paranectriellaceae,Roussoellaceae,Salsugineaceae,Seynesiopeltidaceae and Thyridariaceae introduced in this *** family is provided with a description and notes,including asexual and asexual states,and if more than one genus is included,the type genus is also *** family is provided with at least one figure-plate,usually illustrating the type genus,a list of accepted genera,including asexual genera,and a key to these genera.A phylogenetic tree based on four gene combined analysis add support for 64 of the families and 22 orders,including the novel orders,Dyfrolomycetales,Lichenoconiales,Lichenotheliales,monoblastiales,Natipusillales,Phaeotrichales and *** paper is expected to provide a working document on Dothideomycetes which can be modified as new data comes to *** is hoped that by illustrating types we provide stimulation and interest so that more work is carried out in this remarkable group of fungi.

The Basidiomycota constitutes a major phylum of the kingdom Fungi and is second in species numbers to the *** present work provides an overview of all validly published,currently used basidiomycete genera to date in a single *** outline of all genera of Basidiomycota is provided,which includes 1928 currently used genera names,with 1263 synonyms,which are distributed in 241 families,68 orders,18 classes and four *** provide brief notes for each accepted genus including information on classification,number of accepted species,type species,life mode,habitat,distribution,and sequence ***,three phylogenetic analyses with combined LSU,SSU,5.8s,rpb1,rpb2,and ef1 datasets for the subphyla Agaricomycotina,Pucciniomycotina and Ustilaginomycotina are conducted,*** time estimates are provided to the family level with 632 species from 62 orders,168 families and 605 *** study indicates that the divergence times of the subphyla in Basidiomycota are 406-430 mya,classes are 211-383 mya,and orders are 99-323 mya,which are largely consistent with previous *** this study,all phylogenetically supported families were dated,with the families of Agaricomycotina diverging from 27-178 mya,Pucciniomycotina from 85-222 mya,and Ustilaginomycotina from 79-177 *** times as additional criterion in ranking provide additional evidence to resolve taxonomic problems in the Basidiomycota taxonomic system,and also provide a better understanding of their phylogeny and evolution.

Incorrect discard of oil used by fishing ship in the brazilian north region has become a common *** the possible hazard to the aquatic organisms,still missing scientific data about their ***,this study aimed to evaluate the stress and lethality caused by lubricant oil(FSAOLU)on fish Hyphessobrycon ***,it was used six different concentration diluted in water(0,22,24,26,28,30 and 32%of oil)and three replaces during 96 *** the end or during the experiment(with dying fish),it was collected blood samples(cutting the caudal fin)to determine physiological *** FSAOLU showed mean lethal dose(LD50-96h)of 27.36%,classified as toxic causing alterations in glucose values from the 26%.The greater dilution of FSAOLU(32%)increased 115%in glucose values when compared to the ***,lubricant oil when discarded in water,it present hazard to the aquatic organisms causing stress and mortality for fish being necessary adequate management to discard of this residue.

The precise control on the combination of multiple metal atoms in the structure of metal-organic frameworks(mOFs)endowed by reticular chemistry,allows the obtaining of materials with compositions that are programmed for achieving enhanced *** present work illustrates how through the transformation of mOFs with desired arrangements of metal cations,multi-metal spinel oxides with precise compositions can be obtained,and used as catalyst precursor for the reverse water-gas shift *** differences in the spinel initial composition and structure,determined by neutron powder diffraction,influence the overall catalytic activity with changes in the process of in s itu formation of active,metal-oxide supported metal nanoparticles,which have been monitored and characterized with in situ X-ray diffraction and photoelectron spectroscopy studies.

JUNO is a multi-purpose neutrino observatory under construction in the south of *** publication presents new sensitivity estimates for the measurement of the △m_(31)^(2),△m_(21)^(2),sin^(2)θ_(12),and sin^(2)θ_(13) oscillation parameters using reactor antineutrinos,which is one of the primary physics goals of the *** sensitivities are obtained using the best knowledge available to date on the location and overburden of the experimental site,the nuclear reactors in the surrounding area and beyond,the detector response uncertainties,and the reactor antineutrino spectral shape constraints expected from the TAO satellite *** is found that the △m_(21)^(2) and sin^(2)θ_(12) oscillation parameters will be determined to 0.5%precision or better in six years of data *** the same period,the △m_(31)^(2) parameter will be determined to about 0.2%precision for each mass ordering *** new precision represents approximately an order of magnitude improvement over existing constraints for these three parameters.
