Meth.ds: We studied 333 pa.ients with.h.a.t fa.lure, a.ed 43.3±10.5 yea.s, 262(78.7%) men a.d 71(21.3%) women. h.a.t fa.lure wa. a.cribed to idiopa.h.c dila.ed ca.diomyopa.h. in 125 pa.ients. h.a.t fa.lure wa. ca.sed by isch.mic h.a.t disea.e in 63 pa.ients, Ch.ga.’disea.e in 58, h.pertensive h.a.t disea.e in 41, a.coh.lic ca.diomyopa.h. in 24, a.d wa. due to oth.r etiologies in 22 pa.ients.
