The main aim of this research was to identify fatty acids composition of Caspian Sea of white fish Rutilusfrisii kutum tissue and their changes during 12 months storage （-18 ℃ ）. The results showed, UFA （Unsaturated Fatty Acid） and SFA （Saturated Fatty Acid） were 74/09 and 21/63%, respectively in fresh tissue. So that, DHA （C22：6） oleic acid （C 18：1c） had high amounts （15/07, 20/57） UFA and palmitic acid （C16：0） was the most （13/09%） SFA. The effects of freezing on fish tissue showed that UFA and SFA contents have reached to 58/79 and 22/17%, respectively at the end of cold storage. Also ω-3 and ω-6 series of fatty acids was 24/22 and 15/56% in fresh tissue, but their contents decreased to 8/68 and 5/11% at the end of period. Among, the fatty acids C22：6, C 18：1 c and C 16：0 had the most changes. The changes of fatty acids were significantly at 95% level expected for C18：0.

In this study, a backpropagation neural network algorithm was developed in order to predict the liquefaction cyclic resistance ratio (CRR) of sand-silt mixtures. A database, consisting of sufficient published data of laboratory cyclic triaxial, torsional shear and simple shear tests results, was collected and utilized in the ANN model. Several ANN models were developed with different sets of input parameters in order to determine the model with best performance and preciseness. It has been illustrated that the proposed ANN model can predict the measured CRR of the different data set which was not incorporated in the developing phase of the model with the good degree of accuracy. The subsequent sensitivity analysis was performed to compare the effect of each parameter in the model with the laboratory test results. At the end, the participation or relative importance of each parameter in the ANN model was obtained.

Genistein Improves Liver Damage in Male Mice Exposed to Morphine

Background： Morphine is commonly used to treat severe pain. This substance is significantly metabolized in the liver and causes disturbing effects. Genistein is an isoflavone and has antioxidant properties. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of genistein against morphine damages on mouse liver. Methods： Between May 2017 and March 2018, 48 male mice were divided into six groups （n = 8 in each group）. Various doses of genistein （25 and 50 mg/kg） and morphine plus genistein （25 and 50 mg/kg） were administered intraperitoneally to 48 male mice for 20 consequent days. Aspartate aminotransferase （AST）, alanine aminotransferase （ALT）, alkaline phosphatase （ALP）, serum nitric oxide （NO） levels, liver weight, and the diameter of hepatocytes and central hepatic vein were studied and compared using one-way analysis of variance. Results： Morphine administration significantly increased the mean diameter of the central hepatic vein （22.76 ± 1.9 μm vs. 15.04 ± 0.60μm, x^2= 21.814, P = 0.001） and hepatocytes （3.03 ± 0.10 μm vs. 1.10 ± 0.05 μm, x^2 = 9.873, P = 0.001） respectively, blood serum NO level （38.00% ± 2.09% vs. 18.72% ±4.40%, x^2 = 20.404, P 〈 0.001 ）, liver enzyme level （AST： 111.80 ± 5.10 ng/ml vs. 81.93 ±2.20 ng/ ml, x^2 = 32.201, P 〈 0.0001; ALT： 45.14 ± 4.10 ng/ml vs. 35.49 ± 2.50 ng/ml, x^2= 18.203, P 〈 0.0001; and ALP： 3.28 ± 0.20 ng/ml vs. 2.14± 0.10, x^2= 5.04, P 〈 0.0001, respectively）, and decreased liver weight （18.50 ± 0.90 g vs. 27.15 ± 0.50 g, x^2 = 22.415, P=0.001 ） compared to saline group （0.535±3.750, P 〈 0.0001）. However, administration of genistein plus morphine significantly enhanced liver weight （25 mg/kg： 21.15 ±2.13 g vs. 18.50 ±0.90 g, x^2= 19.251 P 〈 0.0001 ; 50 mg/kg： 21.20 ±1.00 g vs. 18.5± 0.9 g, x^2= 19.502, P 〈 0.0001, respectively） and reduced the mean diameter of hepatocyte （25 mg/kg： 2.17±0.30 μm vs. 3.03 ± 0.10 μm, x^2 = 22.780, P =0.001 ; 50 mg/kg： 2.01± 0.20 μm vs. 3.03 ±0.10 μm x^2 = 7.120, P = 0.001, respectively）, ce

Objective:To investigate the frequency of-786T>C variant in endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS)gene promoter in Iranian women with recurrent pregnancy ***:Blood samples were obtained from 100 unrelated women affected by recurrent pregnancy loss and 100 unaffected women as the *** DNA was extracted and-786T>C polymorphism in eNOS gene promoter was investigated by PCR-RFLP *** analyses and Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in the groups of patients and controls were performed by Chi-square test and SPSS standard software(Version 21).Results:The frequency of homozygous TT was 40%in cases and 46%in the control group;the frequency of CC was 7%in cases and 5%in the control group;frequency heterozygote TC was 53%in cases and 49%in the control *** frequencies between the two groups showed no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusions:The-786T>C polymorphism is not more frequent in recurrent pregnancy loss in this population.

Nonlinear control techniques for an atomic force microscope system

＜正＞Network congestion control remains a critical and high priority issue. The rapid growth of the Internet, the massive amount of data traffic it carries and increased demand to use the Internet for time-sensitive voice and video applications necessitates the design and utilization of effective congestion conlrol algorithms. The reliance of the Internet on the TCP/IP protocol suite suggests that we must focus our efforts in this area. Existing TCP/IP protocol suite has been designed for besl effort （delay tolerant） services and cannot effectively support time sensitive applications. We will use the Integrated Dynamic Congestion Control （IDCC） scheme. The problem that comes up is the lack of an effective way of dealing with congestion. On the other hand, the IDCC scheme controls the traffic using information on the status of each queue in the network. It is based on a non-linear model of the network that is generated using fluid flow considerations. The aim of this paper is to design a robust active queue management system to secure high utilization, bounded delay and loss while the network complies with the demands each traffic class sets. To this end, we will use the H control theory. Simulation results of the proposed control action demonstrate the effectiveness of the controller in providing robust queue management system.

Two nonlinear control techniques are proposed for an atomic force microscopesystem. Initially, a learning-based control algorithm is developed for the microcantilever-samplesystem that achieves asymptotic cantilever tip tracking for periodic trajectories. Specifically, thecontrol approach utilizes a learning-based feedforward term to compensate for periodic dynamics andhigh-gain terms to account for non-periodic dynamics. An adaptive control algorithm is thendeveloped to achieve asymptotic cantilever tip tracking for bounded tip trajectories despiteuncertainty throughout the system parameters. Simulation results are provided to illustrate theefficacy and performance of the control strategies.

Objective:Carbophos(CAR)is an organophosphate that is most capable of producing free radicals and inducing alteration in some of the male reproductive ***(RES)is an herbal polyphenol and exerts beneficial antioxidant *** study aimed to evaluate the effects of RES against CAR-induced alteration in reproductive parameters of male ***:In this experimental study,48 male rats were randomly assigned to eight groups:Group 1:Normal control(saline)group;Group 2:CAR control(250 mg/kg)group;Groups 3-5:2,8,and 20 mg/kg RES,respectively,groups;Groups 6-8:CAR plus 2,8,and 20 mg/kg RES,respectively,*** agents were administered intraperitoneally and by gavage daily for 65 *** parameters,testis malondialdehyde(MDA)levels,total antioxidant capacity,testosterone levels,and germinal layer height were evaluated and compared among these ***:No significant alterations were observed in RES groups(with different doses)compared to the normal control group(P>0.05).The levels of all parameters except MDA(which decreased)significantly increased in the CAR plus RES(with different doses)groups compared to the CAR control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:RES attenuates the toxic effect of CAR on some of the male reproductive parameters.

本工作将相互作用玻色子模型推广为包含f-和p-玻色子的情形。利用仿射型■代数方法,通过对偶代数结构数值计算了多分量玻色型对力问题。利用对偶关系解析构建了与哈密顿量及其基底相联系的,由幺正的粒子数守恒和非粒子数守恒算符构成的准旋代数。在经该模型对^(106-116)Cd偶偶核素实验能谱拟合的基础上,计算了基态和低激发态中各种玻色子占有率,准γ带中相邻能级摇摆等几个能特征该区域核素形状相变的序参量。从而展示了这些中重质量核从振动到γ-不稳定运动的形状相变行为。

The neutron-rich nuclei near doubly magic132^(Sn)have attracted considerable interest in both nuclear physics and nuclear *** the particle-hole nuclei in this region,the low-lying and high core excitations have been well described by shell model calculations using the extended pairing plus multipole-multipole force ***,there is a significant difference between experiment and theory in the high-spin level 17+of^(132)*** intend to illustrate this difference through monopole *** this purpose,the monopole corrections betweenπ(ν)0g_(7/2),ν1d_(5/2)andπ(ν)0h_(11/2)are investigated in^(132-134)Te,^(131-133)Sb,and^(130)*** theoretical levels are connected to the(17^(+))state of^(132)Te with the monopole correction(Mc)of Mc(νd_(5/2),νh_(11/2))and the quadruple-quadruple force between the proton and neutron,i.e.,levels 3^(-)(8^(-))in^(130)Sn,level 14^(-)in^(132)Te,and level 23/2^(-)in^(131)*** observations at lower energies can confirm the datum of level(17^(+))in^(132)Te with an illustration of monopole effects and quadruple-quadruple force.

High-speed, high-accuracy data converters are attractive for use in most RF applications. Such converters allow direct conversion to occur between the digital baseband and the antenna. However, high speed and high accuracy make the analog components in a converter more complex, and this complexity causes more power to be dissipated than if a traditional approach were taken. A static calibration technique for flash analog-to-digital converters （ADCs） is discussed in this paper. The calibration is based onhistogram test methods, and equivalent errors in the flash ADC comparators are estimated in the digital domain without any significant changes being made to the ADC comparators. In the trimming process, reference voltages are adjusted to compensate for static errors. Behavioral-level simulations of a moderate-resolution 8-bit flash ADC show that, for typical errors, ADC performance is considerably improved by the proposed technique. As a result of calibration, the differential *** （DNLs） are reduced on average from 4 LSB to 0.5 LSB, and the integral nonlinearities （INLs） are reduced on average from 4.2 LSB to 0.35 LSB. Implementation issues for this proposed technique are discussed in our subsequent paper, “A Histogram-Based Static-Error Correction Technique for Flash ADCs： Implementation Aspects. ”
