Objective: To study the protective effect of ascorbic acid and curcumin against the abnormal estrous cycle and morphological changes in cells induced by repeated ultraviolet B(UVB)radiation in female Wistar ***: Sixteen female sexually mature Wistar rats weighing 130-150 g and aged 12-16 weeks were randomly divided into four *** control group received normal food and water ad *** UVB group was exposed to a dose of 280 nm of UVB radiation for 2 h *** UVB+curcumin group received a dose of 280 nm of UVB radiation for 2 h daily and also an oral dose of curcumin(25 mg/kg body weight)*** UVB+ascorbic acid group received a dose of 280 nm of UVB radiation for 2 h daily and also an oral dose of ascorbic acid(250 mg/kg body weight)*** the treatments last for 15 consecutive *** and ovary weight and gonadosomatic index were *** stages(proestrus,estrus,metaestrus and diestrus)of the estrous cycle were determined by the cell types observed in the vaginal ***: UVB radiation caused irregular alterations on the estrous cycle and morphological changes of the female Wistar rat as compared with the control *** acid and curcumin protected UVB-induced estrous phases and their *** curcumin showed greater protection than ascorbic ***: Ascorbic acid and curcumin at low doses can alleviate abnormal estrous cycle and morphological changes in cells induced by UVB radiations in female Wistar rats.

Highly pure red phosphors LiM（PO3）3:Eu3+（M=Sr,Ca） doped with Eu3+（1 mol%） were synthesized via solution combustion method and their crystal structure and luminescence dynamics were studied to explore its suitability in white light emitting *** Rietveld refinement analysis of the powder Xray diffraction patterns reveals that the phosphors belong to the pure triclinic phase of LiSr（PO3）3and LiCa（PO3） with space group P-■（2）.The scanning electron microscopy images showed the agglomerated *** photoluminescence emission spectra under 393 nm show an orange band at 594 nm and a red band at 613 nm ascribed to5D0→7F1.5D0→7F2transitions of Eu3+ion in both the ***,the spectroscopic properties such as luminescence behaviour,and Stark splitting were used to examine the symmetry of Eu3+ions in LiM（PO3）3:Es3+（M=Sr,Ca） phosphors in terms of distortion induced upon *** Stark splitting shows that the actual site symmetry for Eu3+ion was estimated to be D2type for both *** photometric properties of LiCa（PO3）3:Eu3+such as Commission International de l'Eclairage coordinates（x=0.64,y=0.36） near to the standard one（red）,high color purity（95%） and higher brightness reveal that the phosphor has the capability of acting as a red component in n-UV white light emitting diodes.

Data is humongous today because of the extensive use of World WideWeb, Social Media and Intelligent Systems. This data can be very important anduseful if it is harnessed carefully and correctly. Useful information can beextracted from this massive data using the Data Mining process. The informationextracted can be used to make vital decisions in various industries. Clustering is avery popular Data Mining method which divides the data points into differentgroups such that all similar data points form a part of the same group. Clusteringmethods are of various types. Many parameters and indexes exist for the evaluationand comparison of these methods. In this paper, we have compared partitioningbased methods K-Means, Fuzzy C-Means (FCM), Partitioning AroundMedoids (PAM) and Clustering Large Application (CLARA) on secure perturbeddata. Comparison and identification has been done for the method which performsbetter for analyzing the data perturbed using Extended NMF on the basis of thevalues of various indexes like Dunn Index, Silhouette Index, Xie-Beni Indexand Davies-Bouldin Index.

In the current context,a smart grid has replaced the conventional grid through intelligent energy management,integration of renewable energy sources(RES)and two-way communication infrastructures from power gen-eration to *** management from the distribution side is a critical problem for balancing load demand.A unique energy manage-ment strategy(EMS)is being developed for office building *** includes renewable energy integration,automation,and control based on the Artificial Neural Network(ANN)system using Matlab *** strategy reduces electric power consumption and balances the load demand of the traditional *** strategy is developed by taking inputs from an office building electricity consumption behavior study,a power generation study of a solar photovoltaic system,and the supply pattern of a grid in peak and non-peak *** this is done in consideration of the Indian scenario,where real-time data of month-wise ANN-based intelligent switching has been established for intermittent renewable sources and peak load reduction,as well as average load reduction,has been demonstrated along with the power control loop without the battery system.

The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic was triggered by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),a previously unknown strain of *** fully understand the consequences and complications of SARS-CoV-2 infections,we have reviewed current literature on coagulation dysfunctions that are related to the disease and *** COVID-19 is more commonly considered as a respiratory illness,studies indicate that,in addition to respiratory illness,a coagulation dysfunction may develop in individuals after the initial infection,placing them at the risk of developing thrombotic *** who died of COVID-19 had higher levels of D-dimer,a biomarker for blood clot formation and *** treatments for coagulation dysfunctions are critically needed to improve patient *** the other hand,antibodies against platelet factor 4(PF4)/heparin may be found in patients with rare instances of vaccine-induced immunological thrombotic thrombocytopenia(VITT)following vaccination with adenovirus-based *** is characterized by atypical thrombosis and thrombocytopenia,similar to immune-mediated heparin-induced thrombocytopenia(HIT),but with no need for heparin to trigger the immune *** both adenovirus-based and mRNA-based vaccines express the Spike protein of SARS-CoV-2,VITT is exclusively related to adenovirus-based *** to the resemblance with HIT,the use of heparin is highly discouraged against treating patients with thrombotic thrombocytopenia after SARS-CoV-2 infection or with VITT after *** immunoglobulin therapy coupled with anticoagulation is recommended *** well-studied anti-PF4 monoclonal antibody RTO,which does not induce pathologic immune complexes in the presence of heparin and has been humanized for a potential treatment modality for HIT,may provide a nonanticoagulant HIT-specific solution to the problem of increased blood coagulation after SARS-CoV-2 infecti

The present study deals with Bianchi type-IX string cosmological models for perfect fluid distribution. We consider two cases：（i） ρ ＋ λ = 0, （ii） ρ - λ = 0, where ρ and λ are the rest energy density and the tension density of a string cloud, respectively. Emissive probes are the tools for the direct deter- mination of the plasma potential ~PL and they deliver a more reliable measure of φPL compared to the indi- rect measurements with cold Langmuir probes. The emissive probe works on the principle of compensating the well-known asymmetry of the I-V characteristic of a single cold Langmuir probe by an electron emission current from the probe into the plasma. In an ideal case, the saturated value of floating potential V（А,em） of a highly emissive probe should equal the plasma potential. A conventional emissive probe usu- ally consists of a loop of tungsten wire heated by an electric current passing through it. These conven- tional emissive probes containing an electric current- heated metal wire loop suffer a huge drawback when it comes to their lifetime. The metal wire used in these probes evaporates and subsequently breaks when heated with high current, leading to frequent replacements of these wires. When used in ultra high vacuum （UHV） plasma systems, frequent replacement of these wires requires frequent vacuum breaks in the plasma systems. In many plasma systems espe- cially in magnetized toroidal hot plasmas like toka- maks, where determination of the electric fields leads to a great deal of useful information, frequent breaking of the vacuum is impossible for changing the filament of the emissive probes. Hence, along with the other drawbacks of the conventional emissive probes such as limited emission current, bending in a magnetic field makes their use impractical in these plasma systems. The most suitable alternative is the emissive probes heated by a focused infra-red laser. Due to them having several advantages over the conventional emis- sive probes, laser heated emissive probes （LHEPs） are found to have more and more uses in plasma systems.
