Dielectric relaxation in p.re and Co-dop.d Bi_(12)GeO_(20) single crystals

We rep.rt the results of investigation of dielectric sp.ctroscop. study of single crystals of Bi_(12)GeO_(20) and Bi_(12)GeO_(20) dop.d with Co *** comp.ex dielectric constant was measured in the temp.rature interval from 5 to 450K and frequencies from 1Hz to *** electrical conductivity of both samp.es was thermally activated with p.tential barriers of 0.55eV and 0.59eV,*** samp.es had bigger comp.ex dielectric constants and σ′ exhibited slightly steep.r temp.rature dep.ndence than in the p.re *** dielectric relaxation was observed in p.re and dop.d single crystals and relaxation frequencies showed similar activation energies as electrical conductivities.

Dihadron azimuthal correlations containing a high transverse momentum(p.)trigger p.rticle are sensit-ive to the p.op.rties of the nuclear medium created at RHIC through the strong interactions occurring between the traversing p.rton and the medium,*** measurements revealed a strong modification to di-hadron azimuthal correlations in Au+Au collisions with resp.ct to p.p.and d+Au *** modification in-creases with the collision centrality,suggesting a p.th-length or energy density dep.ndence to the je-quenching *** p.p.r rep.rts STAR measurements of dihadron azimuthal correlations in mid-central(20%-60%)Au+Au collisions at√^(S)NN=200 GeV as a function of the trigger p.rticle's azimuthal angle relative to the event p.ane,Ф_(s)=|Ф_(t)-ψ_(Ep.|.The azimuthal correlation is studied as a function of both the trigger and associated p.rticle *** subtractions of the combinatorial background and anisotrop.c flow,assuming Zero Yield At Minimum(ZYAM),are *** correlation results are first discussed with subtraction of the even harmonic(ellip.ic and quadrangu-lar)flow *** away-side correlation is strongly modifed,and the modification varies withФ_(s),with a double-p.ak structure for out-of-p.ane trigger *** near-side ridge(long range p.eudo-rap.dity△_(η)correla-tion)ap.ears to drop.with increasingФ_(s)while the jet-like comp.nent remains ap.roximately *** correla-tion functions are further studied with the subtraction of odd harmonic triangular flow background arising from *** is found that the triangular flow,while resp.nsible for the majority of the amp.itudes,is not sufficient to exp.ain theφs-dep.ndence of the ridge or the away-side double-p.ak *** drop.ing ridge withФ_(s)could be attributed to aФ_(s)-dep.ndent llip.ie anisotrop.;however,the p.ysics mechanism of the ridge remains an op.n *** with aФ_(s)-dep.ndent ellip.ic flow,the away-side correlation structure
