针对碳化材料烧蚀性能参数测量难度大的问题,对基于优化算法的烧蚀性能参数辨识方法进行了研究。根据一维连续模型描述碳化烧蚀材料的内部热响应情况,与公开试验数据进行对比验证,各测量点计算误差均小于15%。采用基函数表征法对材料碳化前后的比热容和导热率进行表征,基函数选取为切比雪夫多项式。根据PICA材料的温度测试试验数据,对材料的热解动力学参数和基函数的待定系数采用遗传算法进行辨识,将辨识得到的材料烧蚀性能参数代入一维连续模型中进行计算,与验证工况下的试验数据进行比对,计算得到的温度曲线平均相对误差小于10%。

Uganda has been implementing the Global Health Security Agenda(GHSA)since 2015 to build its capacity according to World Health Organization(WHO)Benchmarks on International Health Regulations *** country remains prone to outbreaks,with more than 20 disease outbreaks reported in the past five years,including Ebola virus disease,Crimean-Congo haemorrhagic fever,Marburg haemorrhagic fever,measles,yellow fever,coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),and *** resistance(AMR)is an ongoing *** scored capacity level 3 on infection prevention and control(IPC)and antimicrobial stewardship(AMS)in the 2017 Joint External Evaluation(JEE)*** gaps were being addressed after a self-assessment in *** paper describes the technical assistance approaches provided to Uganda by the Medicines,Technologies,and Pharmaceutical Services Program,funded by the United States(U.S.)Agency for International Development,and implemented by Management Sciences for *** program,through a One Health approach,supported systematic capacity strengthening based on the JEE's capacity advancement framework for global health security,specifically relating to *** program's interventions impacted 32 WHO benchmark actions(7 for AMR multisectoral coordination,16 for IPC,and 9 for AMS),contributing to Uganda's strengthened GHSA *** success built on the AMR platform,the program trained 745 health workers in IPC for the Ebola virus and provided support for simulation exercises by eight district IPC *** program also worked with the Ministry of Health to coordinate IPC for the COVID-19 response in five health regions,covering 45 districts and reaching 5,452 health workers at 858 health facilities.

Background The co-occurrence of depression and anxiety among adolescents is typically associated with suicide *** The study aimed to investigate the symptom-level relationship between suicide ideation and the comorbidity of depression and *** 1501 adolescents aged 12-19 years were assessed using the Patient Health Questionnaire(PHQ-9)and the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale,and 716 adolescents who scored≥5 on both scales were selected as *** analysis was used to identify the network structure of depressive symptoms and anxiety *** were categorised into either the suicide ideation or non-suicide ideation groups based on their scoring on the suicide-related item in PHQ-9.A comparison was made between the depression-anxiety symptom networks of the two ***‘Restlessness’,‘sad mood’and‘trouble relaxing’were the most prominent central symptoms in the depression-anxiety symptom network,and‘restlessness’,‘nervousness’and‘reduced movement’were the bridge symptoms in this network.‘Sad mood’was found to be directly related to‘suicide ideation’with the highest *** network structure was significantly different in properties between the suicide ideation group and the non-suicide ideation group,with‘restlessness’and‘sad mood’exhibiting significantly higher influence in the network of the suicide ideation group than that in the non-suicide ideation *** Restlessness and sad mood could be targeted for the intervention of depression-anxiety symptoms among adolescents with suicide ideation.

Background: Duodenoscope-related multidrug-resistant organism(MDRO) infections raise concerns. Disposable duodenoscopes have been recently introduced in the market and approved by regulatory agencies with the aim to reduce the risk of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP) associated infections. The aim of this study was to evaluate the outcome of procedures performed with single-use duodenoscopes in patients with clinical indications to single-operator cholangiopancreatoscopy. Methods: This is a multicenter international, retrospective study combining all patients who underwent complex biliopancreatic interventions using the combination of a single-use duodenoscope and a single-use cholangioscope. The primary outcome was technical success defined as ERCP completion for the intended clinical indication. Secondary outcomes were procedural duration, rate of cross-over to reusable duodenoscope, operator-reported satisfaction score(1 to 10) on performance rating of the single-use duodenoscope, and adverse event(AE) rate. Results: A total of 66 patients(26, 39.4% female) were included in the study. ERCP was categorized according to ASGE ERCP grading system as 47(71.2%) grade 3 and 19(28.8%) grade 4. The technical success rate was 98.5%(65/66). Procedural duration was 64(interquartile range 15-189) min, cross-over rate to reusable duodenoscope was 1/66(1.5%). The satisfaction score of the single-use duodenoscope classified by the operators was 8.6 ± 1.3 points. Four patients(6.1%) experienced AEs not directly related to the single-use duodenoscope, namely 2 post-ERCP pancreatitis(PEP), 1 cholangitis and 1 ***: Single-use duodenoscope is effective, reliable and safe even in technically challenging procedures with a non-inferiority to reusable duodenoscope, making these devices a viable alternative to standard reusable equipment.

Analyses of Chicken Tenderness Traits Based on Transcriptome Sequencing

The calpain system is ubiquitous in cells, mainly comprising calpains and calpain inhibitors, and is a widespread calcium-dependent cysteine protease in organisms that is involved in many cellular processes such as muscle degradation in vivo and affects the tenderness of meat after animal slaughter. The study found 128 DEGs that probably regulated tenderness traits were selected from 16 significantly enriched GO terms by transcriptome sequencing analysis, and found that the developmental changes in the expression levels of the CAPN1 gene in the pectoral and leg muscles were significantly positively correlated ( P <0.05) with the cumulative growth values of live weight and comb weight. The developmental changes in the expression levels of the CAST gene in the pectoral and leg muscles were not significantly correlated with the cumulative growth values of live weight and comb weight. Our results helped demonstrate the potential molecular mechanisms of tenderness in chickens and provide valuable information for chicken breeding.

近几年来重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)治疗在幻听症状的临床应用研究上取得了较大进展。近期研究发现经颅磁刺激(TMS)某些特定的刺激模式和刺激靶点对精神分裂症患者的幻听症状有一定改善,一般认为优先选择靶点如颞顶区和背外侧前额叶区。低频刺激左颞顶交界区(TPJ)皮质是辅助治疗言语性幻听(AVH)的主要选择,疗效相对明确。然而,目前缺少大样本随机对照试验(RCT)等循证医学证据,以及对TMS的疗效缺乏客观有力的评估工具,rTMS对幻听症状的临床应用仍处于观望状态。本文从rTMS治疗AVH的刺激靶点、连续性θ短阵快速脉冲、rTMS治疗AVH的增强方案和深部TMS等方面对近年TMS治疗AVH的研究进展进行综述,以期推动临床对rTMS在干预幻听症状方面的认识,为未来进行大样本的RCT、建立客观的疗效评估方式等循证医学证据提供研究方向。

目的：探讨内质网跨膜蛋白IRE1（由Ern1编码）对肿瘤细胞免疫原性和成瘤性的影响与机制。方法：挖掘肿瘤公共数据库中ERN1表达水平和患者生存的关联性。利用CRISPR-Cas9技术敲除小鼠肿瘤细胞系MCA205和TC-1的Ern1基因，借助CCK-8、流式细胞术、ELISA、荧光素酶报告系统、皮下植瘤、预免疫-再刺激等实验分析Ern1对肿瘤细胞体外增殖和体内成瘤能力、浸润肿瘤的免疫细胞比例、衣霉素诱导免疫原性细胞死亡和抗肿瘤效应T细胞活化的影响，比较Ern1-/-肿瘤在正常小鼠和Ifnar-/-小鼠体内生长速度的差异。结果：对多个癌种而言，肿瘤组织ERN1的表达水平与患者总生存时间呈负相关。虽然敲除Ern1不影响肿瘤细胞的体外增殖能力，但其在正常小鼠皮下的成瘤能力大幅降低，甚至会自发消退。与野生型相比，Ern1-/-肿瘤内中性粒细胞显著增多，CD4+T细胞浸润减少。衣霉素诱导内质网应激后，Ern1-/-细胞死亡更多，虽然其HMGB1释放和钙网蛋白暴露有所减少，但IFN-α/β分泌增多，能更强地激活效应T细胞分泌IFN-γ。与正常小鼠相比，Ifnar-/-免疫缺陷小鼠体内Ern1-/-肿瘤生长速度显著加快。结论：Ern1缺失可促进内质网应激肿瘤细胞的Ⅰ型干扰素应答，增强其免疫原性，促进抗肿瘤T细胞分泌IFN-γ，阻碍肿瘤生长。
