用傅里叶变换光谱仪在15K和230～620cm^(-1)范围内研究了不同含Fe量的P型掺B多晶硅的远红外吸收光谱.观测和分析了Si中受主(B)基态到P_(3/2)价带相关的激发态系列的跃迁.实验结果表明,随着Fe浓度的增加,B受主激发谱的吸收强度显著减弱.证明Fe-B对的形成和Fe杂质在晶粒边界的可能的积累.实验还观测到P型Si(B)中不同含Fe量时607cm^(-1)处C局域振动模的吸收变化,讨论了Fe杂质对C振动吸收的影响.

Dementia is a syndrome of chronic and progressive nature, characterized by the deterioration of cognitive functions and behavior, which causes a disability and dependence on others. Alzheimer’s Disease is a type of dementia that affects cognitive functioning, behavior, and overall functionality of those who suffer from the irremediably progressive form, as it is a neurodegenerative disease. For this reason, development of a reactive interface is proposed to be inserted in a cognitive stimulation program. This program offers a series of exercises of mental functions, in order to delay or slow down the progress of this illness. The reactive interface allows access to these exercises and incorporates a user profile that predicts the possible emotions that may be experienced during the work sessions. In order to accomplish this, a cognitive structure of emotions is developed to be included in the reactive profile. This will allow enhancement of the interaction between the system and the patient. The user’s emotional state may interfere, considering within the design stage the phenomenon of altered consciousness during this degenerative process. The consciousness represents the interface of human beings with our environment. This proposal allows us to obtain information related to the user’s emotional state during the performance of specific cognitive tasks, permitting us to optimize the proposed stimulation activities.

Gone therapy is a promising tool for curing various human diseases by introducing a therapeutic gene to replace or correct a defective *** delivery is the biggest challenge of gene *** transfer vectors can be divided into two *** and non-viral systems. The percentage of gene therapy clinical trials employ non-viral vectors is increasing because they are relative safe,simple to prepare and little toxic. Initially,peptide was used for drug ***,it has been utilized in the field of gene ***,three types of peptides were combined to improve the cellular uptake and transgene *** was one of the fast polycations used in gene delivery because of its high condensation ***-penetrating peptide derived from HIV transactivator Tat and penetratin from Antermapedia,a Drosophila transcription factor had shown efficient transfer of nucleic acids by destablizating the cell *** location signal(NLS)from SV40 T antigen was believed to enhance the import of *** carriers with various combinations of short peptides TAT,penetratin,PLL,NLS and lipids were designed,synthesized and their potential ability as gene delivery tools were assessed. Alcohol is the most frequently consumed toxic substance in the world. Low to moderate daily intake of alcohol has been shown to have beneficial effects on the cardiovascular system. In contrast, exposure to high levels of alcohol for a long period could lead to progressive cardiac dysfunction and heart failure. Cardiac dysfunction associated with chronic and excessive alcohol intake is a specific cardiac disease known as alcoholic cardiomyopathy(ACM). In spite of its clinical importance, data on ACM and how alcohol damages the heart are limited. In this review, we evaluate available evidence linking excessive alcohol consumption with heart failure and dilated cardiomyopathy. Additionally, we discuss the clinical presentation, prognosis and treatment of ACM.

A survey report was conducted among 12 Italian centres experi-enced in fine-needle biopsy of the *** questions concerned:*** per-formance of inpatient or outpatient fine-needle biopsy;*** policy of routinehemostatic evaluation;*** management of patients taking aspirin;*** of biopsies performed and the diagnoses obtained;*** complicationsthat occurred in relation to coagulation tests *** results were as follows:1.10 out of 12 centres performed biopsiesmainly on outpatients;*** only 2 of the 12 centres was a history investigatingthe patient’s hemostasis collected;all centres routinely performed coagulationtests;the most frequent combination included prothrombin time,partialthromboplastin time and platelet *** the centres a great variabilityconcerning the test values considered safe existed;*** 10 of the 12 centresbiopsy was not deferred if the patient was taking aspirin;*** amount ofbiopsies performed was 9156 on a total of 6261 patients,mainly in diagnosingmalignant focal liver lesions;*** 2 out of 6261 patients(0.03%)bleedingcomplications were fatal and in 8 out of 6261(0.13%)non-fatal but *** hemostatic decompensation,factors involved in the risk of post-biopsybleeding were the type of the lesion(malignant or hemangiomatous)and the co-existence of cirrhosis.
