The paper deals with current issues of the regional spatial organization based on the identification and analysis of key factors and prerequisites for the formation of urban agglomerations as the most important growth centers, integrated with global and regional markets in the conditions of a qualitatively new stage in the history of the Great Silk Road. We assess promising directions and negative effects of development of agglomerated formations and zones of their influence in the Republic of Kazakhstan as a region having an advantageous geostrategic position in the Eurasian space. In Kazakhstan, the current process of urbanization has a multiple- vector nature, and the course of formation of urban agglomerations provides convincing evidence of an increase in their share in settlement and in the total population. It is agglomerated forms of urban development that are a kind of indicator of the onset of maturity in settlement, specifying key points of the socio-economic space, namely： cores of regions, nodes of foreign economic relations and contacts, main areas of new territories development, the most important links in the internal infrastructure, etc. It is urban agglomerations that should act as a kind of special platform of integration processes, on the basis of which the Republic of Kazakhstan should revive its historical role in the development of the global project ＂New Silk Road＂ and become a major trade and logistics, finance and business, innovation and technology, and tourism hub of the Central Asia region, a bridge between Europe and Asia.

Developmental dysplasia of the hip(DDH) describes the spectrum of structural abnormalities that involve the growing hip. Early diagnosis and treatment is critical to provide the best possible functional outcome. Persistence of hip dysplasia into adolescence and adulthood may result in abnormal gait, decreased strength and increased rate of degenerative hip and knee joint disease. Despite efforts to recognize and treat all cases of DDH soon after birth, diagnosis is delayed in some children, and outcomes deteriorate with increasing delay of presentation. Different screening programs for DDH were implicated. The suspicion is raised based on a physical examination soon after birth. Radiography and ultrasonography are used to confirm the diagnosis. The role of other imaging modalities, such as magnetic resonance imaging, is still undetermined; however, extensive research is underway on this subject. Treatment depends on the age of the patient and the reducibility of the hip joint. At an early age and up to 6 mo, the main treatment is an abduction brace like the Pavlik harness. If this fails, closed reduction and spica casting is usually done. After the age of 18 mo, treatment usually consists of open reduction and hip reconstruction surgery. various treatment protocols have been proposed. We summarize the current practice for detection and treatment of DDH, emphasizing updates in screening and treatment during the last two decades.

In general, China is short of water resources and some regions even experience a shortage of daily water supply. This could threaten the stability and economic development of the nation. A study on the water storage variations is especially important for the water management and storage prediction in three largest river basins of China, namely, Yangtze, Yellow, and Zhujiang, where the most dense population and leading economic regions are located. The satellite gravity mission GRACE （Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment） provides an opportunity to macroseopically identify water （or mass） variations in the Earth＇s system with a spatial resolution of 300-400 km and a temporal resolution of about one month. We use the first release of the DEOS （Delft Institute of Earth Observation and Space Systems） Mass Transport （DMT-1） model based on GRACE data to analyze water storage changes in the three river basins. The DMT-1 model consists of monthly solutions, which are computed using an innovative methodology. The methodology includes, in particular, the application of a statistically optimal Wiener-type filter based on full varianee-covariance matrices of noise and signal. This results in particularly sharp mass variation maps. Taking one monthly solution as an example, we compare the results derived from the DMT-1 model with ones produced with the standard post-processing scheme based on a combination of the de-striping and Gaussian filtering. The comparison shows that the DMT-1 model outperforms the other models and is suitable for the analysis of the mass changes in river basins. A subset of the DMT-1 solutions in the interval between February 2003 and May 2008 is used to estimate the secular trends and seasonal variations for the three river basins. The estimated trends show that the water storage of the Yellow River basin does not have significant changes, while the Zhujiang and Yangtze river basins have a large and statistically significant water storage increase. AIM: To develop a risk model for Crohn’s disease (CD) based on homogeneous ***: In our study were included 160 CD patients and 209 healthy individuals from Slovenia. The association study was performed for 112 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). We generated genetic risk scores (GRS) based on the number of risk alleles using weighted additive model. Discriminatory accuracy was measured by area under ROC curve (AUC). For risk evaluation, we divided individuals according to positive and negative likelihood ratios (LR) of a test, with LR > 5 for high risk group and LR ved with GRS combining 33 SNPs with optimal sensitivity and specificity of 75.0% and 72.7%, respectively. Individuals with the highest risk (GRS > 5.54) showed significantly increased odds of developing CD (OR = 26.65, 95%CI: 11.25-63.15) compared to the individuals with the lowest risk (GRS ved significantly; AUC of all 74 SNPs was ***: The authors proved the possibility of building accurate genetic risk score based on 33 risk variants on Slovenian CD patients which may serve as a screening tool in the targeted population.

For geochemical purposes, complex aluminum compounds in coal organic matter in different types of coal were identified by solid state nuclear magnetic resonance measurements of 27Al. Low ash samples of anthracites, bituminous coals and altered coals from the Czech Republic, Russia, Ukraine, China and Australia were tested;further, low ash lignite and xylite from the Czech Republic and gagatite from Poland were analyzed. In acquired 27Al MAS NMR spectra, two significant peaks at chemical shifts were recorded, at 3.5 - 4 and 13.5 - 15 ppm. It was found that the significant peak at chemical shift at 3.5 - 4 ppm in spectra of bituminous coals, lignite, gagatite and a thermally weakly altered coal corresponds to that obtained for triaquo-hydroxo-diphenoxido-Aluminum(III) complex. The existence of triaquo-triphenoxido-Aluminum(III) complex in the spec- tra of anthracites, some bituminous coals and another thermally altered coal can be approved by the chemical shift at 13.5 - 15 ppm. These findings indicate that at least two different Al complexes were identified in coal organic matter. Further it was found that these complexes are concentrated in vitrinite fraction (alicyclic-aromatic part of coal), notably in collotelinite (gelified and homogenous vitrinite constituent). Ways of Al complexes formation in coal are suggested and their thermal stability is discussed.

以甘肃省临洮县为例,采用vSD模型,通过暴露度、敏感性和适应能力分解生态脆弱性,构建了包含自然因素和人为因素的综合评价指标体系,开展脆弱性评价与分区。分析结果表明:研究区内极脆弱区、高脆弱区、较脆弱区、脆弱区和低脆弱区分别占16.10%、17.96%、30.65%、30.65%和4.64%,北部和东部山区脆弱性较高,南部地区脆弱性较低;影响研究区生态脆弱性的主要因素有降水量、植被覆盖度、土壤侵蚀类型、坡度等自然因素。根据分区结果,对于生态脆弱区实施易地搬迁工程的对象提出了相应的建议。
