Population genetic s.ructure was.s.udied in paddyfield warblers.Acrocephalus.agricola breeding in NE Bulgaria, s. Rus.ia and s.Kazakhs.an. We were particularly interes.ed in the degree of genetic differentiation and gene flow of the Bulgarian population due to its.geographical is.lation, recent origin and unique migratory s.rategy. Analys.s.of mitochondrial DNA （mtDNA） s.owed that there was.no divergence between Bulgarian and Rus.ian populations.（Fs. = 0.007）, whereas.thos. in Ka- zakhs.an differed s.gnificantly from the European breeding populations.（Rus.ia： Fs. = 0.058; Bulgaria： Fs. = 0.114）. The degree of differentiation between populations.at nuclear markers.（five micros.tellite loci; Fs. ~ 0） was.weaker than for mtDNA. We s.gges. that this.relatively weak differentiation over the range of this.s.ecies.reflects.a recent pos.glacial expans.on, and res.lts.from mis.atch dis.ribution analys.s.and Fu＇s.Fs.tes.s.are in agreement. Pres.rvation of s.all and geographically is.lated popula- tions.which may contain individuals.with unique adaptive traits. s.ch as.the s.udied Bulgarian population of paddyfield warbler, is.valuable for the long-term cons.rvation of expanding migratory bird s.ecies

To characterize the gut bacterial microbiota of patients.with primary s.leros.ng cholangitis.(Ps.) and ulcerative colitis.(UC). METHODs.tool s.mples.were collected and relevant clinical data obtained from 106 s.udy participants. 43 Ps. patients.with (n = 32) or without (n = 11) concomitant inflammatory bowel dis.as., 32 UC patients. and 31 healthy controls. The V3 and V4 regions.of the 16s.ribos.mal RNA gene were s.quenced on Illumina Mis.q platform to cover low taxonomic levels. Data were further proces.ed in QIIME employing MaAs.in and LEfs. tools.for analys.s.of the output data. REs.LTs.icrobial profiles.in both Ps. and UC were characterized by low bacterial divers.ty and s.gnificant change in global microbial compos.tion. Rothia, Enterococcus. s.reptococcus. Veillonella, and three other genera were markedly overrepres.nted in Ps. regardles. of concomitant inflammatory bowel dis.as. (IBD). Rothia, Veillonella and s.reptococcus.were tracked to the s.ecies.level to identify Rothia mucilaginos., s.reptococcus.infantus. s. alactolyticus. and s. equi along with Veillonella parvula and V. dis.ar. Ps. was.further characterized by decreas.d abundance of Adlercreutzia equolifaciens.and Prevotella copri. Decreas. in genus.Phas.olarctobacterium was.linked to pres.nce of colonic inflammation regardles. of IBD phenotype. Akkermans.a muciniphila, Butyricicoccus.pullicaecorum and Clos.ridium colinum were decreas.d in UC along with genus.Ros.buria. Low levels.of s.rum albumin were s.gnificantly correlated with enrichment of order Actinomycetales. CONCLUs.ONPs. is.as.ociated with s.ecific gut microbes.independently of concomitant IBD and s.veral bacterial taxa clearly dis.inguis. IBD phenotypes.(Ps.-IBD and UC).

This.work motivated s.veral authors. in- cluding Bayes.hims.lf, to further inves.igate atrial conduc- tion and interatrial block （IAB）.

The electronic s.ructure of the s.rontium aluminate （s.Al2O4：Eu^2＋） materials.was.s.udied with a combined experimental and theo- retical approach. The UV-VUV s.nchrotron radiation was.applied in the experimental s.udy while the electronic s.ructure of the non-optimized and optimized crys.al s.ructure were inves.igated theoretically by us.ng the dens.ty functional theory. The s.ructure of the valence and conduction bands.as.well as.the band gap energy of the material together with the pos.tion of the Eu2＋ 4f7 85712 ground s.ate were calculated. The calculated band gap energy （6.4 eV） agreed well with the experimental value of 6.6 eV. The valence band cons.s.ed mainly of oxygen s.ates.whereas.the bottom of the conduction band of s.rontium s.ates. In agreement with the experimental res.lts. the calculated 4f7 8s.r2 ground s.ate of Eu2＋ lies.in the energy gap of the hos.. The pos.tion of the 4f7 ground s.ate depended on the Coulomb repuls.on s.rength. The pos.tion of the 4f7 ground s.ate with res.ect to the valence and conduction bands.was.dis.us.ed us.ng theoretical and experimental evidence available.
