The regulation.of sign.lin. pathways related to cell differen.iation. proliferation. an. m.tabo-lism.is crucial for early em.ryo developm.n. an. can.determ.n. the success or failure of the pregn.n.y. Bioactive m.lecules within.EVs in.m.tern.l reproductive fluids, such as m.cro Rn.s(m.Rn.s), m.y con.ribute to this regulatory process as they m.dulate gen. expression.through post-tran.cription.l *** This study evaluated m.Rn. cargo in.OF-EVs from.the early luteal phase an. UF-EVs from.the m.d-luteal phase, coin.idin. with em.ryo tran.it within.oviduct an. uterus in.vivo, an. its possible in.luen.e on.Lm.s an. sign.alin. pathways crucial for early em.ryo developm.n.. A total of 333 m.Rn.s were detected, with 11 exclusive to OF, 59 to UF, an. 263 were com.on.between.both groups.
