The issue in this matter is that rules for use of electricity in rural areas are limited to the provision of inputs. Adopting guidelines to consider managed sub regions can generate poor results. The focus of this study was to present parameters for indicators of electric energy and agricultural production to allow the formation of city groups in Sao paulo State, Brazil, with similar electric energy consumption and rural agricultural production. The methodology was the development of indicators that characterize the electric energy consumption/agricultural production and the preparation of groups using indicators with ward of statistical method of groups. The main conclusions were the formation of six homogeneous groups with similar characteristics regarding agricultural production/consumption of electricity. The application of these groups in cities with similar characteristics would produce more satisfactory results than the division of administrative Rural development Offices （RDO）.

This study, carried out in a sugarcane mill located in the center-west region of Sao paulo state, Brazil, aimed to evaluate the association of sucrose amount （POL%） with sugarcane varieties and cutting stages using mechanized harvesting. A two-way analysis of variance （ANOVA）, complemented by multiple comparison tests, was used in order to identify the effects of variety types and cutting stages on the sugarcane POL% content. An interaction between the sugarcane variety and the cutting stage was observed; therefore, both two factors cannot be independently evaluated regarding POL%. In addition, it was found that the sucrose amount from the plant production in the evaluated period presented significant differences between the cutting stages only for one variety, namely CTC2, which was different from the others in most of the cutting stages. Considering the observed results, it can be concluded that analyzing sucrose amount statistically in the mill production can allow producers to posteriorly better monitor information on the sugarcane varieties harvested under mechanized processes.

Rural economic development can differ intensely among municipalities within the same region. The economic activity disparity among them makes public policy actions difficult. It is possible to find highly efficient and globally competitive producers, as well as those producing for subsistence, in the same area. This disparity stands out the total productivity importance of the factors of production in the agricultural sector, especially the productivity of the land. The way the land is occupied in the rural area, namely crops, pastures, reforestation and other areas, can be indicative of the productivity of the land factor and the value of agricultural production. The products that compose the value of the agricultural production present different land occupation through their own productive characteristic. The main objective of this work was to measure the association between the production value of groups of agricultural products and the diversified uses of the rural area in the production of the municipalities in the state of Sao paulo. In this research, 52 agricultural products produced in 2008 were used, grouped in five production value variables and other nine variables of the land use in production of the municipalities in Sao paulo. The multivariate statistical technique of canonical correlation was used to measure the association between the product variables group of the production value with the land use group in agricultural activities. It was concluded that there is a strong correlation （94.3%） in the first pair of canonical variables, representing the production value and the land use, allowing groups of municipalities to be formed at different stages of development in agricultural production. It can be verified that 61.8% of the municipalities in the state were below the average in the production group and land use and that only 4.8% were above average for the production variables group and with values below the average in land use. In this article,we explored the role of adipose tissue,especially mesenteric adipose tissue and creeping fat,and its association with the gut microbiota in the pathophysiology and progression of Crohn’s disease(CD).CD is a form of inflammatory bowel disease characterized by chronic inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract,influenced by genetic predisposition,gut microbiota dysbiosis,and environmental *** microbiota plays a crucial role in modulating immune response and intestinal inflammation and is associated with the onset and progression of ***,visceral adipose tissue,particularly creeping fat,a mesenteric adipose tissue characterized by hypertrophy and fibrosis,has been implicated in CD pathogenesis,inflammation,and *** bacteria from the gut microbiota may translocate into mesenteric adipose tissue,contributing to the formation of creeping fat and influencing CD *** creeping fat may be a protective barrier against bacterial invasion,its expansion can damage adjacent tissues,leading to *** gut microbiota through interventions such as fecal microbiota transplantation,probiotics,and prebiotics has shown potential in managing ***,more research is needed to clarify the mechanisms linking gut dysbiosis,creeping fat,and CD progression and develop targeted therapies for microbiota modulation and fat-related complications in patients with CD.

BACKGROUND： Fibromyalgia （FMS） is a syndrome characterized by chronic widespread musculoskeletal pain, whose etiology is not completely understood. Different therapeutic approaches have been used with inconsistent results. This observation does not invalidate the continued search for alternative treatments aimed at improving quality of life （QoL） in FMS. OBJECTIVE： This study compared three classica acupuncture （AC）, electroacupuncture （EAC） and promotion of QoL in FMS patients. traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） therapies： moxibustion （MX） in the management of pain and deSIGN, SETTING, PARTICIPANTS AND INTERVENTIONS： A preliminary, group-assigned, comparative study enrolled 30 women, mean age （46.90_＋9.24） years （range 20-60 years）, who met the 1990 American College of Rheumatology criteria for FMS diagnosis and a pain-pressure threshold （PPT）〈 4 kg/cm2. The study was conducted in a teaching tertiary-care medical institution from May 2010 through April 2012. AC, EAC and MX were delivered for 30 min, once a week, for 8 weeks, bilaterally at Neiguan （PC6）, Hegu （LI4）, Yanglingquan （GB34）, Sanyinjiao （SP6） and Taichong （LR3） acupoints. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES： Each week, immediately before treatment and after treatment, subjects were tested for PPTs, Wong-Baker Faces Pain Scale （WBFPS; for pain intensity） and Medical Outcomes Study 36-item Short Form Health Survey （SF-36： for QoL）. RESULTS： There was no significant improvement in pain or reduction of tender points in any of the groups studied, at the end of the 8th session. Significant improvement of QoL was perceived in vitality （after AC treatment） and in mental health （after EAC and MX treatments）. CONCLUSION： TCM therapies （AC, EAC and MX） promoted an improvement in the QoL in two areas （vitality and mental health） in FMS women. Further large-scale clinical trials are required to confirm this effect.

Aphasic syndromes usually result from injuries to the dominant hemisphere of the brain. despite the fact that localization of language functions shows little interindividual variability, several brain areas are simultaneously activated when language tasks are undertaken. Mechanisms of language recovery after brain injury to the dominant hemisphere seem to be relatively stereotyped, including activations of perilesional areas in the acute phase and of homologues of language areas in the non-dominant hemisphere in the subacute phase, later returning to dominant hemisphere activation in the chronic phase. Plasticity mechanisms reopen the critical period of language development, more specifically in what leads to disinhibition of the non-dominant hemisphere when brain lesions affect the dominant hemisphere. The non-dominant hemisphere plays an important role during recovery from aphasia, but currently available rehabilitation therapies have shown limited results for efficient language improvement. Large-scale randomized controlled trials that evaluate well-defined interventions in patients with aphasia are needed for stimulation of neuroplasticity mechanisms that enhance the role of the non-dominant hemisphere for language recovery. Ineffective treatment approaches should be replaced by more promising ones and the latter should be evaluated for proper application. The data generated by such studies could substantiate evidence-based rehabilitation strategies for patients with aphasia.

Inductive Model Generation for Text Classification Using a Bipartite Heterogeneous Network

Algorithms for numeric data classification have been applied for text classification. Usually the vector space model is used to represent text collections. The characteristics of this representation such as sparsity and high dimensionality sometimes impair the quality of general-purpose classifiers. Networks can be used to represent text collections, avoiding the high sparsity and allowing to model relationships among different objects that compose a text collection. Such network- based representations can improve the quality of the classification results. One of the simplest ways to represent textual collections by a network is through a bipartite heterogeneous network, which is composed of objects that represent the documents connected to objects that represent the terms. Heterogeneous bipartite networks do not require computation of similarities or relations among the objects and can be used to model any type of text collection. Due to the advantages of representing text collections through bipartite heterogeneous networks, in this article we present a text classifier which builds a classification model using the structure of a bipartite heterogeneous network. Such an algorithm, referred to as IMBHN （Inductive Model Based on Bipartite Heterogeneous Network）, induces a classification model assigning weights to objects that represent the terms for each class of the text collection. An empirical evaluation using a large amount of text collections from different domains shows that the proposed IMBHN algorithm produces significantly better results than k-NN, C4.5, SVM, and Naive Bayes algorithms.

We present an extension of the proximal point method with Bregman distances to solve variational inequality problems(VIP)on Hadamard manifolds with null sectional *** some natural assumptions,as for example,the existence of solutions of the VIP and the monotonicity of the multivalued vector field,we prove that the sequence of the iterates given by the method converges to a solution of the ***,this convergence is linear or superlinear with respect to the Bregman distance.

Rainfall is the main cause of erosion of Brazilian soils,which makes assessing the rainfall erosivity factor(RE)and the erosivity density(ED)fundamental for soil and water ***,the objectives of this study were:i)to estimate the RE and ED for Sao paulo State,Brazil,using synthetic series of pluviographic data;ii)to define homogeneous regions regarding rainfall erosivity;and iii)to generate regression models for rainfall erosivity estimates in each of the homogeneous *** series of pluviographic data were initially obtained on a sub-daily scale from the daily rainfall records of 696 rainfall *** RE values were then estimated from the synthetic rainfall data,and ED was calculated from the relationship between erosivity and rainfall *** and annual maps for RE and ED were *** clustering analysis was used to define homogeneous regions in terms of rainfall erosivity,and regionalized regression models for estimating RE were *** results demonstrate high spatial variability of RE in Sao paulo,where the highest annual values were observed in the coastal *** to March concentrate approximately 60%of the intra-annual *** highest values of annual ED were observed in regions with intense agricultural *** definition of five homogeneous regions concerning the rainfall erosive potential evidenced distinct seasonal patterns of the spatial distribution of ***,the high predictive accuracy of the regionalized models obtained characterizes them as essential tools for reliable estimates of rainfall erosivity,and contribute to better soil conservation planning.
