Firefox可以长期稳坐第二大浏览器交椅的秘诀在于其很强的扩展性，目前有成千上万的附加组件可供用户自行定制这个开源浏览器，不过我们今天的主角是谷歌Chrome浏览器。无独有偶，谷歌Chrome日前正式添加了原来只有Beta版才能实现的扩展支持功能。既然谷歌也允许用户安装第三方插件了，那么未来的浏览器市场或许会发生一些有趣的变化。

Characterising the mechanisms of cell death following focal cerebral ischaemia has been hampered by a lack of an in vitro assay emulating both the apoptotic and necrotic features observed in vivo. The present study systematically characterised oxygen-glucose-deprivation (OGD) in primary rat cortical neurones to establish a reproducible model with components of both cell-death endpoints. OGD induced a time-dependent reduction in cell viability, with 80% cell death occurring 24 h after 3 h exposure to 0% O2 and 0.5 mM glucose. Indicative of a necrotic component to OGD induced cell death, N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor inhibition with MK-801 attenuated neuronal loss by 60%. The lack of protection by the caspase inhibitors DEVD-CHO and z-VAD-fmk suggested that under these conditions neurones did not die by an apoptotic mechanism. Moderating the severity of the insult by decreasing OGD exposure to 60 min did not reduce the amount of necrosis, but did induce a small degree of apoptosis (a slight reductio

The optimal duration of dual antiplatelet therapy(DAPT)of aspirin and a P2Y12 receptor blocker after stenting is still being *** current recommendations for DAPT duration are signifi cantly focused on reducing stent thrombosis;a less frequent event with later than earlier generation drug eluting stents(DES).A persistent occurrence of late and very late stent thrombosis with first generation DES supported extended use of DAPT beyond one ***,recent studies have demonstrated that extended duration DAPT is associated with increased bleeding;an independent predictor for poor outcomes,including long-term ***-generation DES are associated with less late and very late stent *** recent studies have supported a shorter duration of DAPT for second generation ***,these studies were inadequately powered to assess signifi cant differences in stent ***,extended duration DAPT has been associated with a reduced risk of thrombotic events in non-culprit vessels in addition to stent thrombosis in patients with acute coronary syndromes(ACS).The higher risk of bleeding associated with extended DAPT therapy provides a strong rationale for personalized DAPT based on patient risk factors(*** ***-ACS),type of stents,and cost-benefit analyses.
