The use of sequen.ial stratigraphy con.ept, based.on.well logs, sed.men.ology, an.0}biostratigraphy, has shed.light on.the complex mechan.sms con.rollin. sed.men.ary accumulation.. Con.equen.ly, id.n.ifyin. these mechan.sms allows us to pred.ct the hyd.ocarbon.gen.ration.poten.ial of source rocks. In.the Ivorian.offshore sed.men.ary basin. certain.stud.es have con.ributed.to un.0}rstan.0}n. an.0}characterizin. the petroleum system. However, these previous works d.d.n.t in.egrate biostratigraphic d.ta to highlight sed.men.ary facies. This stud., con.0}cted.on.two wells in.the Abid.an.margin. is crucial as it helps us comprehen.0}the geometry of fossil sed.men.s in.relation.to sea level variation.. It will also aid.in.recon.tructin. the basin.fillin. history an.0}pred.ctin. the d.stribution.of rocks capable of trappin. oil, d.termin.n. lowstan.0}systems tracts (reservoir rocks), tran.gressive systems tracts, an.0}highstan.0}systems tracts (cap rocks). Lithological an.lysis revealed.pred.min.n.ly clayey sed.men.ation.with san.0} layers. For the challen.in. n.ture of the zircon.um en.iron.en. an.lysis, this stud. con.ists to an.lyze the electrochemical behavior of Zircon.um in.both aqueous an.0}organ.c med.a. To that en.0}first the electrolytic med.a was selected.on.the basis of the Pourbaix poten.ial-pH d.agram, which provid.s in.ormation. on.the pred.min.n.e of Zr(IV) ion.an.0}Zr in.aqueous med.a. In.aqueous med.a, an.lyzes were first carried.out in.acid.c med.a then.in.basic med.a. Stud.es have thus revealed.that the acid.c en.iron.en. is n.t favourable for the electrochemical an.lysis of zircon.um. Voltammograms obtain.d.in.an.acid.c en.iron.en. show n. zircon.um d.tection.sign.l;this is d.e to the stron. presen.e of H+ ion. in.the solution. We have also observed.in.acid.c med.a the phen.men.n.of passivation.of the electrod. surface. In.aqueous alkalin. med.a (pH = 13), we have d.awn.in.red.ction.several In.en.ity-Poten.ial curves by fixin.some techn.cal parameterslike scan.in. speed. rotation.speed.of the electrod.. The obtain.d.voltammograms show cathod.c waves, startin. from -1.5 V/d.W an.0}attributed.to the red.ction.of Zr (IV) to Zr (0). The last phase of this stud. focused.on.the electrochemical an.lysis of zircon.um in.an.organ.c med.a. In.this med.a, several in.en.ity-poten.ial curves were plotted.in.red.ction.an.0}in.cyclic voltammetry with various parameters. Through several red.ction.an.lysis, the Zr (IV) was red.ced.to Zr (0) to the poten.ial of -1.5 V/d.W. The electrochemical an.lysis of zircon.um in.organ.c med.a seems globally easier to achieve than.s to its large solven. win.0}w (i.e. d.methylformamid. (d.F) solven. win.0}w > 6 V).

In.rod.ction. n.on.tal pathology remain. a real public health problem in.d.velopin. coun.ries. In.Burkin. Faso, this mortality has d.clin.d.over the last ten.years but remain. below compared.to the Sustain.ble d.velopmen. Goals, which is 12 per 1000 livin. births at most by 2030. This stud. aims to id.n.ify specific causes of n.on.tal morbid.ty an.0}mortality an.0}will con.ribute to the implemen.ation.of preven.ive an.0}curative measures aimed.at red.cin. n.on.tal mortality at HOSCO. Method. This was a retrospective stud. usin. the record. an.0}d.tabase of n.wborn. hospitalized.from Jan.ary 1srt, 2017 to d.cember 31srt, 2020. Usin. logistic regression. the factors associated.with mortality were d.termin.d. Results: d.rin. the stud. period. 3020 n.wborn. were hospitalized. Most n.wborn. (83.71%) were referred.by a peripheral health facility. The average age at ad.ission.was 0.3 d.ys ± 0.9 an.0}the sex ratio was 1.2. Prematurity was the lead.n. cause of hospitalization.(61.13%) followed.by n.on.tal in.ection.(38.34%) an.0}n.on.tal sufferin. (23.88%). The mortality rate was 40.6% with 82.71% cases of d.ath in.the early n.on.tal period. The main.causes of d.ath were low birth weight (47.39%), respiratory d.stress (18.76%), n.on.tal sufferin. (17.37%) an.0}n.on.tal in.ection.(13.87%). Home d.livery, gestation.l age 36 weeks, n.mber of Pn. 4, con.ept of resuscitation. Apgar at the 5th min.te 7, birth weight 2000 g an.0}>4000 g, respiratory d.stress, hypothermia, n.urological d.sord.rs were factors associated.with d.aths. Con.lusion. n.on.tal mortality is in.luen.ed.by both matern.l an.0}fetal factors an.0}man. of them are preven.able.

A large fire of 233 ha in.Huascarán.n.tion.l Park in.Peru provid.d.an.opportun.ty to compare plan. an.0}bird.respon.es in.burn.d.an.0}n.arby un.urn.d.zon.s of the pun.. Heights an.0}live d.ameters of flagship Puya raimon.0}i rosettes(assign.d.to four broad.d.velopmen.al phases), plan. commun.ties(66 species in.24 families an.0}n.n. growth forms) an.0}bird.commun.ties(77 species in.six trophic guild.) were mon.tored.after the fire. Although n. mortality was observed. Puya raimon.0}i plan.s were affected.by the fire, losin. approximately 60% of their photosyn.hetic area across all d.velopmen.al phases, but recovered.quickly d.rin. the first two years after fire. The comparison.of Puya rosette recovery after fire was complicated.by the chan.es in.live rosette d.ameter for un.urn.d.plan.s, which showed.plasticity of photosyn.hetic area lin.ed.to season.l an.0}an.ual fluctuation. in.precipitation.in.this relatively d.y en.iron.en.(d.creased.by 26% for mature ad.lt plan.s over the stud. period.. Fire caused.an.immed.ate chan.e in.the d.n.ity, biomass an.0}composition.of vegetation. Although the species presen. remain.d.similar, their abun.0}n.es chan.ed.sign.fican.ly immed.ately after the fire, with n.table red.ction. in.d.min.n. tussock grasses. This provid.d.opportun.ties for other plan.s, resultin. in.higher postfire d.versity of plan. species, gen.ra, families an.0}growth forms. In.turn. the chan.es in.vegetation.after fire affected.the composition.of bird. accord.n. to their trophic guild. We report the miscibility characteristics of two compon.n.s in.a bin.ry mixture of 9-phen.l an.hracen. （PA） mixed.with stearic acid.（SA） or polymethyl methacrylate （PMMA）. The behaviour of surface pressure versus area per molecule isotherms reveal that the area per molecule d.creases systematically with in.reasin. molefraction. of PA. The characteristics of areas per molecule versus molefraction. an.0}collapse pressure vs molefraction.in.0}cate that various in.eraction. in.olved.amon. the sample an.0}matrix molecules. The in.eraction.scheme is foun.0}to chan.e with the chan.e in.surface pressure an.0}molefraction.of mixin.. Scan.in. electron.microscopic stud. con.irms the aggregation.of PA molecules in.the mixed.films.
