Brain-derived neurotrophic factor is a crucial neurotrophic factor that plays a significant role in brain health. Although the vast majority of meta-analyses have confirmed that exercise interventions can increase brain-derived neurotrophic factor levels in children and adolescents, the effects of specific types of exercise on brain-derived neurotrophic factor levels are still controversial. To address this issue, we used meta-analytic methods to quantitatively evaluate, analyze, and integrate relevant studies. Our goals were to formulate general conclusions regarding the use of exercise interventions, explore the physiological mechanisms by which exercise improves brain health and cognitive ability in children and adolescents, and provide a reliable foundation for follow-up research. We used the pub Med, Web of Science, Science Direct, Springer, Wiley Online Library, Weipu, Wanfang, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure databases to search for randomized controlled trials examining the influences of exercise interventions on brain-derived neurotrophic factor levels in children and adolescents. The extracted data were analyzed using Review Manager 5.3. According to the inclusion criteria, we assessed randomized controlled trials in which the samples were mainly children and adolescents, and the outcome indicators were measured before and after the intervention. We excluded animal experiments, studies that lacked a control group, and those that did not report quantitative results. The mean difference(MD;before versus after intervention) was used to evaluate the effect of exercise on brain-derived neurotrophic factor levels in children and adolescents. Overall, 531 participants(60 children and 471 adolescents, 10.9–16.1 years) were included from 13 randomized controlled trials. Heterogeneity was evaluated using the Q statistic and I^(2) test provided by Review Manager software. The meta-analysis showed that there was no heterogeneity among the studies(p = 0.67,

Diamond-like （DL） structure facilitates optimal superposition of the second-order polarizability in tetrahedra,rendering it a widely adopted template for nonlinear optical （NLO） *** phosphides,serving as potential employers for infrared（IR） NLO materials,have persisted in an underdeveloped state for a considerable duration due to the difficulty of *** this work,we strategically opted for the[Sr4Br]tetrahedra and[Ba2Sr4Br2]∞chain as polycations,leading to the successful formation of two novel salt-inclusion phosphides featuring DL anionic frameworks:[Ba2Sr4Br2][Sr4Br][In5Si31p52]（1） and[Sr4Br][In2Si11p19]（2）.Both phosphides exhibit the remarkable structural characteristics of T3-supertetrahedra,which is rarely observed in IR nonlinear optical （NLO） ***,a tenfold enhancement in the intensity of phase-matching secondharmonic generation （SHG） is observed in phosphide 2 （2.1×AgGaS2） compared to that in 1 （0.2×AgGaS2）,which can potentially be attributed to the significant distinct distorted degrees and stacking methods demonstrated by[Inp4],[Sip4]and[In/Sip4]tetrahedra impacted by ***,both phosphides 1 and 2 display moderate optical bandgaps （1.70 and1.87 eV）,large laser-induced damage thresholds （LIDT,6.0 and 5.0×AGS@2090 nm）,and excellent infrared *** present study provides a novel avenue for the flourishing development of diamond-like structures and salt-inclusion phosphides.

pseudoalteromonas is a group of marine bacteria widespread in diverse marine sediments,producing a wide range of bioactive ***,only a limited number of pseudoalteromonas phages have been isolated and *** this study,a novel lytic pseudoalteromonas phage,denoted as vB_palp_Y7,was isolated from sewage samples collected at the Seafood Market in Qingdao,***_palp_Y7 remained stable across a wide range of temperatures(-20–50℃)and a wide pH range(3–12).The vB_palp_Y7 phage harbors a linear double-stranded DNA molecule of 57699 base pairs(bp)with a G+C content of 45.90%.Furthermore,it is predicted to contain 58 open reading frames(ORFs).phylogenetic analysis and protein network relationship analysis revealed low similarity between vB_palp_Y7 and viruses in the ICTV and IMG/VR4 database,suggesting that vB_palp_Y7 may be a potential new genus,*** study contributed valuable insights to comprehend the relationship between pseudoalteromonas phages and their host organisms.

Multiband afterglow observations of gamma-ray bursts（GRBs） are important for studying the central ***201223A is a GRB with prompt optical detection by GW *** we report on the early optical afterglow of GRB 201223A detected by NEXT（only 2.8 minutes after the Swift/BAT trigger）,which smoothly connects the prompt optical emission and the afterglow *** Amati diagrams and considering the detection of afterglow emission in the Swift u-band,we suggest a redshift range of *** on our optical data and combined with early optical observation from GW AC and early X-ray data from Swift/XRT,a multiband fitting is performed using pyFRS,and we obtain the best afterglow parameters（assuming a redshift of z=1.0）:EK,iso=5.01-1.70+1.91× 1054erg,Γ0=426.58-138.18+148.86,θj=25.98-10.54+9.67deg,n0=0.30-0.26+3.78cm-3,p=2.32-0.01+0.01,εe=3.31-0.86+1.59× 10-5,εB=3.47-2.62+4.12× *** late-time X-ray shows a re-brightening,indicating late-time central engine *** comparing the leading two central engine models,i.e.,magnetar model and hyperaccreting black hole model,we find that the fallback accretion onto a newborn black hole provides a better explanation for the X-ray re-brightening with fallback accretion rate Mp（■）2.76 × 10-9M⊙s-1and the total fallback accreted mass Mfb（■）1.41 × 10-6M⊙.

Zinc homeostasis plays an essential role in maintaining immune function and is tightly regulated by zinc transporters. We previously reported that the zinc transporter SLC39A10, located in the cell membrane, critically regulates the susceptibility of macrophages to inflammatory stimuli; however, the functional role of SLC39A10 in T cells is currently unknown. Here, we identified two SNps in SLC39A10that are associated with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD). We then generated transgenic mice with T cell-specific deletion of Slc39a10(cKO) and found that its loss not only protects against disease progression in IBD and experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis(EAE),but also induces massive apoptosis via a p53/p21-and Bcl2-independent process. Mechanistically, we show that Slc39a10 serves as a key zinc importer upon activation of T cell receptor to safeguard DNA replication. Together, these findings provide new mechanistic insights and potential targets for the development of new therapeutic strategies for the treatment and/or prevention of T cell-mediated autoimmune diseases.
