Magnetic h.les with.relatively small scale sizes, detected by Cluster and TC-1 in th. magnetotail plasma sh.et, are studied in th.s paper. It is found th.t th.se magnetic h.les are spatial structures and th.y are not magnetic depressions generated by th. flapping movement of th. magnetotail current sh.et. Most of th. magnetic h.les (93%) were observed during intervals with.B z larger th.n B x, i.e., th.y are more likely to occur in a dipolarized magnetic field topology. For th. randomly selected plasma sh.et crossing events th.re are only 31% of th. cases h.ve th. magnetic field with.Bz larger th.n Bx, suggesting th.t th. occurrence of magnetic h.les migh. h.ve a close relationsh.p with.th. dipolarization process and/or a perturbed magnetosph.re. Th. magnetic h.les typically h.ve a scale size comparable to th. local proton Larmor radius and are accompanied by an electron flux enh.ncement at 90°pitch.angle. It is also sh.wn th.t most of th. magnetic h.les occur in th. marginally mirror-stable environments;h.wever, wh.th.r th. plasma sh.et magnetic h.les are generated by th. mirror instability related to ions or not is unknown. Comparison of ratios, scale sizes and propagation direction of magnetic h.les detected by Cluster and TC-1 suggests th.t magnetic h.les observed in th. vicinity of TC-1 orbit (-12Re) are likely furth.r developed th.n th.se observed by Cluster (-18Re).

COVID-19 *** overall seroprevalence values against A/h.N1pdm09,A/h.N2,B/Victoria,and B/Yamagata were 17.8%(95%CI 16.2%–19.5%),23.5%(95%CI 21.7%–25.4%),7.6%(95%CI 6.6%–8.7%),and 15.0(95%CI 13.5%–16.5%),respectively,in th. study *** overall vaccination rate was extremely low(2.6%).Our results revealed th.t antibody titers in vaccinated participants were significantly h.gh.r th.n th.se in unvaccinated individuals(Ph. meta-analysis sh.wed th.t antibodies against A/h.N1pdm09 and A/h.N2 were significantly low in adults after th. COVID-19 pandemic(Ph.na.

为科学地量化分析和准确评估土壤表面微形貌加工整地措施对红壤丘陵区坡耕地的土壤侵蚀调控作用,以衡量土壤表面微形貌加工作业对云南省红壤丘陵区坡耕地的适用性和有效性,进行了人工模拟降雨(240 min,55 mm/h.,在不同坡面坡度(7.5°,9.0°,12.0°和15.0°)条件的试验小区进行径流试验,将产流量、产沙量和产流时间作为关键参数进行了测定.研究结果表明,在不同坡度的坡面,与控制组(土壤表面无微坑)相比,经土壤表面微形貌加工作业后的地表均可明显延长产流时间、减少产流量和产沙量,产流时间最大可延长51.18%,产流量最多可减小43.04%,产沙量最多减小25.14%.本研究可为南方红壤丘陵区坡耕地水力侵蚀的防治提供新的方法和数据基础.

Endoscopic placement of self-expandable metallic stents for palliation of patients with.malignant gastric outlet obstruction is safe and feasible. Patients with.malignant gastric outlet obstruction undergoing enteral stent insertion were identified from endoscopy databases. Duration of oral intake after stent insertion was calculated by using th. log-rank test. Factors associated with.duration of oral intake were assessed by using Cox multivariable regression analysis. A total of 176 patients (mean age 65 [14] years) treated at 4 centers from 1996 to 2003 were identified. Obstruction was caused by cancer of th. pancreas in 84, th. stomach.in 20, th. bile duct in 15, th. major duodenal papilla in 8, anoth.r primary site in 16, and metastases in 33. Th. site of obstruction was th. duodenum in 125, th. distal stomach.in 17, th. stomach.and th. duodenum in 18, and surgical anastomosis in 16 patients. Stent deployment was tech.ically successful in 173. Complications occurred in 14 patients. Seventeen patients were lost to follow-up. Of th. remaining 159 patients, 133 resumed oral intake for a median time of 146 days: 95%CI [65, 202]. On regression analysis, ch.moth.rapy after stent placement was associated with.prolonged duration of oral intake (h.zard ratio 0.41: 95%CI [0.23, 0.72]). After enteral stent insertion for malignant gastric outlet obstruction, 84%of patients resumed oral intake for a median time of 146 days. Ch.moth.rapy after enteral stent insertion was independently associated with.prolongation of oral intake.
