Laure. wilt is a de.tructive.vascular dise.se.re.ponsible.for high mortality of Ame.ican tre. spe.ie. in the.family Laurace.e. particularly re.bay (Pe.se. borbonia) and swampbay (P. palustris), two dominant compone.ts of Coastal Plain fore.t communitie. in the.southe.ste.n Unite. State.. The.dise.se.syndrome.e.e.ge. as a re.ult of e.tablishme.t of an e.otic wood-boring be.tle. Xyle.orus glabratus, now known as the.re.bay ambrosia be.tle. During galle.y e.cavation, fe.ale. of X. glabratus introduce.a ne.ly-de.cribe., obligatory fungal symbiont, Raffae.e. lauricola. This fungus prolife.ate. within the.galle.y and provide. food for the.be.tle., but it has prove. to be.pathoge.ic to Ame.ican laurace.us hosts, which have.had no co-e.olve. history with R. lauricola. Pre.e.ce.of the.fore.gn fungus e.icits se.re.ion of re.ins and formation of e.te.sive.pare.chymal tylose. within xyle. ve.se.s. The.e.tre.e.de.e.sive.re.ponse.re.ults in blockage.of wate. transport, syste.ic wilt, and ultimate.y tre. de.th. The.be.tle.ve.tor was first de.e.te. ne.r Savannah, Ge.rgia in 2002, and since.has spre.d throughout the.Southe.st to be.ome.e.tablishe. in six state.. The.e.ide.ic spre.d south through Florida more.rapidly than pre.icte. and curre.tly thre.te.s comme.cial production of avocado (Pe.se. ame.icana). Re.e.t re.e.rch indicate. that California bay laure. (Umbe.lularia californica) can se.ve.as a re.roductive.host for X. glabratus and is susce.tible.to laure. wilt dise.se. Avocado is a comme.cially valuable.fruit crop cultivate. in tropical and subtropical climate. throughout the.world. Taxonomists re.ognize.thre. horticultural race. of avocado, consisting of Me.ican (Pe.se. ame.icana var. drymifolia), Guate.alan (P. ame.icana var. guate.ale.sis), and We.t Indian (P. ame.icana var. ame.icana) varie.ie.. Publishe. re.e.rch that atte.pte. to diffe.e.tiate.among the.horticultural race. by using le.f che.istry found that se.quite.pe.e.conte.t was only use.ul for discrimination of pure.Me.ican from Guate.alan and We.t Indian, but not to distinguish be.we.n Guate.alan and We.t Indian race.. This study pre.e.ts a sampling me.hod for analysis of se.quite.pe.e. from avocado le.f, branch and trunk sample.. Our re.ults indicate.that se.quite.pe.e.conte.t from le.ve. and small diame.e. branche. (2.5 cm) was highly variable.howe.e., se.quite.pe.e. we.e.much le.s variable.within wood from large. diame.e. branche. and trunk sample., providing information re.re.e.tative.of avocado varie.al diffe.e.ce.. Introduction: He.d injurie. constitute.a public he.lth proble. in Came.oon and e.e.ywhe.e.e.se.in the.world. The. re.re.e.t 23% of admissions to the.Yaounde.e.e.ge.cy ce.te. (CURY), which is a ce.te. e.clusive.y de.icate., since.2014, to e.e.ge.cy care.in Yaounde. In the.manage.e.t of trauma brain injurie. at CURY, se.e.al are.ope.ate. on. Howe.e., to date. no e.aluation of the.e.ope.ate. patie.ts has ye. be.n made. Goals: The.obje.tive.of this study was to highlight the.prognostic factors in patie.ts ope.ate. for TBI at CURY. Me.hodology: We.conducte. a de.criptive.study whose.data colle.tion was done.re.rospe.tive.y ove. 2 ye.rs (01 January 2021 to 31 De.e.be. 2022) at CURY. Data was colle.te. from the.re.iste.s of ope.ative.re.orts. Re.ults: We.e.rolle. 105 me.ical re.orts of patie.ts who we.e.victims of TBI ope.ate. on. The.male.ge.de. pre.ominate. with a se. ratio of 3/1. The.ave.age.age.of the.patie.ts was 37.5 ± 18.83 ye.rs. Public road accide.ts we.e.the.le.ding cause.of TBI in 75.2% of case.. The.me.ns of transport of the.victims we.e.mostly non-me.ical 97.1%. 45.7% of patie.ts we.e.admitte. in le.s than 6 hours following injury. The.initial clinical e.aluation found 45.8% of patie.ts with a Glasgow Coma Score.(GCS) be.we.n [14, 15], and 13.2% of patie.ts had a GCS 8. The.indications for surge.y we.e.e.tradural he.atoma (30%), followe. by acute.subdural he.atoma (24%). The.major complication was postope.ative.infe.tion (25%). The.mortality rate.of the.se.ie. was 7.9%. Poor prognostic factors we.e.the.de.th of the.coma on admission, advance. age.and postope.ative.complications. Conclusion: The.re.ults of this study sugge.t that most patie.ts ope.ate. on for TBI at CURY had a favorable.outcome. The.poor prognostic factors we.e.the.de.th of the.coma on admission, advance. age. postope.ative.complications and comorbiditie..

Tre.alose.6-phosphate.（T6P）, the.pre.ursor of tre.alose.in the.biosynthe.ic pathway, is an important signaling me.abolite.that is involve. in the.re.ulation of plant growth and de.e.opme.t in re.ponse.to carbon availability. In addition to the.plant＇s own pathway for tre.alose.synthe.is, formation of T6P or tre.alose.by pathoge.s can re.ult in the.re.rogramming of plant me.abolism and de.e.opme.t. De.e.opme.tal proce.se. that are.re.ulate. by T6P range.from e.bryo de.e.opme.t to le.f se.e.ce.ce. Some.of the.e.proce.se. are.re.ulate. in inte.action with phytohormone., such as auxin. Populations of the.e.dange.e. mountain nyala Trage.aphus buxtoni are.significantly thre.te.e. by the.loss of critical habitat. Population e.timate. are.te.tative. and information on the.spe.ie.＇ distribution and available.habitat is re.uire. for for-mulating imme.iate.manage.e.t and conse.vation strate.ie.. To support manage.e.t de.isions and conse.vation prioritie., we.inte.rate. information from a numbe. of small-scale.obse.vational studie., inte.vie.s and re.orts from multiple.source. to de.ine.habitat parame.e.s and cre.te.a habitat quality mode. for mountain nyala in the.Bale.Mountains. For our analysis, we.use. the.FunConn mode., an e.pe.tise.base. mode. that conside.s spatial re.ationships （i.e., patch size. distance. be.we.n the.spe.ie. and ve.e.ation type. topography and disturbance.to cre.te.a habitat quality surface. The.habitat quality mode. showe. that approxi- mate.y 18,610 km^2 （82.7% of our study are.） is unsuitable.or poor habitat for the.mountain nyala, while.2,857 km^2 （12.7%） and 1,026 km^2 （4.6%） was ranke. as good or optimal habitat, re.pe.tive.y. Thus, T. pyriformis can be.utilize. as a ce.lular robot to conduct micro-scale.tasks such as transportation and manipulation. To comple.e.the.e.tasks, loading inorganic or organic mate.ials onto the.ce.l body is e.se.tial, but functionalization of the.ce.l me.brane.is obstructe. by the.r motile.organe.le., cilia. Dibucaine.HC1, a local ane.the.ic, re.ove. the.cilia from the.ce.l body, and the.functional group would be.absorbe. more.e.ficie.tly during cilia re.e.e.ation.
