A Speed of Light falling over time inversely proportional to the expansion of the Universe leads to an experimentally observed exponential changing of the Red Shift over time. It is necessary to re-define the Angular Impulse Momentum in order to get a consistent expansion of space on all levels. Conservation of Energy and this newly defined Angular Impulse Momentum then leads to the requirement that all clocks slow down in time inversely proportional to the Red Shift, independent of whether the Speed of Light is constant or not. From the Lorentz equation it then follows that Expansion occurs over space-time and not over space alone. A steady state expansion in true time is then transformed into an exponential expansion for an observer with a local clock. A finite lifetime of the Universe is transformed to an infinite lifetime for these observers including elementary particles.

In this paper, both the roman domination number and the number of minimum roman dominating sets are found for any rectangular rook’s graph. In a similar fashion, the roman domination number and the number of minimum roman dominating sets are found on the square bishop’s graph for odd board sizes. Also found are the number of minimum total dominating sets associated with the light-colored squares when n?≡1(mod12)? (with n>1), and same for the dark-colored squares when n?≡7(mod12) .

In recent years diamonds and other exotic minerals have been recovered from mantle peridotites and high-Cr chromitites of a number of ophiolites of different age and different tectonic environments. Here we report a similar collection of minerals from the Sartohay ophiolite of Xinjiang Province, western China, which is characterized by having high-Al chromitites. Several samples of massive podiform chromitite with an aggregate weight of nearly 900 kg yielded diamonds, moissanite and other highly reduced minerals, as well as common crustal minerals. Thus far, more than 20 grains each of diamond and moissanite have been recovered from heavy mineral separates of the chromitites. The diamonds are all 100-200 μm in size and range in color from pale yellow to reddish-orange to colorless. Most of the grains are anhedral to subhedral octahedra, commonly with elongate forms exhibiting well-developed striations. They all display characteristic Raman spectra with shifts between 1325 cm^-1 and 1333 cm^-1, mostly 1331.51 cm^-1 or 1326.96 cm^-1. The moissanite grains are light blue to dark blue, broken crystals, 50-150 μm across, commonly occurring as small flakes or fragments. Their typical Raman spectra have shifts at 762 cm^-1, 785 cm^-1, and 966 cm^-1. This investigation extends the occurrence of diamonds and moissanite to a Paleozoic ophiolite in the Central Asian Orogenic Belt and demonstrates that these minerals can also occur in high-Al chromitites. We conclude that diamonds and moissanite are likely to be ubiquitous in ophiolitic mantle peridotites and chromitites.

Three months before his untimely death in Paris in July 1912, Henri Poincaré formulated the conjecture that Planck’s action element could (should) be regarded as constituting a “véritable atome”, i.e. an “atom of motion”, whose integrity arises from the fact that the “points” it contains are equivalent to one another from the standpoint of probability. In this paper we investigate the possibility that this conjecture provides a clue to the origin and nature of dark matter.

The symmetric quantum physics of the Universe demonstrates that the massive black holes developing in the post-inflation big-bang prompt the formation of the host galaxies around them. A general correlation between the variety of galaxies and black holes develops, a specific example of which is the celebrated (but not understood) mass correlation between the host elliptical galaxies and their core black holes. The elucidations and predictions in this exposition are inclusive and far-reaching, resolving a myriad of yet unsolved problems and quandaries in the evolving Universe, among which are: how the general galaxy-black hole correlations are established;what is the role of the dark matter and energy in the formation of galaxies and stars;how the spiral galaxies with less predominant black holes are formed;how the early star forming globular cluster emerged with sparse dark matter;why some galaxy mergers give rise to the starbursts, while other mergers switch the star flourishing galaxies off into grave yards;and how could the Universe have wound up as sheets and filaments of galaxy clusters encompassing great voids.

We demonstrate the generation of dark and bright solitons with our homemade zirconia-based erbium-doped fiber and graphene oxide（GO） saturable absorber in anomalous dispersion *** GO is fabricated using an abridged Hummer＇s method,which is combined with polyethylene oxide to produce a composite *** film is sandwiched between two optical ferrules and embedded in the laser cavity to enhance its birefringence and *** self-starting bright soliton is easily generated at pump power of 78 mW with the whole length cavity of 14.7 *** laser produces the bright pulse train with repetition rate,pulse width,pulse energy and central wavelength being 13.9 MHz,0.6 ps,2.74 p J and 1577.46 nm,***,by adding the 10 m of single mode fiber into the laser cavity,dark soliton pulse is *** the formation of dark pulse train,the measured repetition rate,pulse width,pulse energy and central wavelength are 8.3 MHz,20 ns and 4.98 p J and1596.82 nm,*** pulses operate in the anomalous region.
