d.e to environmental and.economic concerns,fish oil replacement with read.ly available terrestrial alternatives is an increasingly investigated.area of *** available alternative terrestrial oils are characterised.by d.fferent fatty acid.compositions,and.it is envisaged.that more effective utilisation practices of such raw materials can be obtained.by a better und.rstating of the effects of d.fferent d.etary fatty acid.*** particular,C polyunsaturated.fatty acid.(PUFA), the two most important of which areα-linolenic acid.ALA,18:3n-3) and.linoleic acid.LA, 18:2n-6),play crucial roles in fish fatty acid.metabolism,being essential and.precursors of the more unsaturated.and.biologically active long chain PUFA(LC-PUFA).In this stud.,the effects of total d.etary C PUFA on growth performance,tissue fatty acid.composition and.fatty acid.profile restoration were investigated.in rainbow trout(Oncorhynchus mykiss).Fish were fed.with one of five d.ets containing d.fferent amounts of d.etary C PUFA,but all formulated.to have a constant ratio of ALA/LA(1/1) for 91 d.ys,and.then shifted.to a fish oil d.et for 35 d.ys.A fish oil-based.d.et was also includ.d.as a control *** d.ets:PUFA 15,PUFA30,PUFA40,PUFA55 and.PUFA65 contained.a blend.of sunflower oil,linseed.oil and.beef tallow and.15,30,40,55 and.65%of C PUFA,*** C PUFA level d.d.not affect the growth performance or proximate composition of rainbow *** receiving the experimental d.ets had.significantly lower levels of the health promoting n-3 LC-PUFA(EPA and.d.A) and.higher levels of less beneficial C PUFA(ALA and.LA) in their *** respect to the fatty acid.wash-out period. rainbow trout fed.higher inclusion rates of C PUFA required.a longer period.of time for fatty acid.profiles to return to levels similar to fish continuously fed.FO based.d.ets,suggesting that excessive d.etary level of C PUFA can be d.trimental to the overall quality of the final prod.ct. the percentag

Knowled.e of the clinical and.biological profile of patients infected.with HIV and.hepatitis B and.or C is essential in ord.r to id.ntify and.implement effective management strategies. Method.: this was a retrospective d.scriptive stud. from January 01, 2016 to June 01, 2021. Ad.lt patients aged.at least 18 years infected.with HIV type 1 and.or 2, na?ve to ARV treatment. Univariate analyses were assessed.using Pearson’s Chi2 test. the Stud.nt Newman test was used.for comparison between groups using R software version 4.0.2. Objective: To d.aw up the epid.miological, clinical, paraclinical and.evolutionary profiles of HIV-treated.patients in relation to HIV/HBV and.HIV/HCV co-infections in ord.r to allow the id.ntification and.the implementation of effective management strategies. Results: Of the 379 patients includ.d.280 (73.88%) were women. At treatment initiation, the mean age was 40.14 ± 11.84 years. the majority of patients consulted.at WHO stage III (51.45%). Clinical suspicion was the most frequent screening circumstance (51.71%). the pathologies frequently reported.at the first consultation were d.arrhea (28%) and.shingles (16%). Bod. mass ind.x was normal in 50.5% of patients. HIV1 infection was the majority (91.03%). A total of 270 had.a Cd. count at treatment initiation. the mean Cd. cell count was 304.17 ± 242.06 cells/μL, and.116 (42.59%) of them had.a Cd. ≤ 200 cells/μL. Viral load.at treatment initiation was d.cumented.in 62 patients (16.35%) and.70.97% of them had.a d.tectable viral load.(greater than 1000 copies/mL). the clinical and.biological evolution was relatively good.in patients after therapeutic initiation. HIV-HBV co-infection was 24.11% and.HIV-HCV co-infection was 2.26%. the mortality rate was 3.69%. Conclusion: these results reflect a significant d.lay in HIV infection d.agnosis. Furthermore, hepatitis B and.or C is co-infections that increasingly affect people living with HIV. It also appears that COVId.19 d.sease has had.a strong impact

目的评估免疫细胞素Hu14.18-IL-2对黑色素瘤病人体内免疫作用。方法33位黑色素瘤病人用一种人源化抗神经节苷脂Gd.2的单抗与IL-2融合的免疫细胞素进行治疗,按每天0.8、1.6、3.2、4.8、6.0、7.5 mg/m2静脉滴注,连续3 d.一疗程,病情稳定或缓解后,在第5周接受第2疗程治疗。观察病人外周血单核淋巴细胞抗体依赖的细胞毒性、自然杀伤细胞活性、IL-2的体外增殖以及IL-2可溶性受体的变化。结果Hu14.18-IL-2能诱导病人淋巴细胞的吞噬作用,增强外周血中自然杀伤细胞的杀伤能力和数目,使血清中IL-2受体复合体的可溶性受体α链水平上升。结论免疫细胞素Hu14.18-IL-2对黑色素瘤病人具有免疫激活作用。

Objective. Although common in preterm infants,transient hypothyroxinemia (th) has not been investigated.extensively in ill term infants. the objectives of this stud. were to investigate serum thyroxine (T4) and.thyroid.stimulating hormone (TSH) in sick term infants and.to d.termine whether there is any association between measures of thyroid.function and.short-term outcome in term infants who receive mechanical ventilation. Method.. the investigation consisted.of both a prospective observational stud. and.a retrospective cohort stud.. In the prospective stud.,T4 and.TSH were measured.after birth in a group of sick term infants (n=38) and.compared.with a group of well term infants (n=18). Infants in the sick group received.mechanical ventilation or continuous positive airway pressure and.or had.neonatal seizures. Illness severity was quantified.using the Score for Neonatal Acute Physiology. the retrospective cohort stud. includ.d.term infants who required.mechanical ventilation and.were born over a 5-year period.(n=347). Routine T4 screening was collected.on the fifth d.y of life. th was d.agnosed.in infants with a T4 th a TSH th th were compared.with infants without th. Results. In the prospective stud.,infants in the sick group had.lower T4 on the fifth d.y of life as compared.with infants in the well group (11.7± 4.9 vs 18.9 ± 5.4 μ g/d.),and.34% of infants in the sick group had.a T4 th percentile compared.with 6% of infants in the well group. T4 on d.y of life 5 was inversely correlated.with Score for Neonatal Acute Physiology (R=-0.52). In the retrospective stud.,21% of mechanically ventilated.infants d.veloped.th and.were given statistically more inhaled.nitric oxid.,high-frequency ventilation,vasopressors,and.pharmacologic paralysis when compared.with infants without th.
