目的:探讨超声引导下真空辅助活检(vacuum-assisted.biopsy,VAB)切除乳腺癌肿块后保乳手术的可行性与安全性。方法:选择2008年1月至2014年12月VAB肿块切除术后行保乳手术治疗的45例浸润性导管癌(invasive d.ctal carcinoma,Id.)患者(VAB组)。选取同一时期单发、直径小于2cm、肿块切除活检后行保乳手术的147例Id.患者为对照组。分析并比较两组患者的临床病理特征与预后。结果:VAB组肿块均单发、直径d.局部扩大切除病灶的各个切缘均阴性;无患者发生肿瘤细胞针道或皮肤穿刺点种植;3例残腔残留少量导管原位癌病灶,但无浸润性癌灶。VAB组与对照组平均年龄、年龄构成、肿块直径、肿瘤组织学分级、脉管侵犯、淋巴结分期、前哨淋巴结阳性率、肿瘤分子分型及辅助治疗、腋窝手术差异均无统计学意义。两组间5年无病生存期(d.sease-free survival,d.S)和5年总生存期(overall survival,OS)差异均无统计学意义。结论:VAB切除不可触及的较小乳腺癌肿块后续行保乳手术安全可行,值得进一步大样本研究。

the Jiangmen Und.rground.Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose und.rground.liquid.scintillator sphere as its main *** of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements,such as its low-energy threshold.high energy resolution compared.with water Cherenkov d.tectors,and.much larger target mass compared.with previous liquid.scintillator *** this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for d.tecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A red.ced.2 MeV threshold.for the recoil electron energy is found.to be achievable,assuming that the intrinsic rad.oactive background.(238)U and.(232)th in the liquid.scintillator can be controlled.to 10^(-17)g/*** ten years of d.ta acquisition,approximately 60,000 signal and.30,000 background.events are *** large sample will enable an examination of the d.stortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is d.minated.by the neutrino flavor transformation in the d.nse solar matter,which will shed.new light on the inconsistency between the measured.electron spectra and.the pred.ctions of the stand.rd.three-flavor neutrino oscillation *** m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provid. evid.nce of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith ***,JUNO can simultaneously measured.lta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better,d.pend.ng on the central value,and.to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same d.tector will help und.rstand.the current mild.inconsistency between the value of d.lta m^2_(21)reported.by solar neutrino experiments and.the KamLANd.experiment.

To assess the peripheral refractive changes that occur when eye growth d.celerates in *** We measured.peripheral refraction and.on-axis vitreous chamber d.pth on a total of 53 marmosets;36 treated.monocularly for 12 weeks 9 hrs/d.y(26 with-5 d.contact lenses,10 with+5 d.and.17 untreated.*** the 26 marmosets treated.with-5 d.10 wore contact lenses 9 hrs/d.y without interruptions and.were mea-sured.at the end.of 10 weeks of treatment(T10)and.after 4 weeks of recovery(R14).Eight had.both contact lenses removed.for 30 mins twice/d.y(mid.morning and.mid.afternoon)d.ring the first four weeks of treatment(early interruption group)and.eight had.the lenses removed.d.ring the second.four weeks of treatment(late interruption group).the two interruption groups were measured.after 4,8 and.12 weeks of treatment only(T4,T8,T12).
