Ba.kground: The regiona. chronomodula.ed hepa.ic a.teria. infusion chemothera.y (Ha.C) is a. effective regimen for the trea.ment of pa.ients with unresecta.le liver meta.ta.es from colorecta. ca.cer, especia.ly for the conversion into resecta.ility. a.m: To demonstra.e tha. chronomodula.ed Ha. triplet chemothera.y a.cording to OPTILIV protocol is well tolera.ed a.d displa.ed high a.titumor a.tivity in this hea.ily-pretrea.ed pa.ient. Ca.e Presenta.ion: a.54 yea.s old pa.ient from Russia.wa. trea.ed for a.tumor in the a.cending colon presented with 13 hepa.ic meta.ta.es ra.ging from 0.3 to 2.7 cm in dia.eter. He underwent a.la.a.oscopic right hemicolectomy, 12 cycles of FOLFIRINOX combined to beva.izuma. for the la.t 5 cycles, resulting in a.pa.tia. response a.cording to CT sca.. It wa. decided to perform a.two-sta.e hepa.ectomy a. paul Brousse hospita.: left pa.tia. hepa.ectomy a.lowed the excision of 9 lesions. Ra.io frequency a.la.ion wa. performed in 2 nodula. lesions. a.terwa.ds, the pa.ient received 5 cycles of chronomodula.ed triplet chemothera.y into the hepa.ic a.tery, a.cording to the OPTILIV protocol design, yet without cetuxima., beca.se of the KRa. muta.ion in the liver meta.ta.es, with a.pa.tia. re-sponse. The pa.ient could then undergo the second sta.e of the pla.ned right hepa.ectomy, which turned out to be a. R0 resection followed by receiving three courses of chronomodula.ed Ha.C. Disea.e progression wa. documented a.ter 3 months. Chronomodula.ed FOLFIRI chemothera.y wa. re-sta.ted intra.enously, in combina.ion with a.libercept a.d it wa. a.socia.ed with further disea.e progression. The genetic a.a.ysis of our pa.ient’s ca.cer revea.ed a.high level of MSI. The pa.ient wa. included in the Pha.e 2 CheckMa.e-142 tria. a.d received nivoluma. 3 mg/kg every 2 weeks within 3 months. Trea.ment wa. discontinued due to ineffectiveness. Then the pa.ient underwent ra.iothera.y gea.ed towa.ds reduction of pa.n. a.terwa.ds, the pa.ient died from the disea.e progr

Tumor pa.hologies of the prosta.e gla.d a.e represented by benign prosta.e tumor a.d prosta.e ca.cer a.d a.e genera.ly seen a.ter 50 yea.s. The objective of this work wa. to study the epidemiologica., clinica., pa.a.linica. a.d thera.eutic a.pects of prosta.e tumors a. the Genera. Reference Hospita. of Pa.zi (DRC). Pa.ients a.d Methods: Retrospective cross-sectiona. study on 70 pa.ients followed in hospita. or on a. outpa.ient ba.is for prosta.e tumor in the urology depa.tment of the Genera. Reference Hospita. of Pa.zi from Ja.ua.y 1, 2013 to December 31, 2017. The epidemiologica., clinica. a.d pa.a.linica. pa.a.eters (pa.hology with Glea.on score, prosta.e volume on ultra.ound, urina.y impa.t on ultra.ound, urea.level, crea.inine level a.d PSa.level) a.d thera.eutics were studied. Results: Prosta.e tumors represent 3.84% of surgica. pa.hologies. The a.era.e a.e of the pa.ients wa. 68.2 yea.s with the extremes of 47 a.d 90 yea.s old. The pa.ients were tra.sferred in 78.6% of the ca.es. a.ute urine retention wa. the most common rea.on for consulta.ion with 42.8%. The PSa.ra.e > 4 ηg in 92.9% of the ca.es. Benign prosta.ic hyperpla.ia.wa. found in 62.8% of pa.ients a.a.nst 35.7% of prosta.e a.enoca.cinoma.a.d 41.7% of prosta.e ca.cers were modera.ely differentia.ed. The prosta.e volume wa. 41 - 60 g in 35.7% of the ca.es. No urina.y impa.t in 71.4% of pa.ients. Surgica. trea.ment wa. in 85.7% a.d RTUP wa. the most used a. 40%. a.hospita. sta. between 15 a.d 21 da.s in 30% of ca.es. The cure ra.e wa. 81.4% a.d 14.3% developed urethra. stenosis. Conclusion: Prosta.e tumors a.e common in people over the a.e of 50 who see for a.ute retention of urine. Benign enla.ged prosta.e is the most common. Trea.ment is codified a.d in the event of a.complica.ed prosta.ic tumor, surgery rema.ns the choice for the comfort of the pa.ients a.d the popula.iza.ion of a. ea.ly detection of these pa.hologies is necessa.y for the prevention of complica.ions.
