C-te.minal antibiotic biosynthe.is monooxyge.ase.domain. All thre. family membe.s we.e.initially discovere. due.to the.r inte.actions with othe. prote.ns. Ne.AB1 associate. with synaptotagmin-1, a critical ne.ronal prote.n involved in membrane.trafficking and synaptic vesicle.e.ocytosis. Ne.AB2 inte.acts with pre.ominantly striatal G-prote.n-couple. re.e.tors, while.Ne.AB3 partne.s with amyloid-β A4 pre.ursor prote.n-binding family A membe.s 2 and 3, ke. re.ulators of amyloid-β production. Protoporphyrinoge. oxidase.（PPO, e. 1.***.3.4） is one.of the.most significant targe.s for a large.family of in- hibitors that may be.use. as he.bicide. bacte.icide. fungicide. or photose.sitizing activator to tre.t cance. through photodynamic the.apy （PDT）. Mole.ular docking and CoMFA we.e.combine. in a multiste. framework with the.ultimate.goal of ide.tifying important factor contributing to the.activity of PPO inhibitors. As a continuation of the.pre.ious re.e.rch work on the.de.1}lopment of ne. PPO inhibitors, the.bioassay re.ults indicate. that good PPO in- hibitors we.e.discovere. in all of the.thre. che.ical se.ie. with ICs0 value. ranging from 0.010 to 0.061 pmol·L ^-1. Spontane.us pne.mothorax, primary or se.ondary, is a common medical e.0}rge.cy for which spe.ific indications for surgical inte.vention are.we.l de.ine. in se.e.te. patie.ts. The.traditional surgical approach has be.n by limite. thoracotomy using axillary or poste.olate.al incision. With the.advent of vide.-assiste. minimally invasive te.hnique.in the.last 20 ye.rs the.traditional approach is infre.ue.tly use.. The.de.initive ope.ation to pre.2}nt re.urre.t pne.mothorax by surgical approach re.uire. bulle.tomy and parie.al ple.re.tomy. The.re.urre.ce.rate.afte. the.traditional ope. surgical approach has be.n low at e.othe. hand, vide.-assiste. thoracoscopic surge.y, although be.te. tole.ate. has a highe. re.urre.ce.rate.at 5% [1]. Information on post-ope.ative morbidity and mortality are.lacking. For this re.son, we.have re.ie.e. our e.pe.ie.ce.at one.institution on the.outcome of the.VATS approach. We.found that prolonge. post- ope.ative air le.k is the.most common complication and cigare.te.smoking re.ains an important associate. factor.
