Company bankruptcies cost billions of dollars in losses to banks each year. Thus credit risk prediction is a critical part of a bank＇s loan approval decision process. Traditional financial models for credit risk prediction are no longer adequate for describing today＇s complex relationship between the financial health and potential bankruptcy of a company. In this work, a multiple classifier system （embedded in a multiple intelligent agent system） is proposed to predict the financial health of a company. In our model, each individual agent （classifier） makes a prediction on the likelihood of credit risk based on only partial information of the company. Each of the agents is an expert, but has limited knowledge （represented by features） about the company. The decisions of all agents are combined together to form a final credit risk prediction. Experiments show that our model out-performs other existing methods using the benchmarking Compustat American Corporations dataset.

Background:Despite efficacy in HCV eradication,direct-acting antiviral(DAA)therapy has raised controversies around their impact on hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)*** we reported the first Australian data on HCC incidence in DAA-treated HCV patients with advanced fibrosis/***:We conducted a retrospective single center study of DAA-treated HCV patients with advanced fibrosis/cirrhosis from April 2015 to December *** with prior HCC were included if they had complete response to HCC ***:Among 138 patients who completed DAA therapy,133(96.4%)achieved sustained virologic response(median follow-up 23.8 months).Ten had prior HCC and 5/10(50.0%)developed recurrence,while de novo HCC developed in 7/128(5.5%).Median time from DAA to HCC diagnosis was 34 weeks in recurrent HCC *** novo 52 weeks(p=0.159).In patients with prior HCC,those with recurrence(***)had shorter median time between last HCC treatment and DAA(12 vs.164 weeks,pfailed sustained virologic response at 12 weeks(SVR12)(p=0.011),platelets(p=0.005),model for end-stage liver disease(MELD)score(p=0.029),alpha fetoprotein(Afp)(p=0.013),and prior HCC(pficant factors were prior HCC(OR=4.80;95%CI:1.47–48.50;p=0.010),failed SVR12(OR=2.83;95%CI:1.71–16.30;p=0.016)and platelets(OR=0.97;95%CI:0.95–0.99;p=0.009).Conclusions:Our study demonstrates a high incidence of recurrent HCC in HCV patients with advanced fibrosis/cirrhosis treated with *** associated with HCC development post-DAA were more advanced liver disease,failed SVR12 and prior HCC,with higher rates of recurrence in those who started DAA earlier.

Social functioning is a key domain of impairment in both autism spectrum disorder(ASD)and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).This review adopts the social information-processing model as the theoretical framework to compare and contrast the deficits of ASD and ADHD at each of the six steps of social *** disorders show deficits at each step,but the nature and origins of the deficits are ***,while both disorders exhibit a common outcome of social impairment,the exact pathways that each disorder traverses along the six steps of social information-processing are *** ASD,there is a social knowledge/behaviour deficit arising from difficulties in social/emotional cue detection,encoding,and interpretation,leading to problems in joining and initiating social *** ADHD,there is a performance deficit incurred by disruption arising from the ADHD symptoms of inattention and hyperactivity/impulsivity,while its acquisition capacity on social knowledge is relatively *** inattentive,intrusive,and impulsive behaviours of ADHD unsettle social ***,this review proposes training targets for intervention along the six steps of the social information-processing model for ASD and ADHD,as well as areas for future research in further elucidating the social impairment of the two disorders.

Background peer victimization has been recognized as a common social problem affecting children and adolescents in all parts of the world. This study aims to examine the prevalence of different types of peer victimization and to evaluate the associations between peer victimization and health correlates. Methods Using a large population sample of 18,341 adolescents aged 15–17 years from 6 cities in China, this study esti-mated the prevalence of different types of peer victimization, addictive behaviors, and health-related variables with self-administrated questionnaires. A three-phase logistical regression analysis was conducted to investigate the associations between peer victimization and addictive behaviors as well as health-related factors among adolescents. Results A total of 42.9% of the surveyed Chinese adolescents have been bullied by peers, with boys reporting higher rate on overt victimization (36.9%) and girls on relational forms (33.9%). School environment (34.7%) was the most frequent scene of peer violence, followed by neighborhood, family, and internet. Addictive behaviors except substance abuse were found related to higher possibility of peer victimization (aOR 1.21–1.73, ppeer victimization was significantly associated with more depressive symptoms, post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms, and suicide ideation and deliberate self-harm (aOR 1.05–2.27, ppoorer self-esteem and health-related quality of life (aOR 0.95–0.97, ppossible explanations of the associations found in this study are discussed and implications for future services are raised.

Obesity is now an epidemic in most parts of the world. In this cross sectional study, we report the most recent data on obesity in Hong Kong Chinese working population and compare the changes over 10 years. Methods Between July 2000 and March 2002, 5882 adult subjects from the working class in Hong Kong were recruited （2716 men （46.2%） and 3166 women （53.8%））. They were randomly selected using computer generated codes according to the distribution of occupational groups. Results of this study were compared with the data collected from a prevalence survey for cardiovascular risk factors in a Hong Kong Chinese working population conducted in 1990 （1513 subjects, 910 men （60.1%） and 603 women （39.9%））. Results Standardized percentages of overweight, obesity, and central obesity, in Hong Kong Chinese working population were 59.7%, 35.0%, 26.7% in men and 32.0%, 21.7%, 26.7% in women. Compared to the data collected in 1990, the percentage of obesity increased by 5% in men and reduced by 6% in women. The percentage of central obesity doubled in men （from 12.2% to 26.7%） but remained stable in women.Conclusions There is a doubling of the percentage of central obesity in Hong Kong Chinese working men over previous decade. Education and proper lifestyle modification program to tackle this social health issue are urgently indicated.

空中交通的安全和效率明显受恶劣天气的影响,在机场起飞着陆滑行区域(TMA)尤其如此。在此区域,除了受天气影响之外,潜在的气象回避路线还受到空中交通管制的严格限制。因此气象回避模型DIVMET被开发出来。该模型给出一条建议路线,可以通过正在形成雷暴但尚未在里面实施任何空中交通管制的场地。DIVMET被应用到香港国际机场的TMA区域,因为此处的空中交通管制(ATC)单位有兴趣通过模拟回避路线来提高管制员的工作量,尤其是用于管理进场飞机交通。ATC单位对模拟的回避路线进行目视检查,其结果令人满意,但是商定了用实际观察到的路线对模拟情况进行定量验证。本文选择了香港TMA区域内有雷暴且交通严重扭曲时的两种真实恶劣天气情况。但是,进行任何验证之前的主要目标是识别仅仅受到天气影响但并未显示任何管制标志的路线。在飞行位置数据的基础上完成路线选择,选择若干着陆航班,并分析与标准进场路线的偏差。结果显示,272架航班中大多数同时受到天气和管制的影响(60%),这突出表明空中交通管制员在恶劣天气下要安全有效地管理着陆交通是存在挑战的。只有少数受天气影响的航班(7%)未受到管制,可以用于验证。DIVMET模拟路线被传给当地空中交通管制员,证明了这些路线是潜在切实的回避路线。在TMA区域内的DIVMET气象回避路线模拟有一定参考价值,但是进一步的模型开发必须将管制纳入考虑,至少要考虑停候、近道和减速。
