本文研究了一类具混合边界的一般形式的双曲微分方程.利用分裂方程和Neumann边界条件的方法,借助于定义非线性算子,并利用Reich关于极大单调算子值域几乎相等的结论检验所定义算子具备某些性质的技巧,获得了双曲边值问题在L^p(0,T;W^(1,p)(?))空间中存在唯一解的结果.基于双曲方程中的主项是非线性的,所以本文应用了新的证明技巧,推广和补充了以往的相关工作.

Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites have gained great attention as promising photocatalysts for hydrogen ***,due to their poor stability in water,the use of aqueous hydrohalic acid solutions is specifically required for an efficient hydrogen ***,three novel photoactive lead-free hybrid perovskites based on bismuth and triazolium cations(denoted as IEF-15,IEF-16,and IEF-17(IEF stands for IMDEA energy frameworks))were synthesized and fully characterized(structural,compositional,optical,etc.).Further,these solids were proposed as photocatalysts for the challenging gas phase overall water splitting(OWS)***,IEF-16 thin films exhibited a remarkable photocatalytic activity in both H_(2) and O_(2) evolution,as a consequence of its appropriate bandgap and energy-band alignment,achieving hydrogen evolution rates ofμmol·g_(H_(2))^(-)1846 and 360 after 24 h under ultraviolet-visible(UV-vis)irradiation or simulated solar irradiation,*** study additionally highlights the remarkable structural and photochemical stability of IEF-16 under different operational conditions(*** volume,irradiation and temperature),paving the way for green hydrogen production from OWS using perovskite-based photocatalysts.

Three Bi-doped vanadyl pyrophosphate catalysts were prepared via dihydrate route （VPD method）, which consisted of different preparation methods including mechanosynthesis, mechanochemical treatment, and the conventional reflux method. The catalysts produced by the above three methods were characterized by x-ray diffraction （XRD）, scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, and temperature programmed reduction （TPR）. Catalytic evaluation for the partial oxidation of n-butane to maleic anhydride （MA） was also carried out. The XRD patterns of all the Bi-doped catalysts showed the main peaks of pyrophosphate phase. Lower intensity peaks were observed for the mechanochemically treated Bi-doped catalyst （VPDBiMill） with two additional small peaks corresponding to the presence of a small amount of V5＋ phase. The TPR profiles showed that the highest amount of active oxygen species, i.e, V4＋–O- pair, responsible for n-butane activation, was removed from VPDBiMill. Furthermore, from the catalytic test results, the graph of selectivity to MA as a function of the conversion of n-butane demonstrated that VPDBiMill was the most selective catalyst. This suggests that the mechanochemical treatment of vanadium phosphate catalyst （VPDBiMill） is a potential method to improve the catalytic properties for the partial oxidation of n-butane to maleic anhydride.

BACKGROUND The impairment of cutaneous wound healing results in chronic,non-healing wounds that are caused by altered wound environment oxygenation,tissue injury,and permissive microbial *** modalities for the treatment of these wounds inadequately address the complex changes involved in chronic wound ***,stem cell therapies have emerged as a potential therapeutic modality to promote cutaneous regeneration through trophic and paracrine *** To investigate current literature regarding use of stem cell therapies for the clinical treatment of chronic,non-healing *** PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,and Scopus were queried with combinations of the search terms“mesenchymal stem cells,”“adult stem cells,”“embryonic stem cells,”“erythroid precursor cells,”“stem cell therapies,”and“chronic wounds”in order to find relevant articles published between the years of 2000 and 2019 to review a 20-year *** lists from the articles were reviewed to identify additional pertinent *** manuscripts(reviews,case reports/series,retrospective/prospective studies,and clinical trials)were evaluated by the authors for their depiction of clinical stem cell therapy *** were extracted from the articles using a standardized collection *** A total of 43 articles describing the use of stem cell therapies for the treatment of chronic wounds were included in this *** stem cell therapies have been explored in in vitro and in vivo applications in the past,recent efforts are geared towards assessing their clinical role.A review of the literature revealed that adipose-derived stem cells,bone marrow-derived stem cells,bone marrowderived mononuclear cells,epidermally-derived mesenchymal stem cells,fibroblast stem cells,keratinocyte stem cells,placental mesenchymal stem cells,and umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells have all been employed in the treatment of chronic wounds of various etiolo

The cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFIR) or the small conductance cAMP-activated chlo-ride channel encoded by the CFTR gene has been shown to play an important role in the formation of the epididymalfluid microenvironment. Recent work in our laboratory has shown that this protein is also expressed by developing germcells indicating a role of this protein in spermatogenesis. In view of the fact that the CFTR gene has a far reaching andwidespread effect on human reproduction, understanding the role of CFTR in the male reproductive tissues and its inter-vention by pharmacological agents can open a new avenue of research into the development of novel male contracep-tives. AIM： To evaluate surgical outcomes（SOs） and visual outcomes（VOs） in cataract surgery comparing the Centurion？ phacoemulsification system（CPS） with the Infiniti？ phacoemulsification system（IPS）.METHODS： Prospective, consecutive study in a singlesite private practice. Totally 412 patients undergoing cataract surgery with either the CPS using the 30-degree balanced？ tip（n=207） or the IPS using the 30-degree Kelman？ tip（n=205）. Intraoperative and postoperative outcomes were documented prospectively up to one month follow-up. Nuclear sclerosis（NS） grade, cumulated dissipated energy（CDE）, preoperative corrected distance visual acuity（CDVA）, and CDVA at one month were recorded. RESULTS： CDE was 13.50% less in the whole CPS compared with the whole IPS subcohort. In eyes with NS grade III or greater, CDE was 28.87% less with CPS（n=70） compared with IPS（n=44）（P=0.010）. Surgical complications were not statistically different between the two subcohorts（P=0.083）, but in the one case of vitreous loss using the CPS, CDVA of 6/4 was achieved at one month. The mean CDVAs（VOs） at one month for NS grade III and above cataracts were-0.17 log MAR（6/4.5） in the CPS and-0.15 log MAR（6/4.5） in the IPS subcohort respectively（P=0.033）.CONCLUSION： CDE is 28.87% less, and VOs are significantly improved, in denser cataracts in the CPS compared with the IPS. The authors recommend the CPS for cases with denser nuclei.

The high host genetic background of tissue biopsies hinders the application of shotgun metagenomic sequencing in characterizing the tissue *** proposed an optimized method that removed host DNA from colon biopsies and examined the effect on metagenomic *** or mouse colon biopsies were divided into two groups,with one group undergoing host DNA depletion and the other serving as the *** DNA was removed through differential lysis of mammalian and bacterial cells before *** impact of host DNA depletion on microbiota was compared based on phylogenetic diversity analyses and regression *** host DNA enhanced bacterial sequencing depth and improved species discovery,increasing bacterial reads by 2.46±0.20 folds while reducing host reads by 6.80%±1.06%.Moreover,2.40 times more of bacterial species were detected after host DNA *** was confirmed from mouse colon tissues,increasing bacterial reads by 5.46±0.42 folds while decreasing host reads by 10.2%±0.83%.Similarly,significantly more bacterial species were detected in the mouse colon tissue upon host DNA depletion(Py of shotgun metagenomic sequencing in bacteria detection in the biopsy,which may yield a more accurate taxonomic profile of the tissue microbiota and identify bacteria that are important for disease initiation or progression.
