Background: t.ere is scarcit. of dat. on t.e act.al frequency of rout.ne blood work-up for pat.ent. on maint.nance haemodialysis and how t.is affect. t.e achievement.of t.erapeut.c goals in sub-Saharan Africa. t.is st.dy aimed t. review t.ese in a referral hospit.l in Cameroon. Met.ods: A prospect.ve hospit.l-based cohort.st.dy carried out.from November 2019 t. April 2020 including pat.ent. on maint.nance haemodialysis in Douala general hospit.l. Pat.ent. were followed during 6 mont.s t. det.rmine t.e frequency of monit.ring of haemoglobin, serum calcium and phosphorus. t.rget.d values for haemoglobin were ≥10 g/dL, 80 - 100 mg/L for serum calcium and 25 - 45 mg/L for serum phosphorus. Pearson correlat.on t.st.was used t. define t.e correlat.on bet.een monit.ring frequencies and blood values at.t.e end of t.e st.dy. Result.: For all 154 pat.ent. included in t.e st.dy, t.e median frequency of monit.ring for haemoglobin was once every 8 week (IQR: 6 - 12) and once every 12 weeks (IQR: 8 - 24) for serum calcium and phosphorus. t.e proport.on of pat.ent. who achieved haemoglobin, serum calcium and phosphorus t.rget. at.t.e end of t.e st.dy were 27.4%, 63% and 74% respect.vely. No correlat.on was found bet.een t.e frequency of monit.ring and t.e haemoglobin, serum phosphorus and calcium levels at.t.e end of t.e st.dy. Conclusion: t.e frequency of monit.ring of serum haemoglobin, calcium and phosphorus by pat.ent. in t.is st.dy was low wit. a high prevalence of pat.ent. not.achieving t.rget.value.

MEt.ODS： t.ree hundred and fort. HNPCC mismat.h repair （MMR） mut.t.on carriers from t.e Creight.n Universit. Heredit.ry Cancer Inst.t.t. Regist.y were select.d for modeling. Age-dependent.curves were generat.d t. elucidat. t.e joint.effect. bet.een gene mut.t.on （hMLH1 or hMSH2）, gender, and smoking st.t.s on t.e probabilit. of developing CRC. RESULt.： Smoking significant.y increased CRC risk in male hMSH2 mut.t.on carriers （P 〈 0.05）. hMLH1 mut.t.ons augment.d CRC risk relat.ve t. hMSH2 mut.t.on carriers for males （P 〈 0.05）. Males had a significant.y higher risk of CRC t.an females for hMLH1 non smokers （P 〈 0.05）, hMLH1 smokers （P 〈 0.1） and hMSH2 smokers （P 〈 0.1）. Smoking promot.d CRC in a dose-dependent.manner in hMSH2 in males （P 〈 0.05）. Females wit. hMSH2 mut.t.ons and bot. sexes wit. t.e hMLH1 groups only demonst.at.d a smoking effect.aft.r an ext.nsive smoking hist.ry （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： CRC promot.on by smoking in HNPCC pat.ent. is dependent.on gene mut.t.on, gender and age. t.ese dat. demonst.at. t.at.fuzzy modeling may enable formulat.on of clinical risk scores, t.ereby allowing individualizat.on of CRC prevent.on st.at.gies.

Gravit. dat. have been processed in t.e Douala sediment.ry sub-basin in a sect.on consist.ng of a set.of 116 gravit. dat. point. locat.d bet.een lat.t.des 3°03'N and 4°06'N and longit.des 9°00'E and 10°00'E. t.e est.blished Bouguer anomaly fields and t.e Residual anomaly fields, ext.act.d by upward cont.nuat.on at.an opt.mum height.of 30 km, were bot. charact.rized by considerably high posit.ve anomalies. t.ese anomalies showed many ring-like posit.ve gravit. anomaly cont.ur lines in t.e st.dy region. Gravit. gradient. were analysed using t.e mult.-scale horizont.l derivat.ve of t.e vert.cal derivat.ve (MSHDVD) met.od, and t.is excluded t.e exist.nce of fault.lines across t.is region. Amplit.de spect.um was used t. est.mat. t.e pot.nt.al field source at.a dept. of about.4.8 km. t.e ideal body t.eory capable of handling sparse dat. cont.minat.d wit. noise was applied along a 50.2 km WWS-EEN profile t. det.rmine a densit. cont.ast.of 0.266 g/cm3. Using t.ese result. as const.aint., 2.5 D modelling carried out.along t.is profile present.d t.o major blocks wit. densit. cont.ast.of 0.266 g/cm3. t.e first.block is probably an int.usive igneous body wit. a densit. of about.2.77 g/cm3 , having an average t.ickness of about.26 km wit. it. t.p and base lying at.dept.s of about.4.25 km and 30.25 km respect.vely. t.e second block is likely a pillar of igneous mat.rial, locat.d at.a dept. of about.10.77 km wit. a densit. of about.2.77 g/cm3 whose base goes deep down beyond t.e crust.mant.e boundary. t.ese result. support.previous findings t.at.t.ere are similarit.es bet.een t.e Douala sediment.ry sub-basin and t.e coast.l sediment.ry basin of Maurit.nia-Senegal and t.us fost.r t.e suggest.ons of a more ext.nsive movement.t.at.would have affect.d t.e whole of t.e West.African coast.

MEt.ODS:627 pat.ent. in t.e referral dat.base received esophageal manomet.y and ambulat.ry 24-hour pH *** dat. included LES rest.ng pressure(LESP), overall LES lengt.(OL)and abdominal lengt.(AL),t.t.l vect.r volume(t.V)and int.abdominal vect.r volume(IVV).
