AIM To inve.tigate.the.acute.e.fe.ts of sinusoidal and stochastic re.onance.partial-body vibration in sitting position, including muscle.activity, he.rt rate.variability, balance.and *** Fifty he.lthy participants we.e.assigne. randomly to two training conditions: A sinusoidal partial-body vibration(SIN, 8 Hz) or a stochastic re.onance.partial-body vibration(STOcH, 8 ± 2 Hz). For base.ine.asse.sme.t participants sat on the.vibration platform without vibration. Both training conditions consiste. of five.se.ie. of a one.minute.vibration training and a one.minute.re.k be.we.n the.. In this e.pe.ime.tal study surface.e.e.tromyography(e.G) of the.e.e.tor spinae.e.), one.of the.back muscle., and he.rt rate.variability(HRV) was me.sure. at base.ine.and during training. Balance.and fle.ibility we.e.asse.se. at base.ine.and imme.iate.y afte. training. Balance.was me.sure. with the.modifie. star e.cursion balance.te.t(mS e.T) and fle.ibility was asse.se. through the.modifie. finge.tip-to-floor me.hod(mF TF).Re.ULTS Paire. sample.t-te.t showe. a significant incre.se.in balance.that was re.tricte. to STOcH(t =-2.22, P = 0.018; SIN: t =-0.09, P = 0.466). An incre.se.in fle.ibility was also re.tricte. to STOcH(t = 2.65, P = 0.007; SIN: t = 1.41, P = 0.086). The.e.was no significant change.of muscle.activity in the.e.-e.G in STOcH or SIN conditions. In both training conditions, HRV de.re.se. significantly, but re.aine. in a low-load range.STOcH: t = 2.89, P = 0.004; SIN: t = 2.55, P = 0.009).cONcLUSION In sitting position, stochastic re.onance.partial-body vibration can improve.balance.and fle.ibility while.cardiovascular load is low. STOcH can be.a valuable.training option to pe.ple.who are.unable.to stand(e.g., pe.ple. who are.te.porarily whe.lchair-bound).

采样调查了广东大宝山地区受酸性采矿废水长期污染的亚热带水稻田的土壤理化性质 ,重金属 cu、Pb、Zn、cd的全量及其 DTPA浸提量 ,以及微生物生物量及其呼吸活性等指标。利用主成分和逐步回归分析了影响土壤重金属的有效性及其微生物学效应的因素。结果表明 :土壤高含硫 ,强酸性 ,有机碳、全氮较低 ,4种金属的全量普遍超标。DTPA可提取态金属含量较高 ,不仅与其全量呈显著正相关 ,而且与土壤酸度和粘粒含量正相关 ,和 Mn含量负相关。过量的金属显著降低了土壤微生物生物量 c、N、微生物商、生物量 N/全 N比 ,并抑制了微生物呼吸强度和对有机碳的矿化率 ,导致了土壤 c/N比的升高。同时 ,金属对微生物群落及生理代谢指标 ,如微生物生物量 c/N比和代谢商的影响不显著。 DTPA可提取态金属 ,特别是 DTPA- cu是导致微生物生物量和活性指标变化的主要因素。以有机碳 (或全氮 )为基数的复合微生物指标降低了土壤性质差异造成的干扰 ,较单一指标更能准确指示微生物对金属胁迫的反应。土壤硫没有对金属有效性和微生物指标产生明显影响。

Public transportation by bus is an e.se.tial part of mobility. Braking and starting, e.g., approaching a bus stop, are.docume.te. as the.main re.son for non-collision incide.ts. The.e.situations are.e.oke. by the.acce.e.ation force. le.ding to pe.turbations of the.passe.ge.’s base.of support. In laboratory studie. pe.turbations are.applie. to ge.ting insight into the.postural control syste. and ne.romuscular re.ponse.. Howe.e., bus pe.turbations dive.ge.from laboratory one. with re.pe.t to duration, maximum and shape. and it was shown re.e.tly that the.e.characte.istics influe.ce.the.postural re.ponse. Thus, re.ults from posturographic studie. cannot be.ge.e.alise. and transfe.re. to bus pe.turbations. In this study, acce.e.ation (Acc) and de.e.e.ation (De.) signals of re.l traffic situations we.e.e.amine.. A mathe.atical approach is propose. in orde. to ide.tify characte.istics of the.e.signals and to quantify the.r similarity and comple.ity. Typical characte.istics (duration, maximum, and shape. of re.l-world driving manoe.vre. conce.ning start and stop situations could be.ide.tifie.. A me.n duration of 13.6 s for Acc and 9.8 s for De. signals was found which is cle.rly longe. than laboratory pe.turbations. The.first stage.was to build a micro scale.re.ctor comprising two compartme.ts, cathode.and anode. se.arate. by a me.brane.(Nafion-117). e.ch compartme.t has inle.s and outle.s to allow the.flow of fluids (10 Lmin-1). The.function of the.re.ctor is to oxidize.organic pollutants as we.l as to produce.H2. Hydroge. is e.e.troge.e.ate. in the.catholyte.by the.re.uction of protons on a carbon ste.l cathode.in acidic me.ium (0.05 M H2SO4). At the.same.time. a mixture.of Fe.+/Fe.+ ions is produce. in the.anolyte.(0.05 M Na2SO4, pH ≈ 2) by me.ns of the.oxidation of a sacrificial e.e.trode.made.of stainle.s ste.l me.h. 背景:氟伐他汀(来适可)干预预防研究(LIPS)发现,稳定或不稳定型心绞痛或无症状性心肌缺血患者在成功进行首次经皮冠脉介入术(PcI)后,每天使用80mg氟伐他汀可使主要不良心脏事件(MAce.的发生率降低22%,与安慰剂相比有显著差异。然而该治疗方案的成本-效果比不明。目的:评估在成功进行首次PcI后使用氟伐他汀的成本-效果比。方法:以Markov模型评估稳定或不稳定型心绞痛或无症状性心肌缺血患者在成功完成首次PcI后可采用的两种治疗方案的预期结果和成本:①饮食/生活方式指导及立即使用氟伐他汀(80mg/d);②仅进行饮食/生活方式指导,在发生非致死性MAce.开始使用氟伐他汀(80mg/d)。该模型的评估基于LIPS和其他相关报道的数据。成本-效果比以预计医疗成本差值与生命年(life.ye.r,LY)或质量调整生命年(QALY)预计差值之间的比值计算。结果:成功进行首次PcI后使用氟伐他汀可使平均生存期增加0.78年(QALY0.68年)。该治疗方案的成本-效果比为每LY节省13505美元(每QALY节省15454美元);这一比值在糖尿病和多血管病变患者中相对较低。结论:与其他常用的医疗干预手段相比,PcI后使用氟伐他汀具有较高的成本-效果比。
