We m.ke use of can.n.cal quan.um.m.n.e Carlo sim.lation. at zero an. fin.te tem.erature, based on.a realistic m.croscopic m.del of the system. Our results con.irm.the absen.e of an. superfluid respon.e in.the com.en.urate crystal, an. that n. therm.dyn.m.cally stable un.form.phase exists at lower coverage. n. eviden.e of a possibly lon.-lived, m.tastable superfluid phase at C1/3coverage is foun.. Altogether, the results of groun.-state projection.m.thods an. fin.te-tem.erature sim.lation. are en.irely con.isten..
