Like.ise. e.e.ate. ambie.t pre.ation thre.ts have.be.n shown to induce.phe.otypically plastic ne.phobic pre.ator avoidance. In both case., ne.phobia is argue. to re.uce.the.cost of living associate. with e.ological unce.tainty. He.e. we.te.t the.hypothe.is that ambie.t pre.ation shape. both ne.phobic pre.ator avoidance.and spatial and foraging ne.phobia in Trinidadian guppie.. Curre.t wildlife.surve.s are.logistically difficult, fre.ue.tly biase., and time.consuming. The.e.ore. the.e.is a ne.d to provide.additional te.hnique. to improve.surve. me.hods for ce.susing wildlife.spe.ie.. We.e.amine. thre. me.hods to e.ume.ate.animals in re.ote.y se.se. ae.ial image.y: manual photo inte.pre.ation, an unsupe.vise. classification, and multi- image. multi-ste. te.hnique. We.compare. the.pe.formance.of the.thre. te.hnique. base. on the.probability of corre.tly de.e.ting animals, the.probability of unde.-counting animals (false.positive.), and the.probability of ove.-counting animals (false.ne.ative.). Manual photo-inte.pre.ation had a high probability of de.e.ting an animal (81% ± 24%), the.lowe.t probability of ove.-counting an animal (8% ± 16%), and a re.ative.y low probability of unde.-counting an animal (19% ± 24%). An unsupe.vise., ISODATA classification with subtraction of a background image.had the.highe.t probability of de.e.ting an animal (82% ± 10%), a high probability of ove.-counting an animal (69% ± 27%) but a low probability of unde.-counting an animal (18% ± 18%). Le.f de.e.opme.t has be.n e.te.sive.y studie. on a ge.e.ic le.e.. Howe.e., little.is known about the.inte.- play be.we.n the.de.e.opme.tal re.ulators and the.ce.l cycle.machine.y--a link that ultimate.y affe.ts le.f form and size. miR319 is a conse.ve. microRNA that re.ulate. TCP transcription factors involve. in multiple.de.e.opme.tal pathways, including le.f de.e.opme.t and se.e.ce.ce. organ curvature. and hormone.biosynthe.is and signaling. He.e. we.analyze.the.participation of TCP4 in the.control of ce.l prolife.ation. A small incre.se.in TCP4 activity has an imme.iate.impact on le.f ce.l numbe., by significantly re.ucing ce.l prolife.ation. Plants with high TCP4 le.e.s have.a strong re.uction in the.e.pre.sion of ge.e. known to be.active.in G2-M phase.of the.ce.l cycle. Part of the.e.e.fe.ts is me.iate. by induction of miR396, which re.re.se. Growth-Re.ulating Factor （GRF） transcription factors. De.aile. analysis re.e.le. TCP4 to be.a dire.t re.ulator of MIR396b. Howe.e., we.found that TCP4 can control ce.l prolife.ation through additional pathways, and we.ide.tifie. a dire.t conne.tion be.we.n TCP4 and ick1/KRP1, a ge.e.involve. in the.progre.sion of the.ce.l cycle. Our re.ults show that TCP4 can activate.diffe.e.t pathways that re.re.s ce.l prolife.ation.

根据云南南洞地下河系统2008年旱季的水化学分析结果,利用因子分析方法探讨地下水水质的影响因素及程度,结果表明:流域地下水成分变动范围较大,具有明显的空间变异性;地下水水质受人类活动、水岩作用过程和土壤等自然因素的共同影响,三个因素能够解释地下水水质形成的79%,其中人类活动是主要影响因素;地下水中的Cl-、NO3-、SO42-、Na+、K+主要受人类活动特别是农业和生活废水等因素的控制,Ca2+主要是水-岩作用的产物,但也受人类活动的影响,pH值、电导率受水岩作用过程和人类活动的影响,Mg2+、HCO3-受土壤CO2含量和水-岩作用过程的共同影响。
