Me.opause.is the.last ste. in the.re.roductive.history of a woman. The.ovarie. stop producing hormone. and the.body re.cts by lowe.ing its functions, including the.cognitive.one. The.aim of the.pre.e.t e.pe.ime.t was to study the.e.fe.ts of 30 days of re.ular consumption of soy-e.riche. bre.d containing a known amount of phytoe.troge.s (ge.iste.n and daidze.n) in climacte.ic or me.opausal wome.. Thirty wome. at diffe.e.t stage. of me.opause.(climacte.ic, within 5 ye.rs of me.opause. more.than 5 ye.rs of me.opause. we.e.aske. to include.200 g/die.of bre.d containing 40 mg of phytoe.troge.s in the.r die..
