免疫抑制剂(包括环孢素、他克莫司、麦考酚酯类药物、糖皮质激素等)是肝移植后预防器官发生排斥反应的首选药物,能够有效地减少宿主对移植物的免疫反应,提高移植成功率,延长患者的生存期。肝移植与肠道生态失调有关,而免疫抑制剂与肠道菌群之间相互影响——免疫抑制剂的使用会改变肠道菌群的丰度、组成和代谢产物;肠道菌群产生的一系列酶和代谢产物可能会通过化学方式来改变免疫抑制剂的吸收和代谢。另外,肝移植患者术后感染的发生率较高,而肠道菌群会影响炎症因子,免疫抑制剂与炎症因子之间也相互影响。在一定程度上可认为,免疫抑制剂通过肠道菌群在肝移植患者中发挥作用。

Due to the limited bandwidth and transmission congestion of the vehicle platoon's communication,it is inevitable to induce time delay,which significantly degrades the control performance of the vehicle platoon,even resulting in *** paper focuses on analyzing the internal stability under generic communication topologies and presents a method of computing the exact time delay margin(ETDM).The proposed method can offer a necessary and sufficient internal stability condition with no ***,to reduce the analytical complexity and computational burden elegantly,we decompose the closed-loop platoon dynamics into a set of individual subsystems via similarity transformation and matrix *** decomposition approach is applicable for any general communication ***,an explicit formula is deduced to compute the ETDM by surveying the characteristic roots'distribution of all these individual *** is further demonstrated that only the positive purely imaginary roots need to be considered to compute the ***,simulations are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the theoretical claims.

Metallic glasses(MGs)are promising structural materials with high strength,large elastic strain limit and enhanced wear *** the way to tune the mechanical performance of MGs,numerous efforts have been devoted to investigating the effect of hydrostatic pressure(σh)on the mechanical properties and deformation mechanisms of *** application of sufficiently large magnitudes ofσh to MGs has been considered a feasible way to improve strength and delocalize plastic deformation in *** this paper,we review recent studies on pressure-dependent thermodynamic properties,mechanical strength and hardness,as well as elevated ductility of MGs due to the pressure-induced change of deformation and failure *** of intriguing mechanical behaviors of MGs,and the corresponding theoretical modeling and atomistic understanding of plastic deformation in MGs under pure hydrostatic pressure and more general stress states are *** findings not only deepen the understanding of pressure-dependent mechanical behaviors of MGs,but also point out the potential of tuning mechanical behaviors of MGs through stress engineering.

In recent years, cyber attacks have posed great challenges to the development of cyber-physical systems. It is of great significance to study secure state estimation methods to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system. This paper proposes a secure state estimation for multi-input and multi-output continuous-time linear cyber-physical systems with sparse actuator and sensor attacks. First, for sparse sensor attacks, we propose an adaptive switching mechanism to mitigate the impact of sparse sensor attacks by filtering out their attack modes. Second, an unknown input sliding mode observer is designed to not only observe the system states, sensor attack signals, and measurement noise present in the system but also counteract the effects of sparse actuator attacks through an unknown input matrix. Finally, for the design of an unknown input sliding mode state observer, the feasibility of the observing system is demonstrated by means of Lyapunov functions. Additionally, simulation experiments are conducted to show the effectiveness of this method.

目的分析2014-2023年台州市黄岩区居民心脑血管疾病死亡分布及疾病负担,为提高本地居民的健康水平和生命质量提供科学依据。方法利用黄岩区2014-2023年死因登记数据,采用死亡率、标化死亡率、潜在减寿年数(PYLL)、平均减寿年数(AYLL)及潜在减寿率(PYLLR)等指标进行分析。结果2014-2023年,黄岩区心脑血管疾病粗死亡率237.59/10万,标化死亡率184.24/10万;其中,男性心脑血管疾病粗死亡率(242.21/10万)高于女性(232.95/10万),标化死亡率(182.14/10万)低于女性(184.75/10万),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2014-2023年,黄岩区本地居民因心脑血管疾病所致年平均PYLL、AYLL、PYLLR分别为2407.50人年、8.90年/人、4.44‰。结论黄岩区居民心脑血管疾病死亡率较高,疾病负担较为严重,需采取综合性的防控措施减少发病及死亡,从而改善居民健康水平。

目的:探讨神经肌肉电刺激(NMES)联合常规促乳干预对剖宫产产妇术后促泌乳效果。方法:纳入2022年1月-2023年12月于本院行剖宫产产妇110例随机分为对照组与观察组各55例,两组均术后予以乳房按摩、耳穴压豆干预,观察组辅以NMES干预,两组连续干预3d。对比两组产后泌乳始动时间、产后48h泌乳量,评估产后48h乳房胀痛程度,测定产后24h、48h、72h对产妇血清泌乳素水平,比较两组产后3d母乳喂养评分和产后42d纯母乳喂养率。结果:观察组泌乳始动时间(25.54±6.12h)早于对照组(32.43±5.87h),产后48h泌乳量多的占比(52.7%)高于对照组(38.2%),产后48h乳房胀痛程度轻于对照组(均P0.05),产后48h、72h血清泌乳素水平观察组(322.57±36.23ng/ml、372.54±41.31ng/ml)均高于对照组(285.49±30.29ng/ml、341.37±38.32ng/ml),产后3d母乳喂养评分(8.11±0.74分)高于对照组(7.32±0.87分),产后42d纯母乳喂养率(67.3%)高于对照组(45.5%)(均P<0.05)。结论:按摩、耳穴压豆基础上联用NMES对剖宫产产妇产后泌乳有促进作用,能够减轻乳房胀痛,提高纯母乳喂养率。

目的:探讨多学科合作模式(MDT)的综合干预对食管癌术后患者心理状态和营养状况的影响。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年12月在某院进行治疗的120例食管癌术后患者,随机分为MDT组和常规组,各60例,常规组采用常规干预模式,MDT组给予多学科合作模式进行综合干预。对比两组患者干预前后心理状态、营养状态、生活质量和满意度。结果:与常规组比较,MDT组的心理状态指标SAS和SDS评分明显低于常规组(t=5.446,10.871;P<0.001),MDT组的营养状态指标转铁蛋白(TF)、白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)水平均高于常规组(t=8.492,3.358,2.231;P<0.05),MDT组的生活质量的躯体健康能力、心理健康、癌症造成的负担和社会能力4个维度的评分均高于常规组(t=7.746,10.867,14.674,32.460;P<0.05),且MDT组的满意高于常规组(χ^(2)=8.292;P=0.004)。结论:MDT的综合干预可较好改善食管癌术后患者的心理状态、营养状况和生活质量,且提高了患者满意度。
