Stochastic dynamic job shop scheduling pro- blem with consideration of sequence-dependent setup times are among the most difficult classes of scheduling problems. This paper assesses the performance of nine dispatching rules in such shop from makespan, mean flow time, maximum flow time, mean tardiness, maximum tardiness, number of tardy jobs, total setups and mean setup time performance measures viewpoint. A discrete event simulation model of a stochastic dynamic job shop manufacturing system is developed for investigation purpose. Nine dispatching rules identified from literature are incorporated in the simulation model. The simulation experiments are conducted under due date tightness factor of 3, shop utilization percentage of 90 % and setup times less than processing times. Results indicate that shortest setup time （SIMSET） rule provides the best performance for mean flow time and number of tardy jobs measures. The job with similar setup and modified earliest due date （JMEDD） rule provides the best performance for make- span, maximum flow time, mean tardiness, maximum tardiness, total setups and mean setup time measures.

The mobile transient and sensor network’s routing algorithm detects available multi-hop paths between source and destination ***,some methods are not as reliable or trustworthy as ***,finding a reliable method is an important factor in improving communication *** further enhancement of protected communication,we suggest a trust cluster based secure routing(TCSR)framework for wireless sensor network(WSN)using optimization ***,we introduce an efficient cluster formation using a modified tug of war optimization(MTWO)algorithm,which provides loadbalanced clusters for energy-efficient data ***,we illustrate the optimal head selection using multiple design constraints received signal strength,congestion rate,data loss rate,and throughput of the *** parameters are optimized by a butterfly optimal deep neural network(BO-DNN),which provides first-level security towards the selection of the best head ***,we utilize the lightweight signcryption to encrypt the data between two nodes during data transmission,which provides second-level *** model provides an estimation of the trust level of each route to help a source node to select the most secure *** nodes of the network improve reliability and security by maintaining the reliability *** results showed that the proposed scheme achieved 45.6%of delivery ratio.

The present work describes a facile, one-pot three component environment friendly, green synthesis of a series of 5-（4-methoxyphenyl）-7,7-dimethyl-10-phenyl-7,8-dihydro-SH-indeno[ 1,2-b]quinoline- 9,11 （6H,10H）-dione derivatives 8（a-n）. 1,3-indanedione, awl-aldehyde and enaminone was thoroughly ground in the presence of catalytic amount of p-toluene sulfonic acid （p-TSA） to give the titled compounds in good yields. All the synthesized derivatives were evaluated for their anticonvulsant activity using the maximal electroshock （MES） method with phenytoin as a standard drug along with their neurotoxicity effect. Derivatives 8b, 8e and 8k exhibited significant anticonvulsant activity （P 〈 0.001）. The neurotoxicity study clearly revealed that all the tested compounds are non-toxic at a dose of 40 mg/kg. The molecular modeling studies also predicted good binding interactions of most active molecules with the serotonin 5-HT2A receptor. Therefore, it can be safely concluded that synthesized derivatives 8（a-n） would represent useful leads for further investigation in the development of a new class of anticonvulsant agents.

Tubercular infections of central nervous system commonly present with hydrocephalus, basal exudates, infarcts, tuberculomas, etc. However, rarely there are atypical lesions which can pose greater difficulty in differentiating from other lesions like tumors. This case series describes the spectrum of such lesions, with review few individual reports found in literature. Clinical presentations were weakness of limbs, slurring of speech and underlying primary tubercular focus. The age group ranged from 16 - 60 years with M:F ratio being 1:1. Spectrum of such lesions is discussed here with emphasis on the role of magnetic resonance imaging in prompt diagnosis. Thus initiating an early conservative line of management and its follow up with aversion of neurointervention which has its own inherent complications, the final outcome is a reduction in morbidity and mortality (as noted in the follow up) as well as patient cost care.

Pediatric head injury is one of the major health problems. That can be easily evaluated by computed tomographic scanning. This study describes the various findings of pediatric head trauma seen on CT scan, the timely diagnosis of which plays a vital role in prognosis, especially in semiurban and remote location where the decision for tertiary referral is important. Timely intervention in traumatic brain injury cases reduces morbidity and mortality. Cerebral edema, which is the most common intracranial lesion, can be promptly managed by medicosurgical support with ICP monitoring, thereby improving the overall prognosis. Other lesions commonly seen are subdural hematomas and skull fractures. Limitations of radiographs, ultrasound and MRI in these acute cases, highlight the benefit of CT scans.

Traumatic posterior hip dislocation is an uncommon injury in children, constituting less than 5% of paediatric dislocations. In a younger child （〈5 years）, minor trauma such as a slip or fall from a low height may cause a hip dislocation, whereas in an adolescent a dislocation is usually caused by a major trauma such as motor vehicle accident. In this case report we present a rare case of trau- matic hip dislocation in a 16-month-old girl. Early detectionand closed reduction ensured good outcome in our case. A high index of suspicion is necessary to achieve satisfactory reduction within six hours of dislocation because reduction after this period will greatly increase the risk of complications.

Objective The incidence of cardiovascular diseases(CVD)is rising rapidly *** forms of CVD,such as stroke and heart attack,are more common among patients with certain *** development is a major factor underlying cardiovascular events,such as heart attack and stroke,and its early detection may prevent such *** imaging of carotid arteries is a useful method for diagnosis of atherosclerotic plaques;however,an automated method to classify atherosclerotic plaques for evaluation of early-stage CVD is ***,we propose an automated method for classification of high-risk atherosclerotic plaque ultrasound *** Five deep learning(DL)models(VGG16,ResNet-50,GoogLeNet,XceptionNet,and SqueezeNet)were used for automated classification and the results compared with those of a machine learning(ML)-based technique,involving extraction of 23 texture features from ultrasound images and classification using a Support Vector Machine *** enhance model interpretability,output gradient-weighted convolutional activation maps(GradCAMs)were generated and overlayed on original *** A series of indices,including accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,F1-score,Cohen-kappa index,and area under the curve values,were calculated to evaluate model *** output images allowed visualization of the most significant ultrasound image *** GoogLeNet model yielded the highest accuracy(98.20%).Conclusion ML models may be also suitable for applications requiring low computational ***,DL models could be more completely automated than ML models.

中国和印度都是亚洲的两个文明大国，随着中印关系的变化，中印经济的发及频繁贸易往来，和印度政府对中国政策的改变，使得近年来印度的汉语学习者越来越多，有关印度汉语教学的研究也逐渐引起人们的关注。本文以印度大学的汉语教学现状为研究对象，总结借鉴了前人的研究成果，并尝试性地采用了访谈法和数据统计分析法等，积极地分析思考了印度大学中汉语教学所存在的问题，希望笔者的研究能对印度大学汉语事业的发展有所裨益。本文共分四章主要内容如下：第一章引言。主要介绍本文的研究背景、选题意义、研究方法和创新之处。并通过对前人研究文献的整理和归纳，总结出有关印度大学汉语教学研究方面的成绩与不足，并以此作为本研究的基础。第二章印度大学汉语教学现状的调查。调查的主要内容包括印度大学汉语专业的课程开设情况、教材情况、教师和教学方法情况。在调查过程中，除了使用问卷调查法和访谈法以外，还利用了互联网。互联网为本论题提供了大量而有力的论据。第三章关于印度大学汉语教学存在的问题及原因分析。以第二章的调查结果为基础，通过对大量数据的统计和资料的整理，分析了印度大学在汉语教学方面存在的问题及原因。第四章印度大学汉语教育方面的发展趋向及相关建议。本章预测了印度大学汉语教育方面的发展趋向，并为印度大学的汉语教学提出了相关的建议，最后为印度大学汉语教育存在的问题提出了相关的解决对策。通过本次本研究，希望相关的汉语研究者和印度一线的汉语教师能够对印度大学的汉语教学现状有一个更加客观的了解;也希望本次研究所提出的建议能为相关研究学者和教师提供一些有益的借鉴;同时，也希望本次研究能够在实际的汉语教学中起到良好的促进作用。
