Quantitative effect of kerogen type on the hydrocarbon generation potential of Paleogene lacustrine source rocks,Liaohe Western Depression,China

Dendrites growth,chemical corrosion,and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)on zinc anodes are the main barriers for the development of aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs).Constructing interfacial protec-tive layer is an effective way to alleviate the side reactions on the ***,Cu/Ti_(3)C_(2)Cl_(2)MXene(CMX)with high zincophilic and hydrophobic property is prepared by the lewis molten salts etching method,and the CMX interface protection layer is constructed by a simple spin *** CMX coat-ing layer can provide abundant nucleation sites and uniformize the charge distribution through the zin-cophilic Ti_(3)C_(2)Cl_(2)MXene matrix,leading to homogenous Zn *** addition,the hydrophobic coat-ing contained anti-corrosive Cu nanoparticles can prevent the Zn anode from the electrolyte,beneficial for suppressing the chemical corrosion and ***,the stable and reversible Zn plating/stripping is achieved for the Zn anode coated by the CMX,which exhibits the lifespan of over 1400 h at 0.5 mA cm^(−2),and even can steadily run for 700 h with 65 mV at 10 mA cm^(−2).Furthermore,CMX@Zn shows a high coulombic efficiency of over 100%for 3800 cycles,which indicates that the CMX@Zn electrode has excellent stability and reversibility of Zn stripping/*** full batteries assembled with ZnCoMnO/C(ZCM)cathodes also exhibits higher capacity(450.6 mAh g^(−1)at 0.1 A g^(−1))and cycle stability(capacity retention of 70%after 1500 cycles).This work enhanced the lifespan of AZIBs and broaden the research of multifunctional coating layer to other secondary batteries based on metal anodes.

Rapid determination of atrazine in environmental water samples by a novel liquid phase microextraction

A novel method was described for the rapid determination of atrazine using dispersive liquid phase microextraction in combination with high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. Possible impact parameters such as sample pH, extraction and disperser solvents, salting-out effect, and extraction time were investigated. The experimental results indicated that proposed method possessed an excellent analytical performance, The linear range, detection limit, and precision （R.S.D.） were 0.1- 50 ng mL- 1 （R2 = 0.9955）, 0.601 ng mL- 1 and 6,4%, respectively. The proposed method was validated with the real water samples, and the spiked recoveries were in the range of 69.9-89.8%, respectively. These results indicated that the established method with high enrichment factor, short extraction time was an excellent alternative for the routine analysis of atrazine in environmental samples. 2007 Qing Xiang Zhou. Construction of multiple concentration gradients for single-cell level drug screening

Isolation and manipulation of single cells play a crucial role in drug ***,previously reported single-cell drug screening lacked multiple-dose concentration gradient studies,which limits their ability to predict drug performance *** solve this problem,we constructed a multiconcentration gradient generator in which a Tai Chi-spiral mixer can accelerate solution mixing in a short time and produce a linear concentration ***,a gradient generator combined with a single-cell capture array was adopted to investigate the effects of single or combined doses of 5-fluorouracil and cisplatin on human hepatoma cells and human breast carcinoma cells(at the single-cell level).The results showed that both drugs were effective in inhibiting the growth of cancer cells,and the combination was more effective for human hepatoma *** addition,the relationship between the biomechanical heterogeneity(e.g.,deformability and size)of tumor cells and potential drug resistance at the single-cellevel was investigated,indicating that small and/or deformable cells were more resistant than large and/or less deformable *** device provides a simple and reliable platform for studying the optimal dosage of different drug candidates at the single-cell level and effectively screening single-agent chemotherapy regimens and combination therapies.

Structure and properties of SEBS/PP/OMMT nanocomposites

Nanocomposites based on styrene-b-(ethylene-co-butylenes)-b-styrene triblock copolymer(SEBS), polypropylene (PP) and organomontmorillonite (OMMT) were prepared using melt intercalation by a twin mill. The nanostructure of SEBS/PP/OMMT hybrids was characterized by X-ray diffractometry(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The d001 space of OMMT and SEBS/PP/OMMT hybrid increases from 1.30 nm to 3.52 nm and 4.06 nm, respectively which indicate, that the C16 and SEBS/PP could intercalate in the silicate layers and expand the basal spacing. The formation of intercalated structure was also confirmed by TEM. The results show that the individual silicates are well dispersed in the elastomer matrix. The glass transition temperature (tg) of PS block of SEBS was investigated by dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). It is shown that there are remarkable enhancements in tg of PS block containing a small mass fraction of OMMT. tg of PS in SEBS of the nanocomposites has been increased about 39℃when containing 4% OMMT. The influence of OMMT on the dynamic storage moduli is temperature dependent. Below 50℃the SEBS/PP/OMMT composites with higher OMMT contents show higher dynamic storage moduli. OMMT has the function of reinforcing SEBS/PP elastomers. However, the influence of OMMT on the mechanical properties of the nanocomposites is not significant according to the tensile test and tear test.

Electrochemical reconstruction: a new perspective on Sn metal-organic complex microbelts as robust anode for lithium storage

Tin-based materials with high theoretical capacity and suitable working voltage are ideal anode materials for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs). However, to overcome their shortcomings(volume expansion and inferior stability), the preparation processes are usually complicated and expensive. Herein, a tin-based metal-organic complex(tin 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, Sn-BDC)with one-dimensional microbelt morphology is synthesized by a facile, rapid and low-cost co-precipitation method, and served as anode material for LIBs without any post-treatment. Sn-BDC exhibits a high reversible capacity with609/440 m Ah·g^(-1) at 50/2000 m A·g^(-1), and robust cycling stability of 856 m Ah·g^(-1) after 200 cycles at 200 m A·g^(-1),which are obviously superior to that of the Sn Ox/C counterparts. Moreover, an electrochemical reconstruction perspective on the lithium storage mechanism of Sn-BDC is proposed by systematic ex-situ characterizations. The reconstructed SnO_(2) replaces Sn-BDC and becomes the active material in the subsequent cycles. As the by-product of the lithiation reaction, the formed Li-based metal-organic complex(Li-BDC, wrapped around the reconstructed SnO_(2)) plays an important role in alleviating volume expansion and accelerating the charge transfer *** work is beneficial to design and construct the new electrode materials based on the electrochemical reconstruction for advanced LIBs.

Disulfide(DSF) has been proved good anti-tumor effect and even better with coadministration of Cu^(2+). In this work, we report the use of hyaluronic acid(HA) based materials to construct vectors for the delivery of both DSF and Cu^(2+). HA was firstly modified with polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether(mPEG) and polycaprolactone(PCL) to synthesize an amphiphilic polymer(HA-PEG-PCL). DSF could be loaded in the hydrophobic core and Cu^(2+) could be cooperated to the negative hydrophilic segment. The Cu^(2+) also played a role as crosslinking agent, which prevented DSF leakage prematurely, avoiding the bad side effects to normal tissues. The interaction between HA and CD44 improved the distribution of nanodrugs in tumor cells. When the nanodrugs were delivered to the cancer cell, the acidic micro-environment would separate the Cu^(2+) from the surface, leading to the disintegration of the micelles, promoting the release of DSF from the micelle core. The results of in vitro and in vivo experiments showed that the DSF and Cu^(2+) co-delivery vector constructed in this work could enhance the antitumor effect and have low biological toxicity.

梳理2005年至今的日本女性体育政策的驱动因素、内容及实施效果,并分析其对我国女性体育政策的启示。研究认为,进入21世纪后,日本女性体育政策在女性社会政策、女性社会组织、奥运筹办以及女子竞技成绩提升的驱动下逐步完善。当前日本已形成完整的女性体育政策体系,包括为顶级女性运动员提供专业支持的竞技体育政策,改善青少年女性运动习惯的学校体育政策,提升女性体育参与度的社会体育政策,以及增加女性话语权的体育组织政策等。各政策主题目标明晰,实施路径多样,可操作性强,均取得较高达成度。对我国的启示:出台专门女性体育政策,构筑完整的女性体育政策体系;促进竞技体育、社会体育、学校体育等不同主题女性体育政策的良性循环,使政策惠及全体女性;拓宽女性体育政策的实施路径,以政策目标为抓手加强政策的规范性和可操作性;政策制定应具备国际化视野,借鉴国外女性体育政策的有益经验。
