Indoor heating results in high energy consumption and severe atmospheric *** the development of solar air heaters provides a sustainable route for indoor thermal comfort,such heaters still face challenges in terms of adequate heat exchange and filtering of atmospheric *** by solar-driven interfacial evaporation,we propose a multifunctional carbon nanotube-based photothermal membrane for efficient cold air heating and purification via *** nanotubes endow the membrane with high light absorption and thermal conversion capabilities,thereby sufficiently heating the approaching cold *** the hierarchical structure formed by phase inversion,the thin upper skin of the composite membrane intercepts micropollutants via the size-sieving effect,whereas the finger-like pores and interpenetrating macrovoids inside the membrane ensure that the heated clear air passes through quickly.A proof-of-principle experiment indicated a cold airflow of 1 L/min across the membrane,yielding a temperature increase of ca.37℃ as well as a PM 2.5 rejection always higher than 93%.Further antibacterial experiments demonstrated that the membrane effectively removed airborne *** multifunctional carbon nanotube-based photothermal membrane with specific microstructures not only improves the indoor living quality but also provides a sustainable development scheme to coordinate the relationship among energy utilization,building heating,and air purification.

为践行“双碳”目标,助力中国地热资源的可持续开发利用,本文采用同位素手段和多矿物平衡模拟法,研究了赣北的白岭温泉与赣南的汤湖温泉和白石温泉的水化学特征。结果表明,白岭温泉(85℃)为弱碱性HCO_(3)-Na型硅-氟水,其总溶解固体(TDS)含量、H_(2)SiO_(3)含量和主要离子浓度均低于汤湖温泉(89℃,弱碱性HCO_(3)-Na型硅-氟水)和白石温泉(85℃,弱碱性SO_(4)-HCO_(3)-Na型硅-氟水)。三个温泉虽均来源于大气降水,但汤湖温泉和白石温泉水的地下滞留时间更长,而白岭温泉的循环深度更大。白岭温泉和汤湖温泉的水岩作用强烈,均存在明显的氧漂移现象,而白石温泉则发生水气同位素交换作用,导致热水的δ^(18)O值降低。长石、方解石、石膏、黄铁矿的溶解和H_(2)S的氧化为温泉中主要离子来源。白岭温泉、汤湖温泉和白石温泉的平均热储温度分别为125、135和149℃,属于中温地热资源,其补给高程分别为1455、1790和1050 m。

试验旨在探究德宏奶水牛乳腺组织miR-21-5p基因及其靶基因的表达规律。选取饲养条件相同、同一胎次、年龄相近、处于泌乳中期的健康德宏奶水牛,分为高乳脂率组(H组)、中乳脂率组(M组)和低乳脂率组(L组)。每组选取3头奶水牛,屠宰后采集乳腺组织,提取总RNA。采用生物信息学方法预测miR-21-5p的靶基因。利用荧光定量PCR技术检测miR-21-5p及其靶基因的表达水平,并与课题组前期测定的乳脂率进行相关性分析。结果显示,miR-21-5p的靶基因可能为AGPAT6和GPAM。L组德宏奶水牛乳腺组织中miR-21-5p的表达水平高于M组和H组(P<0.01)。相关性分析结果显示,miR-21-5p与靶基因AGPAT6的表达水平呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与靶基因GPAM的表达水平呈显著负相关(P<0.05),德宏奶水牛乳腺组织miR-21-5p表达量与乳脂率呈显著负相关(P<0.05),靶基因AGPAT6和GPAM与乳脂率呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。蛋白互作网络结果显示,AGPAT6和GPAM互作关系最强。研究表明,miR-21-5p可能通过负调控靶基因AGPAT6和GPAM的表达影响乳脂合成,进而影响乳脂率。

Evolution model and failure mechanisms of rainfall-induced cracked red clay slopes:insights from Xinshao County,China

Red clay landslides are widely distributed worldwide,resulting in severe loss of life and *** rainfall-induced red clay slopes have received extensive attention,the role of cracks in the evolutionary process of red clay slopes and their connection to failure mechanisms is still poorly understood.A comprehensive approach integrating field investigation,laboratory tests,and numerical simulations was conducted to study the 168 red clay landslides in Xinshao County,*** results show that red clay is prone to forming cracks at high moisture content due to its low swelling and high shrinkage *** failure mode of red clay slopes can be summarized in three stages:crack generation,slope excavation,and slope ***,the retrospective analysis and numerical simulations of the typical landslide in Guanchong indicated that intense rainfall primarily impacts the shallow layer of soil within approximately 0.5 m on the intact ***,cracks change the pattern of rainfall infiltration in the *** infiltrates rapidly through the preferential channels induced by the cracks rather than uniformly and slowly from the slope *** results in a significant increase in both the depth of infiltration and the saturated zone area of the cracked slope,reaching 3.8 m and 36.2 m^(2),***,the factor of safety of the slope decreases by 13.4%compared to the intact slope,ultimately triggering *** study can provide valuable insights into understanding the failure mechanisms of red clay slopes in China and other regions with similar geological settings.

A home-made inexpensive passive diffusion bag （PDB） sampler, prepared by filling deionized water in low-density polyethylene （LDPE） tubes, was evaluated for volatile organic compounds （VOC） sampling in groundwater at industrial contamination sites. Impacts of environmentally relevant conditions on the sampling equilibration time and partitioning of VOCs between the sampler and the water sample were investigated. Sample salinity, agitation and temperature can influence the equilibration time, but generally sampling equilibration was obtained in 14 days under real field sampling of VOCs in groundwater. Both laboratory study and field testing in a contaminated site showed that the VOC concentrations in the developed sampler were equal to those in the water samples at equitibrium. Coupled with a purge and trap concentrator-gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer （P＆T-GC-MS）, the developed PDB sampler provided a low-cost sampling device for routine monitoring of VOCs in groundwater in wells, with LODs in the range of 2.9-10 μg/L. The proposed PDB was applied to determine VOCs in groundwater at an industrial contamination site, and the present results agreed well with those determined using conventional pump-and-sample monitoring. All the studied 13 VOCs were tested in the four wells in the industrial contamination sites, with their concentrations in the range of 12-73660 μg/L. In addition, while benzene and toluene were heavily contaminated up to a maximum concentration of 74000 μg/L and 6000 μg/L, respectively, 1,2,3-trichlorobenzene and bromobenzene had relatively low contamination levels （below 25 μg/L）.

In this study,the motion of wet particles in the drying unit of a vertical powder dryer is investigated by using a Discrete element method(DEM)coupled with a liquid bridge *** particular,by varying parameters such as the particle mass flow rates,the superficial gas velocities,and superficial gas temperatures,the influence of the moisture content on the flow behavior is *** results show that when the moisture content increases,the mean particle velocity decreases while the bed mean solid“holdup”and the mean residence time(MRT)of particles *** is also found that the local solid holdup is relatively higher in the near-wall region and decreases towards the near-fluid *** regression models are introduced accordingly for the mean particle velocity and the bed mean solid holdup by means of the RSM-BBD(Response surface methodology-Box-Behnken design)method to obtain the optimal combination of parameters for flooding ***,the optimal results are compared with numerical *** the relative error is less than 10%,this demonstrates that the proposed methodology can accurately describe the particle flow dynamics in the drying unit.

Hurricane damage assessment for residential construction considering the non-stationarity in hurricane intensity and frequency

Natural hazards such as hurricanes may cause extensive economic losses and social disruption for civil structures and infrastructures in coastal areas, implying the importance of understanding the construction performance subjected to hurricanes and assessing the hurricane damages properly. The intensity and frequency of hurricanes have been reported to change with time due to the potential impact of climate *** this paper, a probability-based model of hurricane damage assessment for coastal constructions is proposed taking into account the non-stationarity in hurricane intensity and frequency. The nonhomogeneous Poisson process is employed to model the non-stationarity in hurricane occurrence while the non-stationarity in hurricane intensity is reflected by the time-variant statistical parameters(e.g., mean value and/or standard deviation), with which the mean value and variation of the cumulative hurricane damage are evaluated explicitly. The Miami-Dade County, Florida, USA, is chosen to illustrate the hurricane damage assessment method proposed in this paper. The role of non-stationarity in hurricane intensity and occurrence rate due to climate change in hurricane damage is investigated using some representative changing patterns of hurricane parameters.
