Unveiling strain-enhanced moiréexciton localization in twisted van der Waals homostructures

Moirésuperlattices,arising from the controlled twisting of van der Waals homostructures at specific angles,have emerged as a promising platform for quantum emission ***,the manipulation of strain provides a versatile strategy to finely adjust electronic band structures,enhance exciton luminescence efficiency,and establish a robust foundation for two-dimensional quantum light ***,the intricate interplay between strain and moirépotential remains partially ***,we introduce a meticulously designed fusion of strain engineering and the twisted 2L-WSe_(2)/2L-WSe_(2) homobilayers,resulting in the precise localization of moiré*** low-temperature photoluminescence spectroscopy,we unveil the emergence of highly localized moiré-enhanced emission,characterized by the presence of multiple distinct emission ***,our investigation demonstrates the effective regulation of moirépotential depths through strain engineering,with the potential depths of strained and unstrained regions differing by 91%.By combining both experimental and theoretical approaches,our study elucidates the complex relationship between strain and moirépotential,thereby opening avenues for generating strain-induced moiréexciton single-photon sources.

Synthesis of waterborne polyurethane using snow as dispersant:Structures and properties controlled by polyols utilization

waterborne polyurethane (WPU) dispersions have gained attention towards environm entally-friendly synthesis. In this article, a series of waterborne polyurethane em ulsions was successfully synthesized and extensively characterized in terms of thermal, mechanical properties, hydrophilic behavior and morphology. Snowwas chosen as dispersant instead of comm only used water. Preparation param eters such as intrinsic properties and molecular weight of polyols were discussed systematically. A chain structure was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy. when com paring the nature of the polyols (PPG, PEG and PNA, 2000g/mol) of this study, as-synthesized polyether waterborne polyurethane provided higher solid content, viscosity and water-resistance. However, polyester waterborne polyurethane perform ed differently and it exhibited higher therm al stability and crystallinity. When com paring the samples (WPU-N210, WPU-N220, WPU-N230 and WPU-N240) with different molecular weight of the same polyol (PPG) used as soft segment, the emulsion WPU-N220 with molecular weight of 2000g/mol PPG provided the highest solid content and lowest viscosity. It was observed th at particle size was uniform and highly dispersed for all sam ples from TEM images. Therm ogravim etric, differential scanning calorim etry (DSC) and X-ray diffraction results dem onstrated that the emulsion WPU-N230 with m olecular weight of 3000 g/mol PPG possessed higher therm al stability and crystallinity than the other samples. The reason was that the Tg and thermal stability were increased with increasing molecular weight. when molecular weight increased, the arrangem ent of soft segm ent became more regular and so did the regularity of the molecular chains. This work demonstrated that different polyols as soft segment applied could lead to great differences in the structure and property of the resulting WPU.

Preparation and characterization of organic pigments and their fluorescence properties depending on bulk structure

Fluorescent pigments, based on the optical or electrooptical properties of dyes, are the main component in fluorescent coatings and inks. In this study, three kinds of dyes（Rhodamine B, Light Green SF Yellowish, Coumarin） with four different ratios（2.5 wt%, 3 wt%, 3.5 wt%, 4 wt%） were employed as luminophor,and the melamine-formaldehyde（MF） resin was used as curing resin to prepare fluorescent pigments in different color. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffractometry were carried out to analyze the structure of the fluorescent pigments. Scanning electron microscopy and particle size distribution were used to present the morphology of fluorescent pigments. UV–vis and fluorescence spectrum were used to demonstrate the optical properties. It can be concluded that, coumarin pigments possessed consecutive structure in MF resin while rhodamine B might be the best for the preparation of printing inks among the three kinds of dyes from the view of particle size. The TG results presented that all the pigments showed good thermal stability, which might possess potential application in high speed printing industry.

The weighting factor in cost function for different predictive step is the same in conventional model predictive control(MPC) for autonomous *** means the importance of predictive results is the same whatever the distances from the vehicle,which is not in accord with the real *** order to improve path tracking for autonomous vehicle,the effects of weighing factor changing with predictive steps on the accuracy and stability are *** MPC controller which changes weighing factors with predictive steps according to vehicle speed and path curvature adaptively is *** results show the proposed controller can improve path tracking accuracy at low and medium speed and stability at high speed and large path curvature.

基于长春兴煤矿601工作面回采期间运输顺槽卸载点粉尘浓度高、治理难度大以及能见度低等技术难题,通过技术研究决定对原喷雾降尘系统进行优化改进,安装一套自动泡沫抑尘系统,分析了该系统结构组成以及工作原理。从现场实际应用效果来看,该装置投入使用后大大降低了卸载点粉尘浓度,实现了采掘工作面卸载点粉尘自动化管理,取得了显著应用成效。

基于长春兴煤矿103工作面回采期间上隅角出现瓦斯积聚现象,根据工作面回撤现状分析了上隅角瓦斯积聚原因,并提出了“采空区瓦斯抽采+布置高位钻孔+设置风障、安装瓦斯稀释器”等联合瓦斯治理技术。结果表明,采取联合瓦斯治理技术后,上隅角瓦斯浓度控制在0.4%以下,保证了工作面的安全回采。

无人驾驶汽车是目前汽车发展的一个大方向,无人驾驶的实现依靠于汽车的感知、决策和控制功能。路径规划属于决策中重要的一环。目前,无人驾驶汽车的路径规划算法存在受环境影响较大,无法适用于复杂的道路环境的问题,基于此文章对无人驾驶汽车轨迹规划算法进行归纳。其在广义上可分成全局路径规划和局部路径规划两种,文章对上述两种规划进行细分并介绍了各种路径规划方法的原理,分析了各个方法的优劣,为无人驾驶汽车路径规划算法的研究提供参考。

The driving cycle of the vehicle is the reflection of the state of the vehicle running under the actual road condition and is the basis of parameters of matching and control strategy *** this paper,the driving cycle of vehicles can be regarded as a Markov process changing with *** the data of driving cycle of a line of city bus running in Xi’an City was *** using eigenvalues,the kinematic segments are divided into different states,and the state transition matrix is determined by the maximum likelihood estimation *** to the speed correlation at different time scales,it is proved that the data have the Markov property in a small time *** on Markov chain method,alternative driving cycles of Xi’an typical city bus are *** ten characteristic parameters such as average speed as the evaluation index,the driving cycle with the smallest deviation degree of the total data is selected as the typical driving *** of mathematical statistics shows that the error of characteristic value between the driving cycle and the two sizes of validation data is 8.92% and 8.43%,and the probability distribution of velocity,acceleration and velocity-acceleration is in accordance with the validation *** with the Velocity-Acceleration（V-A） method,the errors of eigenvalue,velocity and acceleration probability distribution,the joint probability distribution of velocity and acceleration and the root mean square error of the vehicle specific power distribution between the driving cycle based on Markov chain and the validation data are all smaller,and it can effectively reflect the actual driving cycle.

【目的】分析植物-基质组合对农田退水的净化效果。【方法】以独流减河-八排干农田退水为研究对象,研究植物-基质组合系统中的植物种类和种植密度、基质材料和填充率、水力停留时间(HRT)等技术参数对农田退水净化效果的影响。【结果】植物-基质组合系统(水葱+鸢尾、沸石+火山岩)能够有效净化独流减河-八排干农田退水水质,形成相对丰度较高的脱氮除磷微生物菌群,在HRT=3 d的运行模式下,连续运行10个周期(累计30 d)对氨氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)、总磷(TP)和化学需氧量(COD)的平均去除率分别为95.74%、49.94%、89.03%。【结论】八排干人工湿地建成后,在植物-基质组合系统中植物、基质、微生物的共同作用下,出水水质稳定达到地表水Ⅴ类标准,为华北地区农田退水净化工程建设提供参考。

为了揭示隧道穿越断层期间结构力学响应特性,通过室内模型试验研究断层倾角为45°、60°、75°时采用台阶法进行开挖施工的围岩压力、围岩位移和衬砌应力变化情况。结果表明:断层倾角越大,围岩压力值越高,断层倾角为75°、60°时围岩压力分别为45°的1.169倍、1.089倍;拱部围岩压力影响范围达1.0倍洞径,拱腰、边墙处影响范围为0.5倍洞径;断层倾角越大,围岩径向位移值越高,断层倾角为75°、60°时径向位移达45°的1.112倍、1.057倍;拱部围岩位移影响范围达1.0倍洞径,拱腰、边墙处影响范围为0.5倍洞径;由于存在断层结构,隧道开挖后形成较大松散压力,衬砌结构呈“扁坦式”受力状态,边墙位置衬砌应力最大,拱顶、拱腰处次之;断层倾角越大,衬砌应力值越高,第一施工循环拱顶位置衬砌应力在断层倾角75°、60°时分别为45°的1.176倍、1.079倍,拱腰处为1.187倍、1.089倍,边墙处为1.169倍、1.082倍;第二循环拱顶位置衬砌应力在断层倾角75°、60°时分别为45°的1.136倍、1.067倍,拱腰处为1.158倍、1.075倍,边墙处为1.156倍、1.077倍。
