平坦效率对于实现光中子反应的单中子、双中子和三中子事件的区分和截面的计算非常关键。介绍了一种用于逆康普顿散射γ源(Shanghai Laser Electron Gamma Source,SLEGS)光中子(γ,n)截面测量的4π平坦效率3He中子探测器阵列的设计与模拟。采用Geant4程序对平坦效率3He探测器的优化布局和效率进行了模拟,针对设计的由20只Φ50 mm×500 mm 5 cm 3He正比计数管和6只Φ25 mm×500 mm 3He正比计数管组成的4π平坦效率中子探测器,模拟给出探测器平均效率曲线在1 keV^6 MeV的效率为34.4%~45.9%。模拟中以209Bi靶为例,靶尺寸为Φ20 mm×4 mm,通过对产生中子的角分布,能谱的模拟计算,发现中子出射角度在90°对称,探测器的4π布局能够完全覆盖入射到聚乙烯慢化体的中子,出射中子能量随着中子分离能呈现出规律的变化关系;随着γ能量增加,出射道开放增多,出射中子的能量总是分布在1 keV^4 MeV之间,探测器阵列在这一能区的平均效率为40%~46%。

目的分析多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者出生体质量与临床特征的相关性,为PCOS病因溯源提供依据。方法选取2014年1月—2022年6月黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院妇科科研门诊临床科研信息一体化系统中确诊的资料信息完整可靠的642例PCOS患者,并依据患者出生体质量分为正常出生体质量组(1组,519例)、低出生体质量组(2组,62例)、高出生体质量组(3组,61例)。分析患者出生体质量与临床特征的相关性。结果3组身高、体质量、体质量指数(BMI)、肥胖发生率、腰围、臀围、腰高比(WHtR)及黑棘皮评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。3组黄体生成素(LH)/卵泡刺激素(FSH)比值,雌二醇(E_(2))、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、脂蛋白a[LP(a)]水平及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。出生体质量与年龄、硫酸脱氢表雄酮(DHEAS)呈负相关,与身高、体质量、黑棘皮评分、FSH、E_(2)、性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)、空腹血糖(FPG)呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论PCOS患者多为正常出生体质量,低出生体质量与肾上腺高雄激素血症相关,高出生体质量与肥胖相关。

目的将防肺炎吞咽功能评估量表(Assessment of Swallowing Ability for Pneumonia,ASAP)翻译成中文版,并评价其在我国老年中枢神经系统疾病病人中应用的信度和效度。方法翻译ASAP,并邀请8名相关领域专家对ASAP中文版进行内容效度评价。由1名护士和1名康复医生分别对50例老年中枢神经系统疾病住院病人进行ASAP中文版和标准吞咽功能评估量表(SSA)评估,比较2个量表的评估用时,并分析两个量表得分的相关性。随机选取其中20例病人,由康复医生于当天再次进行ASAP中文版评估,护士于第2天再次进行ASAP中文版评估,计算内部、外部的组内相关系数(ICC)。根据ASAP分级标准指导所有病人调整进食方式,并观察吸入性肺炎(aspirationg pneumonia,AP)的发生情况。结果ASAP中文版具有很好的评定者内部一致性(ICC=0.93,P<0.001)和评定者间一致性(ICC=0.91,P<0.001)。ASAP中文版各项目的Cronbach’sα系数为0.913~0.945,量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.938;ASAP中文版各项目内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.875~1.000,量表内容效度指数(S-CVI)为1,平均S-CVI为0.984。ASAP中文版与SSA评分呈显著负相关(r=-0.93,P<0.001),且ASAP中文版用时显著短于SSA[(7.1±1.8)min比(19.3±3.0)min,P=0.02]。ASAP中度异常者的AP发生率明显高于正常者和轻度异常者(P<0.001)。结论ASAP中文版在我国老年中枢神经系统疾病病人中具有很好的信度和效度,其操作简便、安全可靠、评估用时少,便于临床推广应用;此外,该量表还可以指导病人调整进食方式,减少AP的发生。

Background: Percutaneous radiofrequency ablation(RFA) is a first?line treatment for very?early?stage hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC), whereas the efficacy of percutaneous microwave ablation(MWA) for very?early?stage HCC remains unclear. The purpose of this study was to clarify this issue by comparing the safety and efficacy of percutaneous MWA with percutaneous RFA in treating very?early?stage ***: Clinical data of 460 patients who were diagnosed with very?early?stage HCC and treated with percutane?ous MWA or RFA between January 2007 and July 2012 at the Eastern Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital, The Second Mili?tary Medical University, in Shanghai, China were retrospectively analyzed. Of these 460 patients, 159 received RFA, 301 received MWA. Overall survival(OS), recurrence?free survival(RFS), local tumor progression(LTP), complete ablation, and complication occurrence rates were compared between the two groups, and the prognostic factors associated with survival were ***: No significant differences were observed between the two groups in terms of the 1?, 3?, or 5?year OS rates(99.3%, 90.4%, and 78.3% for MWA vs. 98.7%, 86.8%, and 73.3% for RFA, respectively; P = 0.331). Furthermore, no signif?icant differences were observed between the two groups in terms of the corresponding RFS rates(94.4%, 71.8%, and 46.9% for MWA vs. 89.9%, 67.3%, and 54.9% for RFA, respectively; P ete ablation rates(98.3% vs. 98.1%, P = 0.309), the LTP rates(9.6% vs. 10.1%, P = 0.883), the compl multivariate analysis, LTP, an= 0.860), or the occurrence rates of major complications(0.7% vs. 0.6%, P = 0.691). Bytiviral therapy, and treatment of recurrence were independent risk fac?tors for OS(P < 0.001), and the alpha?fetoprotein level was an independent prognostic factor for RFS(P = 0.002).Conclusions: MWA is as safe and effective as RFA in treating very?early?stage HCC, supporting MWA as a first?line treatment option for this disease.

Cyclin B is an important regulator of the cell cycle G2 to M phase transition. The silkworm genomic database shows that there are two Cyclin B genes in the silkworm (Bombyx mori), BmCyclin B and BmCyclin B3. Using silkworm EST data, the cyclin B3 (EU074796) gene was cloned. Its complete cDNA was 1665 bp with an ORF of 1536 bp derived from seven exons and six introns. The BmCyclin B3 gene encodes 511 amino acids, and the predicted molecular weight is 57.8 kD with an isoelectric point of 9.18. The protein contains one protein damage box and two cyclin boxes. RNA interference-mediated reduction of BmCyclin B and BmCyclin B3 expression induced cell cycle arrest in G2 or M phase in BmN-SWU1 cells, thus inhibiting cell proliferation. These results suggest that BmCyclin B and BmCyclin B3 are necessary for completing the cell cycle in silkworm cells.

Numerical study of shoreline changes by emergency beach nourishment project at the Middle Beach of Beidaihe, China

Beach nourishment is a common coastal management strategy used to protect beach from erosion along the sandy coastlines. This method has been successfully applied to an emergency project at the West Beach of Beidaihe in the summer of 2008 and the full West Beach nourishment project in 2009-2010, which is the direct base of this study. Some basic information about the emergency engineering area at the Middle Beach is firstly described. The shoreline change of this area, including the analysis of beach width in five monitoring profiles in the bathing places of Middle Beach, is then discussed. After that a numerical modal based on one-line theory is established and the numerical results agree well with the measured shorelines, which indicates that the model is appropriate and is qualified to predict the shoreline change of the Middle Beach. With the same model and parameters, long-term performance of the project is predicted, and the result shows that without follow-up nourishment and project, the bathing places can remain suitable for bathing for about 10 a. It is suggested to nourish the beach in time and carry out the beach nourishment project for the full Middle Beach in Beidaihe.

Histidine coordinated to Chl a is a distinct characteristic of Chl a in vivo. By usinghistidine analogue of 1-methylimidazole (C4H6N2) and measuring the UV/vis absorption, CD and MCD spectra of the interaction between C4H6N2and Chl a in CCI4, we have obtained that: (i) In pure CCI4 solvent, Chl a molecule is in five-coordinate state, and two Chl a molecules form an asymmetric compact-dimer with strong coupling interaction. We propose that the two Chl a molecules are connected by two unequally coordinated Mg-O bonds (the two oxygen atoms come from the C=O of C131 keto and C17 ester, respectively); (ii) when the molar ratio of C4H6N2/Chl a is 0.5 or 1 (corresponding to 2Chl a #1C4H6N2 and 2Chl a ·2C4H6N2, respectively), significant changes have been observed in the absorption, CD and MCD spectra, which indicate that the Chl a remains in dimer form, but the coupling interaction between them reduces greatly. We postulate that C4H6N2 replaces the ligation of C=O of C17 ester and C131 keto to Mg atoms

Objective:The fruit stalk of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill.(***)has been found to contain bioactive components similar to the fruit of ***,we report a recent discovery about new nortriterpenoids with a novel skeleton and anti-gastric cancer activity,which were isolated from the fruit stalk of ***:The chemical components of ethyl acetate extract from 70%ethanol extract from *** fruit stalk were separated,purified,and identified by liquid chromatography methods(silica gel,ODS,HPLC)and extensive spectroscopic analyses(NMR,IR,UV,MS,CD).Results:Two new nortriterpenoids,schilancitrilactone M and 25-hydroxyl schindilactone D(1 and 2),along with ten known nortriterpenoids(3-12)were isolated from the fruit stalk of *** isolated compounds were tested for their cytotoxic activities against MGC-803 cells,and the results showed that compounds 6-8 possessed significant activities with IC50 of 9.01,11.77,and 2.74μmol/L,***:Twelve nortriterpenoids including two new compounds were isolated from the fruit stalk of *** for the first *** them,compounds 6-8 showed significant anti-gastric cancer *** postulated that the fruit stalk of *** could be used as an anti-gastric cancer drug.
