Nowadays more than 70% of the fresh water available worldwide is used for agriculture. In Argentina, extensive crops are not usually irrigated, so the cropping production depends mostly on rainfall water. In order to know how many liters of water are needed to produce a ton of soybeans, wheat and maize in the Pergamino district, Province of Buenos Aires, its Water Footprint was estimated by the Hoekstra method. Evaporation and rainfall data was obtained from SIGA INTA platform and production data was obtained from the Ministry of Agriculture. The results indicated that the average annual total water footprint values for soybean, corn and wheat crops for the period 2013-2018 in the Pergamino district, province of Buenos Aires, are 1,388 l∙kg−1, 693 l∙kg−1 and 1,249 l∙kg−1 respectively. These were lower than the global average reference values. The obtained results allowed future analysis advancing in the knowledge of the use of water productivity in grain production.

国内外现有研究认为,农民工的求职渠道非常单一,主要依赖社会关系网络。本文选取典型的珠江三角洲世界工厂所在地——广东省东莞市塘厦镇为案例,对非正规职业中介机构进行了深入调查研究。发现非正规中介机构在农民工的求职过程中发挥着重要作用,帮助农民工实现灵活、即时的就业,其存在是在我国转型期市场改革不断深入的背景下,企业/工厂的用工需求、农民工的求职需要、中介机构的逐利目的和地方政府的宽容态度共同作用的结果。非正规职业中介机构是市场动力作用下的新型农民工非正规求职渠道,是原有的社会关系网络求职渠道的延伸。研究表明,在现阶段中国城市化过程中,非正规的动力在解决农民工求职乃至城市化过程中具有重要的作用。

Background: The Plain-backed Thrush Zoothera mollissima breeds in the Himalayas and mountains of central China. It was long considered conspecific with the Long-tailed Thrush Zoothera dixoni, until these were shown to be broadly ***: We revise the Z. mollissima–Z. dixoni complex by integrating morphological, acoustic, genetic(two mitochondrial and two nuclear markers), ecological and distributional ***: In earlier field observations, we noted two very different song types of "Plain-backed" Thrush segregated by breeding habitat and elevation. Further integrative analyses congruently identify three groups: an alpine breeder in the Himalayas and Sichuan, China("Alpine Thrush"); a forest breeder in the eastern Himalayas and northwest Yunnan(at least), China("Himalayan Forest Thrush"); and a forest breeder in central Sichuan("Sichuan Forest Thrush"). Alpine and Himalayan Forest Thrushes are broadly sympatric, but segregated by habitat and altitude, and the same is probably true also for Alpine and Sichuan Forest Thrushes. These three groups differ markedly in morphology and songs. In addition, DNA sequence data from three non-breeding specimens from Yunnan indicate that yet another lineage exists("Yunnan Thrush"). However, we find no consistent morphological differences from Alpine Thrush, and its breeding range is unknown. Molecular phylogenetic analyses suggest that all four groups diverged at least a few million years ago, and identify Alpine Thrush and the putative "Yunnan Thrush" as sisters, and the two forest taxa as sisters. Cytochrome b divergences among the four Z. mollissima sensu lato(s.l.) clades are similar to those between any of them and Z. dixoni, and exceed that between the two congeneric outgroup species. We lectotypify the name Oreocincla rostrata Hodgson, 1845 with the Z. mollissima sensu stricto(s.s.) specimen long considered its type. A semi-analytical approach for the pulsating solutions of the 3D complex Cubic-quintic Ginzburg-Landau Equation (CGLE) is presented in this article. A collective variable approach is used to obtain a system of variational equations which give the evolution of the light pulses parameters as a function of the propagation distance. The collective coordinate approach is incomparably faster than the direct numerical simulation of the propagation equation. This allows us to obtain, efficiently, a global mapping of the 3D pulsating soliton. In addition it allows describing the influence of the parameters of the equation on the various physical parameters of the pulse and their dynamics.

Context: The Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) continues to be the main public health challenge in Gabon. The latest studies highlight a high rate of virological failure and HIV drug resistance in semi-rural Gabon. In Libreville, virological failure data is sparse, data on HIV drug resistance for the former first line and new first-line regimen is lacking. Methods: Between January 28th, 2019, and January 31st, 2020, we received patient living with HIV (PLWHA) for CD4 counts, HIV-1 viral load, and/or genotyping of HIV-1 mutation drug resistance. We used the BD FACSPresto for CD4 count, the Biocentric Generic HIV viral load test for HIV-1 quantification, and the HIV-1 drug resistance mutation genotyping (ARNS protocol). Results: A total of 1129 HIV-1 patients have been enrolled for this study. The median age was 46 years old and the median of CD4 was 386 cells per cubic millimeter. The virological suppression success was observed at 62.7% of patients on the former first line regimen and 70.6% of the patient on DBR. We successfully amplified and analyzed 76 sequences and noticed the presence of the nineteen different subtypes with the predominance of the subtypes CRF02-AG (37.95%), followed by subtype A (22.3%). For HIV drug resistance analyses, 108 (65.1%) had resistance mutation to nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs);of these, 91 (84%) present M184V/I. When looking for NNRTI mutations, 119 (71.7%) sequences had at least one mutation. Of these, 82 had K103N (68.9%), representing the main NNRTI mutations. The pattern showing the high level of resistance (HLR) in all molecules of NRTIs and NNRTIs, except for the TDF (intermediate resistance) was M41L-E44DL74I-M184-L210W-T215Y-K101P-K103N-V106I. Conclusion: This report paints a picture of a relatively female-dominated HIV-infected Gabonese population with a low level of immunity.
