学术界对强制关系的研究较少,尽管它无处不在。本文基于要素论探讨强制结构的含义、分类及模型,重点探讨了间接强制结构的效应。间接强制是涉及至少三个行动者的一类"不给钱就制裁,给钱就‘保护’你"的结构关系。实验研究结果表明,在边界条件内,间接强制结构与直接强制结构一样有效力,即有类似的强制幅度和力度,二者都使强制者获得最大的剥夺率。本文最后讨论了影响强制效果的因素,包括强制者的贪欲与策略、强—强联盟及受制者联盟的效应等。

Parkinson's disease is a neurodegenerative *** stress,i.e.,the imbalance between the generation of reactive oxygen species and the antioxidant defense capacity of the body,plays an important role in the pathogenesis of this *** exercise can regulate oxidative *** purpose of this study was to analyze the short-and long-term effects of an aquatic exercise program on oxidative stress levels in patients with Parkinson's *** aquatic exercise program was carried out during 1 month with two sessions per week(1 hour/session).Blood samples were collected at four different time points:pre-intervention,immediately,48 hours,and 30 days after the first session of aquatic exercise *** results revealed that water-based programs modulated antioxidant enzyme activity,increased superoxide dismutase activity,reduced catalase activity,and increased the ratio of superoxide dismutase activity to catalase activity in patients with Parkinson's *** with pre-intervention and 48 hours after the first session of aquatic exercise program,superoxide dismutase activity was higher and catalase activity was lower immediately and 30 days after the first *** results demonstrated that aquatic exercise program could modulate oxidative stress,mainly by the effect of antioxidant enzyme *** results could better help understand the target of oxidative stress in Parkinson's *** study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Centro Universitário Metodista IPA(approval No.1.373.911)on August 9,2019 and registered with REBEC(registration number:RBR-6 NJ4 MK).

AIM:To investigate the redox dependency and promotion of downstream targets in thyroid hormone(T3)-induced AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK)signaling as cellular energy sensor to limit metabolic stresses in the ***:Fed male Sprague-Dawley rats were given a single ip dose of 0.1 mg T3/kg or T3 vehicle(Na OH0.1 N;controls)and studied at 8 or 24 h after *** groups of animals received 500 mg N-acetylcysteine(NAC)/kg or saline ip 30 min prior *** included plasma and liver 8-isoprostane and serumβ-hydroxybutyrate levels(ELISA),hepaticlevels of m RNAs(q PCR),proteins(Western blot),and phosphorylated AMPK(ELISA).RESULTS:T3 upregulates AMPK signaling,including the upstream kinases Ca2+-calmodulin-dependent protein kinase kinase-βand transforming growth factor-β-activated kinase-1,with T3-induced reactive oxygen species having a causal role due to its suppression by pretreatment with the antioxidant ***,AMPK targets acetyl-Co A carboxylase and cyclic AMP response element binding protein are phosphorylated,with the concomitant carnitine palmitoyltransferase-1α(CPT-1α)activation and higher expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γco-activator-1αand that of the fatty acid oxidation(FAO)-related enzymes CPT-1α,acyl-Co A oxidase 1,and acylCo A thioesterase *** these conditions,T3 induced a significant increase in the serum levels ofβ-hydroxybutyrate,a surrogate marker for hepatic ***:T3 administration activates liver AMPK signaling in a redox-dependent manner,leading to FAO enhancement as evidenced by the consequent ketogenic response,which may constitute a key molecular mechanism regulating energy dynamics to support T3preconditioning against ischemia-reperfusion injury.

中国的社会网研究很少关注网络结构与权力分配之间的关系,这恰是要素论的贡献。在介绍影响、社会关系、社会行动者等基本"要素"之后,本文分析了要素论的建模原理及多种结构条件,并简析其优势所在。要素论研究发现,权力的分配取决于行动者的偏好、信念、关系类型及诸多结构条件,因此,核心点未必有权。要素论根据网络结构预测权力的分配,这是其独特之处。该理论的其他优势有:坚持理论导向的实验研究,揭示了权力来源于"排除"机制,运用分析—组合法,可用于研究大型的、复杂的社会历史结构。本文最后讨论了要素论的未来方向,包括考虑到行动者的属性和结构的转换以及关系的要素论研究会加深对中国社会的认识等。

BACKGROUND The high prevalence and persistence of Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) infection, as well as the diversity of pathologies related to it, suggest that the virulence factors used by this microorganism are varied. Moreover, as its proteome contains 340hypothetical proteins, it is important to investigate them to completely understand the mechanisms of its virulence and survival. We have previously reported that the hypothetical protein HP0953 is overexpressed during the first hours of adhesion to inert surfaces, under stress conditions, suggesting its role in the environmental survival of this bacterium and perhaps as a virulence *** To investigate the expression and localization of HP0953 during adhesion to an inert surface and against gastric(AGS) *** Expression analysis was performed for HP0953 during H. pylori adhesion. HP0953 expression at 0,3, 12, 24, and 48 h was evaluated and compared using the Kruskal-Wallis equality-of-populations rank test. Recombinant protein was produced and used to obtain polyclonal antibodies for immunolocalization. Immunogold technique was performed on bacterial sections during adherence to inert surfaces and AGS cells, which was analyzed by transmission electron microscopy. HP0953 protein sequence was analyzed to predict the presence of a signal peptide and transmembrane helices, both provided by the ExPASy platform, and using the GLYCOPP platform for glycosylation sites. Different programs, via, I-TASSER, RaptorX, and HHalign-Kbest, were used to perform three-dimensional *** HP0953 exhibited its maximum expression at 12 h of infection in gastric epithelium *** technique revealed HP0953 localization in the cytoplasm and accumulation in some peripheral areas of the bacterial body, with greater expression when it is close to AGS *** analysis revealed the presence of a signal peptide that interacts with the transmembrane region and then allows the release of the protein
