国内外现有研究认为,农民工的求职渠道非常单一,主要依赖社会关系网络。本文选取典型的珠江三角洲世界工厂所在地——广东省东莞市塘厦镇为案例,对非正规职业中介机构进行了深入调查研究。发现非正规中介机构在农民工的求职过程中发挥着重要作用,帮助农民工实现灵活、即时的就业,其存在是在我国转型期市场改革不断深入的背景下,企业/工厂的用工需求、农民工的求职需要、中介机构的逐利目的和地方政府的宽容态度共同作用的结果。非正规职业中介机构是市场动力作用下的新型农民工非正规求职渠道,是原有的社会关系网络求职渠道的延伸。研究表明,在现阶段中国城市化过程中,非正规的动力在解决农民工求职乃至城市化过程中具有重要的作用。

The underlying causes of.biodiversity disparities among geographic regions have long been a f.ndamental theme in ecology and ***,the patterns of.phylogenetic diversity(PD) and phylogenetic beta diversity(PBD) of.congeners that are disjunctly distributed between eastern Asia-eastern North America(EA-ENA disjuncts) and their associated f.ctors remain *** we investigated the standardized ef.ect size of.PD(SES-PD),PBD,and potentially associated f.ctors in 11natural mixed f.rest sites(f.ve in EA and six in ENA) where abundant EA-ENA disjuncts *** f.und that the disjuncts in ENA possessed higher SES-PD than those in EA at the continental scale(1.96vs-1.12),even though the number of.disjunct species in ENA is much lower than in EA(128 vs 263).SESPD of.the EA-ENA disjuncts tended to decrease with increasing latitude in 11 *** latitudinal diversity gradient of.SES-PD was stronger in EA sites than in ENA *** on the unweighted unique f.action metric(Unif.ac) distance and the phylogenetic community dissimilarity,PBD showed that the two northern sites in EA were more similar to the six-site ENA group than to the remaining southern EA *** on the standardized ef.ect size of.mean pairwise distances(SES-MPD),nine of.eleven studied sites showed a neutral community structure(-1.96 ≤SES-MPD ≤1.96).Both Pearson’s r and structural equation modeling suggested that SES-PD of.the EA-ENA disjuncts was mostly associated with mean divergence ***,SES-PD of.the EA-ENA disjuncts was positively correlated with temperaturerelated climatic f.ctors,although negatively correlated with mean diversif.cation rate and community *** applying approaches f.om phylogenetics and community ecology,our work sheds light on historical patterns of.the EA-ENA disjunction and paves the way f.r f.rther research.

Background: The Plain-backed Thrush Zoothera mollissima breeds in the Himalayas and mountains of.central China. It was long considered conspecif.c with the Long-tailed Thrush Zoothera dixoni, until these were shown to be broadly ***: We revise the Z. mollissima–Z. dixoni complex by integrating morphological, acoustic, genetic(two mitochondrial and two nuclear markers), ecological and distributional ***: In earlier f.eld observations, we noted two very dif.erent song types of."Plain-backed" Thrush segregated by breeding habitat and elevation. f.rther integrative analyses congruently identif. three groups: an alpine breeder in the Himalayas and Sichuan, China("Alpine Thrush"); a f.rest breeder in the eastern Himalayas and northwest Yunnan(at least), China("Himalayan f.rest Thrush"); and a f.rest breeder in central Sichuan("Sichuan f.rest Thrush"). Alpine and Himalayan f.rest Thrushes are broadly sympatric, but segregated by habitat and altitude, and the same is probably true also f.r Alpine and Sichuan f.rest Thrushes. These three groups dif.er markedly in morphology and songs. In addition, DNA sequence data f.om three non-breeding specimens f.om Yunnan indicate that yet another lineage exists("Yunnan Thrush"). However, we f.nd no consistent morphological dif.erences f.om Alpine Thrush, and its breeding range is unknown. Molecular phylogenetic analyses suggest that all f.ur groups diverged at least a f.w million years ago, and identif. Alpine Thrush and the putative "Yunnan Thrush" as sisters, and the two f.rest taxa as sisters. Cytochrome b divergences among the f.ur Z. mollissima sensu lato(s.l.) clades are similar to those between any of.them and Z. dixoni, and exceed that between the two congeneric outgroup species. A semi-analytical approach f.r the pulsating solutions of.the 3D complex Cubic-quintic Ginzburg-Landau Equation (CGLE) is presented in this article. A collective variable approach is used to obtain a system of.variational equations which give the evolution of.the light pulses parameters as a f.nction of.the propagation distance. The collective coordinate approach is incomparably f.ster than the direct numerical simulation of.the propagation equation. This allows us to obtain, ef.iciently, a global mapping of.the 3D pulsating soliton. In addition it allows describing the inf.uence of.the parameters of.the equation on the various physical parameters of.the pulse and their dynamics.

The present work aimed to evaluate the ef.ect of.dif.erent water stress levels on the development of.both rice and barnyardgrass. The study was established into greenhouse, in completely randomized design, in f.ctorial scheme 2 × 5, with f.ur replications. f.ctor “A” comprised the plant species (rice cv. BRS Querência, or the weed Echinochloa crusgalli), and f.ctor “B” comprised the water stress levels: (T1) continuous f.ood (Cf.;(T2) 0 kPa (saturated soil);(T3) 10 kPa;(T4) 40 kPa;and (T5) 100 kPa. Plant emergence was assessed every day;plant length was measured 30 days af.er planting. At the end of.the experiment, the number of.leaves per plant, root length and shoot and root dry mass were determined. Our data supply evidence that under moderate water stress, up to approximately 40 kPa, rice tends to perf.rm better than barnyardgrass in the initial stage of.crop growth, when under equivalent plant density. However, barnyardgrass is usually present in much higher plant density than crop plants in f.elds traditionally cropped with rice. Thus, ef.icient control of.barnyardgrass should be accomplished to avoid damage to rice crop by competition f.r environmental resources.

This study was perf.rmed to evaluate the ef.icacy of.the Demolizer? technology f.r the on-site sterilization of.low vo-lumes of.regulated medical waste. The objective was to demonstrate a minimum of.6 log10 reduction of.the dry heat sterilization process applied by the Demolizer? II system f.r the representative organisms, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans, Mycobacterium phlei and Bacillus subtilis spores (f.rmerly Bacillus subtilis) on simulated medical waste consistent with numerous regulatory standards f.r medical waste treatment. The system cycle was heat treatment at a minimum temperature of.350?f.and held at or above this temperature f.r a minimum of.90 minutes. Upon completion of.treatment, there was no evidence of.growth in the bacterial species af.er treatment. Given the minimum detection level of.4 Cf./ml, the Demolizer? II system demonstrated a minimum sterilization ef.icacy of.6.6 log10 f.r both S. aureus and E. coli as representative gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria species. Candida albicans (6.7 log10 Cf./ml), Mycobacterium phlei (9.0 log10 Cf./ml) and Bacillus subtilis (6.3 log10 Cf./ml) were completely eliminated af.er sterilizing representative medical waste in the Demolizer? II system f.r 90 minutes at a minimum temperature of.350?f. Also, the Demolizer? II exceeded typical recognized standards f.r medical waste treatment of.a 6 log10 reduction of.Mycobacteria and a 4 log10 reduction of.the appropriate Bacillus endospore.
