The Ediacaran to early Cambrian Blovice accretionary complex,Bohemian Massif,hosts abundant chert bodies that formed on an oceanic plate and were involved in subduction beneath the northern margin of *** relationships of cherts to their host,their microstructure and elemental as well as isotopic compositions revealed diverse processes of chert petrogenesis reflecting depositional environment and position on the oceanic *** deep-water cherts formed through a hydrothermal precipitation of silica-rich gels on outer trench swell of the subducted slab with none or only minor addition of terrigenous *** the contrary,the shallow-water cherts formed in lagoons on seamount slopes,and at least some of them represent a product of hydrothermal replacement of former carbonate and/or evaporite *** both chert types,the hydrothermal fluids were of low temperature and continuous pervasive hydrothermal alteration of oceanic crust,together with an elevated Si content in Neoproterozoic seawater,served as the major source of *** the other hand,minor carbon enrichment in chert is mostly linked to variable incorporation of organic matter that was deposited on the *** earth element(REE)systematics of the cherts indicate predominantly oxygenated environment for the shallow-water cherts whereas the deep-water cherts were deposited in diverse redox conditions,depending on their distance from hydrothermal *** these data,we demonstrate that the cherts once formed a part of Ocean Plate Stratigraphy(OPS)now dismembered and mixed with terrigenous siliciclastic material to form OPS mé*** our data with those from the existing literature,we show that cherts can serve as significant markers of OPS since the Archean,recording a complex interplay between seafloor-related volcanic(production of MORB-and OIB-like magmas)and sedimentary processes,hydrothermal activity at mid-ocean ridges and seamount chains as well as at outer slopes o

THE PRElIMINARY STUDY ON HMBA-INDUCED DIFFERENTIATION OF THE DRUG-PRETREATED MURINE ERYTHROlEUKEMIA CEllS

Both the colchicine-resistant Sc9(ColO) and vincristine-resis-tant Sc9(VCR5) cells displayed an accelerated HMBA-induced commitment to terminal cell differentiation whereas the adriamycin-resistant SC9 (A 120) showed no acceleration but rather a substantial delay in HMBA-induced differentiation. The studies provide more clues as well as experimental models for further study on the mechanism of induced differentiation of MEL cells.

Several drug-resistant variants have been developed by growing the parental MEl cells in presence of colchicine, adriamycin and vincristine respectively with stepwise increasing concentration. 骨性Ⅰ类不同垂直骨面型成人腭中缝融合程度的CBCT研究

目的:探究骨性Ⅰ类成人腭中缝的融合程度在不同性别、部位及垂直骨面型的差异性。方法:纳入骨性Ⅰ类错畸形患者173例,根据GoGn-SN角与性别分6组:GoGn-SN>37.7°为高角组(男22,女24);27.2°≤GoGn-SN≤37.7°为均角组(男30,女33);GoGn-SN<27.2°为低角组(男33,女31)。Mimics 21.0软件测量并计算腭中缝前区、中区和后区的融合程度,记录前区鼻腭管与测量部位重叠的情况。结果:腭中缝融合程度在不同性别的比较中,低角前区男女间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);在不同部位的比较中,除低角女性的前区与中区和后区差异无统计学意义外,其余不同部位腭中缝融合程度均有统计学差异(P<0.05),且由后区至前区逐渐减小。在不同垂直骨面型的比较中,除男性中区均角与低角和高角,女性前区低角与高角和均角差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),余无统计学差异。前区鼻腭管影响测量的比率在男性高角和低角、男性低角和女性低角的比较中有统计学意义(P<0.05),余无统计学意义。结论:成年患者的腭中缝并非完全融合,建议腭部微种植体支抗避免放置于腭中缝处。

Effect of heat treatment on mechanical and wear properties of Zn−40Al−2Cu−2Si alloy

In order to determine the effect of heat treatment on the mechanical and wear properties of Zn−40Al−2Cu−2Si alloy,different heat treatments including homogenization followed by air-cooling(H1),homogenization followed by furnace-cooling(H2),stabilization(T5)and quench−aging(T6 and T7)were *** effects of these heat treatments on the mechanical and tribological properties of the alloy were studied by metallography and,mechanical and wear tests in comparison with SAE 65 *** wear tests were performed using a block on cylinder type test *** hardness,tensile strength and compressive strength of the alloy increase by the application of H1 and T6 heat treatments,and all the heat treatments except T6,increase its elongation to fracture.H1,T5 and T6 heat treatments cause a reduction in friction coefficient and wear volume of the ***,this alloy exhibits the lowest friction coefficient and wear volume after T6 heat ***,T6 heat treatment appears to be the best process for the lubricated tribological applications of this alloy at a pressure of 14 ***,Zn−40Al−2Cu−2Si alloy in the as-cast and heat-treated conditions shows lower wear loss or higher wear resistance than the bronze.

The current computer-aided technologies in design and product development, the evolution of CAD modeling, and a framework of multi-volume CADmodeling system for heterogeneous object design and fabrication are presented inthis paper. The multi-volume CAD modeling system is presented based on nonmanifold topological elements. Material identifications are defined as design attributes introduced along with geometric and topological information at the designstage. Extended Euler operation and reasoning Boolean operations for merging andextraction are executed according to the associated material identifications in thedeveloped multi-volume modeling system for heterogeneous object. An applicationexample and a pseudo-processing algorithm for prototyping of heterogeneous structure through solid free-form fabrication are also described.

A new endophytic insect-associated Daldinia species, recognised from a comparison of secondary metabolite profiles and molecular phylogeny

Xylariaceous endophytes are commonly encountered in plants,and it has recently been found out that insect vectors play a major role in their life cycle,as well as in the apparent host-specificity of the fungal *** this study,a new insect-associated,endophytic anamorph species of Daldinia is recognised from a comparison of (a)morphological and ecological data;(b)molecular phylogenetic data based on rDNA,alpha-actin and beta-tubulin genes;and (c)secondary metabolite profiles based on high performance liquid chromatography/diode array/mass spectrometry(HPlC-DAD/MS)and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC-MS)in comparison with authentic strains of Daldinia and other *** new species,Daldinia hawksworthii,is a symbiont of the willow woodwasp,Xiphydria prolongata,which is in turn preferentially associated with Salix.A comparison of HPlCDAD/MS profiles from standardised cultures revealed the presence of a specific compound,which was not encountered in any of the ca.250 Daldinia strains studied for *** compound was isolated after fermentation of the fungus in 10 l scale by preparative *** elucidation by NMR spectroscopy revealed a novel pyrone,for which the name dalsymbiopyrone is *** compound showed weak antimicrobial and cytotoxic effects and might be a signal molecule involved in the trilateral ecological interaction between the host plant,the insect,and its fungal symbiont.

Mitochondrial reactive oxygen species(mROS)that are overproduced by mitochondrial dysfunction are linked to pathological conditions including sensory ***,we explored whether mROS overproduction induces itch through transient receptor potential canonical 3(TRPC3),which is sensitive to *** injection of antimycin A(AA),a selective inhibitor of mitochondrial electron transport chain complex III for mROS overproduction,produced robust scratching behavior in naïve mice,which was suppressed by MitoTEMPO,a mitochondria-selective ROS scavenger,and Pyr10,a TRPC3-specific blocker,but not by blockers of TRpa1 or *** activated subsets of trigeminal ganglion neurons and also induced inward currents,which were blocked by MitoTEMPO and ***,dry skin-induced chronic scratching was relieved by MitoTEMPO and Pyr10,and also by resveratrol,an *** together,our results suggest that mROS elicit itch through TRPC3,which may underlie chronic itch,representing a potential therapeutic target for chronic itch.

Extraction of aluminium as aluminium sulphate from thermal power plant fly ashes

Valuable metal extraction technology from thermal power plant fly ash is *** the present study,aluminium is extracted from fly ash as highly pure aluminium sulphate(>99.0%)by leaching with sulphuric acid,followed by pre-concentration and successive *** types of fly ashes from different sources,i.e.,Talcher Thermal Power Station(TTPS)and Vedanta Aluminium Company limited(VAl)were chosen for comparative study on the extraction of aluminium as aluminium *** product is characterized by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).Purity of aluminium sulphate was also investigated by inductively coupled plasma?optical emission spectrometry(ICP?OES).The extraction efficiency of aluminium depends on the varied solid-to-liquid ratio(fly ash:18mol/l H2SO4,g/ml)and particle size of fly ***-chemical analysis indicates that the obtained product is Al2(SO4)3·18H2O,having low iron content(0.08%).

Adaptive phase field modelling of crack propagation in orthotropic functionally graded materials

In this work,we extend the recently proposed adaptive phase field method to model fracture in orthotropic functionally graded materials(FGMs).A recovery type error indicator combined with quadtree decomposition is employed for adaptive mesh *** proposed approach is capa.le of capturing the fracture process with a localized mesh refinement that provides notable gains in computational *** implementation is validated against experimental data and other numerical experiments on orthotropic materials with different material *** results reveal an increase in the stiffness and the maximum force with increasing material orientation *** study is then extended to the analysis of orthotropic *** is observed that,if the gradation in fracture properties is neglected,the material gradient plays a secondary role,with the fracture behaviour being dominated by the orthotropy of the ***,when the toughness increases along the crack propagation path,a substantial gain in fracture resistance is observed.

目的探讨乙肝肝硬化合并腹水患者发生急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)的预测因素,建立新型预测模型。方法收集2018年1月1日至2022年12月31日在新疆医科大学第一附属医院感染科住院并确诊为乙肝肝硬化的1350例患者的临床资料,根据2015年国际腹水俱乐部所定义AKI的诊断标准,分为AKI组及非AKI组,根据变量类型,分别用χ^(2)检验、t检验及Mann-Whitney U检验比较两组的资料差异,用二元logistic回归筛出AKI的危险因素,绘制受试者工作特征曲线(receiver operating characteristic curve,ROC),评估各危险因素对发生AKI患者的诊断价值,分析终末期肝病模型对于乙肝肝硬化合并腹水患者发生AKI以及短期预后的预测价值。结果最终纳入的446例乙肝肝硬化合并腹水患者中发生AKI的有111例,多因素logistic回归分析结果显示:凝血酶原活动度(OR=1.031,95%CI:1.005~1.058)、尿素氮(OR=1.305,95%CI:1.175~1.450)、终末期肝病模型(MElD)评分(OR=1.181,95%CI:1.100~1.267)、中量腹水(OR=7.218,95%CI:2.170~24.008)是乙肝肝硬化合并腹水患者发生AKI的独立危险因素(PlD评分、腹水严重程度是乙肝肝硬化合并腹水患者发生AKI的独立危险因素,四者联合建立的预测模型预测价值较高。
