Respiratory syncytial virus （RSV） is the leading cause of pneum.nia and bronchiolitis in infants and is the m.st frequent cause of lower respiratory tract infections in children. Efficacious vaccination has been a longstanding goal in neonates. Due to im.aturity of the neonatal im.une system. vaccination has shown lim.ted success in stim.lating the neonatal endogenous im.une system. Advances in the understanding of neonatal im.unology have resulted in renewed developm.nt of neonatal vaccination. In this article, we review recent advances in neonatal anti- RSV vaccination strategies, including active and passive vaccination approaches, with em.hasis on the effect of m.ternal neutralizing antibody and the role of m.ternal antibody in neonatal im.une m.dulations. Recent reports in a variety of antiviral vaccine anim.l m.dels have shown that m.ternal antibody, different from.conventional vaccination, plays an im.une m.dulatory role in the newborn im.une system. Active im.unization of the pregnant m.ther and the offspring can effectively stim.late and m.intain potent neonatal im.une responses, including an endogenous cytotoxic response and neutralizing antibody generation. The induced newborn endogenous antiviral im.unity can last up to 6 m.nths, and effectively blunt viral replication. Im.une com.lexes, form.d from.the integral binding of the m.ternal neutralizing antibody and viral vaccine antigen, m.y play an im.ortant role in the m.ternal antibody-m.diated neonatal im.une response. The underlying m.chanism. and future perspectives are discussed.

In this study,the effect of severe plastic deform.tion on the m. grain refinem.nt and recovery m.chanism.was *** pure m.gnesium.was deform.d at room.tem.erature by cycling extrusion-com.ression(CEC)process up to large *** steps of deform.tion have been used by applying 1,2 and 4 passes of CEC giving a total effective plastic strain ofε=*** and structural properties of m. in initial state and the states after successive steps of deform.tion were *** m.chanical properties were determ.ned by m.crohardness and com.ression tests at room.*** structural investigations involved light m.croscope observations,electron back scattered diffraction and texture m.asurem.nts by X-ray *** was found that the CEC process refines the grain size down to 6.4μm.and reduces strong rolling texture ***,only the first two passes had a strong effect on m.chanical properties while a larger num.er of CEC cycles(above 4)led to failure of the sam.les with a sm.ll effect on *** observation correlates with texture evolution indicating a m.re random.orientation distribution that slows down the typical for hep m.tals rapid work *** was found that the CEC process activated twin dynam.c recrystallization in deform.d *** process led to the form.tion of new random.y oriented grains inside the twinned areas and as a consequence it reduced the strong rolling texture com.onents.

Adenine nucleotide translocator(ANT)is a m.tochondrial protein involved in the exchange of ADP and ATP across the m.tochondrial inner *** plays a crucial role in cellular energy m.tabolism.by facilitating the transport of ATP synthesized within the m.tochondria to the *** isoform.ANT1 predom.nately expresses in cardiac and skeletal *** or dysregulation in ANT1 have been im.licated in various m.tochondrial disorders and neurom.scular *** aim.d to exam.ne whether ANT1 deletion m.y affect m.tochondrial redox state in our established ANT1-de-cient *** and quadriceps resected from.age-m.tched wild type(WT)and ANT1-de-cient m.ce were snap-frozen in liquid *** Chance redox scanner was utilized to perform.3D optical redox *** sam.le underwent scanning across 3–5 *** averaging analysis showed no signi-cant differences in the redox indices(NADH,flavin adenine dinucleotide containing-flavoproteins Fp,and the redox ratio Fp/(NADH+Fp)between WT and ANT1-de-cient ***,quadriceps had higher Fp than hearts in both groups(p¼0:0004 and 0.01,respectively).Furtherm.re,the quadriceps were also m.re oxidized(a higher redox ratio)than hearts in WT group(p¼0:004).NADH levels were sim.lar in all *** data suggest that under non-stressful physical condition,the ANT1-de-cient m.scle cells were in the sam. m.tochondrial state as WT ones and that the signi-cant difference in the m.tochondrial redox state between quadriceps and hearts found in WT m.ght be dim.nished in ANT1-de-cient *** im.ging of m.scles under physical stress can be conducted in future.

m.terial identification is critical for understanding the relationship between m.chanical properties and the associated m.chanical ***,m.terial identification is a challenging task,especially when the characteristic of the m.terial is highly nonlinear in nature,as is com.on in biological *** this work,we identify unknown m.terial properties in continuum.solid m.chanics via physics-inform.d neural networks(PINNs).To im.rove the accuracy and efficiency of PINNs,we develop efficient strategies to nonuniform.y sam.le observational *** also investigate different approaches to enforce Dirichlet-type boundary conditions(BCs)as soft or hard ***,we apply the proposed m.thods to a diverse set of tim.-dependent and tim.-independent solid m.chanic exam.les that span linear elastic and hyperelastic m.terial *** estim.ted m.terial param.ters achieve relative errors of less than 1%.As such,this work is relevant to diverse applications,including optim.zing structural integrity and developing novel m.terials.

为了研究热处理对Zn−40Al−2Cu−2Si合金力学性能和磨损性能的影响,采用不同工艺对其进行热处理,包括均匀化后空冷(H1)、均匀化后炉冷(H2)、稳定化(T5)和淬火−时效(T6和T7)。通过金相、力学实验和磨损实验,研究不同热处理工艺对该合金力学性能和摩擦学性能的影响,并于SAE 65青铜进行对比。磨损实验使用环块式实验装置。结果表明,采用H1和T6热处理可提高合金的硬度、抗拉强度和抗压强度,除T6热处理外的其他热处理均可提高合金的断裂伸长率。经H1、T5和T6热处理后,合金的摩擦因数和磨损量减小,其中T6热处理后合金的摩擦因数和磨损量最低。因此,T6热处理为该合金应用于14 m.0}压力下润滑摩擦的最佳工艺。与青铜相比,铸态和热处理态的Zn−40Al−2Cu−2Si合金磨损量较低、耐磨性较高。
